After A LOT of research reading reviews of local builders specializing in screened rooms we decided to use Graham Aluminum. We were very happy with the room they created for us. Jack Graham came out personally and gave us great ideas for making the perfect room for our family. Every detail that we agreed to from that first conversation, to completion, was completed by the time of final payment. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

I cant say enough about how amazing Graham Aluminum is. They were recommended to me by a lady in Publix. She talked about how personable they are. So, I thought why not give them a shot? I am so glad I did. From the sales man to the installers. They really went over and beyond to make sure all the things I wanted were done. If I had any questions they did not hesitate to answer them. Even after all the work was done they made sure to contact me and make sure I was fully satisfied with all the work they had done. Im sure there is a company that may be cheaper, but you will not get the quality and personal experience that you get with GRAHAM ALUMINUM!!!

In the beginning they seemed great, but the finished product was dismal. I have two leaks in my new screened in porch. I have pictures of buckets filled with water. There are nails EVERYWHERE! The work was completed in May and Im still finding nails from the job. Its like they dropped an entire bag of nails...also have missing nails in the cross bars.. And they never finished the accessories for the screened in porch: fan installation points and a cat door. The sales guy never wrote it down on the work order. Ive tried calling and telling them the work isnt done, but its hard to argue something that hasnt been documented to do. I would not recommend them.

Working with Graham Aluminum was a great decision. They finished my window install on time and did an outstanding job. I will definitely be using their services again.

I had a new Patio built and the crew that did the concrete and the crew that built the room did a great job.The reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the job not being complete yet and the lack of communication I have received from the start of the project.The project has been paid in full for over a week, and still not 100% complete. We were told over a week ago someone would be out next day to finish the job and nobody showed or called. This has been the case with them from before we even started. In several occasions we were told someone would be back next day and nobody showed up or called to let us know there was a delay. When I called them after no follow up for several days, I was given the same reason both times. They had people out sick. I have no problem with rescheduling as people do get sick. However, a phone call or text to let us know they would not make it would have gone a long way and been the professional thing to do.The work that has been done so far has been done very well and we are very satisfied with what has been done. We just want this project completed 100 % per the contract we signed.This review would have been 5 stars had they simply done a much better job with communicating any delays to us from the start.

I received a judgment against this company in May. They are aware of the judgment and have chosen not to paid it as of August 6th. I have been told twice that they have an attorney handling it but John (the owner) will not give me any information on the law firm nor has anyone from the mystery law firm contacted me. Beware of this company and do your research.

I was having breakfast at a local restaurant and got their number from a waitresses shirt so I thought I would call them to get an estimate for having a carport installed. After the first person call me 1/2 an hr after appt. time i had moved on with my day and on the second attempt jack came 1/2 hr late to be consistent but at least he showed up. he took some measurements and said he would call me the next day with an estimate. I never heard back from him so after a week went by i called the office and asked Shea what happened and she said she would find out what was going on and call me back. I never heard back from her either. I wish I had done my homework before hand and read these reviews and the 7 complaints filled with the BBB stating the same kind of unprofessional behavior i could have saved myself a lot of time and aggravation. The absolute worse thing you can do in business is just not get back to people and seems to be normal practice for them. Beware.

Jack and Russ are awesome! Crew was great. We had a new roof put on our screen room and had windows and a new door installed as well. The room looks absolutely amazing! We didn’t really know what to expect, but it is so much more than we imagined! We highly recommend Graham Aluminum!!

We never got a chance to work with them due to being stood up twice for a quote request. The rep who was supposed to come out (twice) texted me apologizing, asking if he could make it up and if I could send photos/measurements and he’d provide me a quote still. So, giving them one more chance to make it right, I texted him the requested info. And I haven’t heard from him since (over 20 days ago).Editing to add: I did email with them at the beginning of March and brought this to their attention notating that we were no longer interested in doing business with them. The person who responded (Kelley) said she didn’t blame me, and again apologized.

I called and scheduled an estimate and no one showed up. So I cant review properly.

I had graham enclose my screened porch last year. Turned out beautiful. Last week we had. Some water creep in from a hard rain we had received and i was devastated. I called and they kept their word that they would come out and do what they needed to to fix the problem. I appreciate all they did. We havent had any rain yet but Im confident the problem.is fixed. Great experience. Jack and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were very patient while we got approval from our HOA and once the approval came through from the HOA Jacks team started construction almost immediately. So glad that we found their company and decided to call. The finished product is amazing and fits our needs and expectations.

My Aunt used Graham Aluminum to redo her carport handful of months ago. It had been something she wanted for many years and was so excited and beyond pleased after it was complete!! A little over a month ago, I ended up calling the gentleman who assisted her, Jackie, to thank him considering she is STILL gleaming. Excellent customer service, quality work, great price. Nothing but smiles. Highly recommend.

Professional-quality work from Graham Aluminum. This company had the best price quote and the work was done even before the time promised. That saved us from potentially having a lot more interior damage to our home. They were recommended to me by three other families so I am passing on the positive recommendation to the world. Graham aluminum installed a metal roof for us. He explained the product, installation process, and the warranties. I Like knowing well never have to patch a shingled roof. But i LOVE knowing ive made an investment into my home. During heavy rain season in Florida we sprung a leak in our second bedrooms ceiling one night and Graham came out early the next day and got up on the roof to troubleshoot the problem and tarp the area that was leaking. The owner showed how committed he was to quality customer service by continuing to tarp our roof as one of those heavy Rain cells passed thru our area. The owner himself! got soaked but stayed up on the roof until the tarp was secure...thanks Jack! It meant a lot to me that all involved in our project took the time to answer all of our questions before, during, and after the project was complete. As a courtesy they stopped by a few days later to see how we were because they were in the area.🤓

Im giving them 1 star because the is no 0 star option. Their customer service is horrible. I contacted the office requesting a rough estimate for a lanai on a house that is being built. The person who answered the phone said that it was okay, but if I could email the measurements via email to [email protected] so that they could reply with the estimate. I emailed the measurements and someone contacted me a few hours later telling me that they have to go in person. I proceeded to explain this person the same I told the first person and she said that they were to busy to do it. When I told her that I only reason I sent the request was because her office instructed me to do it in order to get the rough estimate, she hung up the phone. Her rude and unprofessional attitude makes me wonder if they are like that with a prospective client, how will be their treatment for a client whos job has been already completed and is in need of requesting a warranty repair. If you havent signed a contract with them, think twice before you do it!

My parents used them for a new aluminum roof and were extremely pleased so I contacted them about a new screen room and vinyl siding. Their prices and quality or work are outstanding. Definitely the best prices around, I definitely looked into it and had several quotes. The time it took to finish was much quicker than the competitors said also. We had a sunroom put in by them and new double paned windows. The roof leaks and they couldn find the leak. Used our roof shingles and said they would replace them and didnt. We ended up getting a roof company out for an additional $1,000 out of our pocket to fix something they broke. You cant clean the siding with a garden hose because it will leak into the room. Cracked our drywall and didnt fix that problem neither. Broke our porch light said they would replace and didnt. Front window leaks. Sunroom windows get foggy. They DO NOT fix their promises and we DO NOT recommend them!!!!!

If I could give a negative number review, that would be better! This is THE WORST company I have had to deal with. Their sales team (Butch and some other guy) were so pushy, kept insisting we needed to make a decision right then and there, and the price would change if we didnt decide. They told us about 5 times that it takes over an hour for them to get to our house (I dont care, if your company doesnt service this area, you shouldnt have made the appointment). When I called the office to tell them I received Oh, yea I apologize about those two, we have been trying to fire them (WHAT?!?!) Then I was told the sales manager would come out because he wanted to apologize for the sales teams behavior. TWO hours before he is supposed to be at our house, he called to tell me not once but twice that its not worth his drive to us if I am just going to tell him his pricing is to high. We have had 4 other companies come to the house and come in priced 1/2 of what Graham is quoting us, when I told Kevin that he was pushing for the other companies names, locations etc, asked me twice if they were local. Again, not my problem as to where the company is located. I am completely appalled at the sales team and the sales managers behavior, unprofessional-ism, and pushiness!!! I can not express enough how awful of an experience this has been! Please, please, please reconsider contacting or even using this company!!!!!

Graham Aluminum treated me very respectfully despite my lack of knowledge. They do great work and are very personable. Thank you Kevin Fisher for the truck tips too! I would definitely recommend their services.

Kevin came out and gave us a quote and kind of pressured us to contract and pay a third of the job up front. He told us if we had trouble with the rest of the financing we could get our money back. Well after trying we were having trouble due to out of state address issues. We called and told we needed to try this place or that place to get the financing. We werent in a position to do that so just wanted our money back as promised. After some haggling we decided on a partial job for what we paid. The job was then contract out to Mikes concrete who was just as bad. Left a mess. Nobody is returning calls and nobody wants to fix the mess. Dont bother with either of these contractors.

My husband and I wanted to replace our pool cage because it was old, rusty, and didnt appear sturdy. I called a few places, saw Graham Aluminums add in the Home Mag and called them. Kevin, the General Manager came out the next day and gave us a quote that we felt was reasonable. The very next week Steven came to tear down and replace the existing pool cage. At first I thought it took longer than it should have, but Steven finished and it looked great and made the entire house look brand new with the bronze versus the white! We had a few issues with some minor details, so I called the company and they came out and resolved them even though we had already paid in full! I respect this company because they UNDERSTOOD my concerns and took care of us!THANKS YOU!

After meeting someone to measure and quote our screen enclosure, I was told I would have a quote the following Monday. It’s been 2 weeks, and I have called 5 times to follow-up and receive my quote....still no word. I finally left a lengthy voicemail expressing my concern, and giving them another opportunity to provide the quote...and you guessed it. Still no call back. If this is how they handle their clients, I suppose it is a blessing in disguise! Robinson Aluminum will be out Monday to provide me with a quote...and probably get our business.

Called the company for a least 2 months still waiting for them to call me back or go to fix the problem in my patio screen, its horrible when you trying to reach some body and they dont return your phone call . I cant imagine if you are trying to get a new business for them they will take too long to call you back. You think that the problem should be resolved quickly for customer satisfaction and future business.

I give the sales rep one star for explaining and making us believe the quality of their service. I can not tell you about the quality of their work because I never got a call back about setting up appointment to set up contract. I see two other post on here from a year ago. Just want people to know it seems their customer service is running the same course.

Grahams has done all my hurricane repairs; vinyl siding, aluminum and shingle roofing and my home looks amazing! My neighbor told me my house looks brand new! Jack was fantastic! He worked with me and kept me up to date on things as they were being done! He also went out of his way to help me financially get all this done and work with my insurance. Thank you So much for a Great job and making me feel comfortable going through all these stressful times!

Graham aluminum is the standard for everything from pool cages and roof overs to windows and doors. I have had many dealings with graham over the years and whenever I see their work it is always high level craftsmanship. They have great customer service and treat you with respect. Would recommend to anyone looking to do remodeling in central florida.

My parents in Davenport had Graham install a new metal roof and sky lites back in Jan 2018. Graham sub leased the installation out to another company named Heyn carpentry. Immediately after installation, the rain came and poured into their house in numerous areas causing damages inside on their ceiling s and walls. Countless phone calls to Graham and no resolution and still leaking. I am not exaggerating when I say totes sitting in the kitchen when it rains. They wont return my 80 yr old phone calls. They should be ashamed of their self.

Someone came out to get me an estimate on a deck that had fell & insurance plans on covering. Was called back one time after the guy came out. Never received a physical quote, not even sure why the guy came out.People in office are nice and guy that came and looked at porch was friendly.

I would caution anyone about using this company. i contracted for a screen enclosure. The company representative told me Graham did not care who poured the concrete slab and that I should hire it out to someone else if I could beat their concrete price. I was able to get the slab cheaper so another company poured the slab.Graham then came out and dug under the slab telling me that the person who poured the slab was a f....g Idiot--an exact quote. The Graham rep said that there was no footer on the slab and no rebar. Told me I would have to rebuild a portion of it. I immediately had the company that poured the slab call Graham to discuss. Graham told the person who poured the concrete slab that it was perfect and beautiful.I then asked if Graham would warrant the work on the slab they told me was defective for lack of footer and rebar. Graham refused.When I told Graham I wanted to cancel the contract and get my money back if they would not warrant their work on this slab, Graham told me that the field rep was simply wrong and that there was a slab. Of course, this was only after I demanded my money back.I have been promised my money back--well see if it happens and if not, I will post again.I cannot understand why they did this--the slab was poured properly all along but they wanted me to believe it was defective. They would not say the same thing to the contractor who poured the slab thus speaking out of both sides of their mouths leaving a customer in the middle.Terrible experience.

I had a job done last year and I didn’t put a review on there, but I got to thinking about it everybody should know what a great job they do. I had a contractor that sent me pictures his name is Jackie he took good care of me my porch is amazing they did a rebuild with them aluminum overhang I couldn’t ask for a better job !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called graham aluminum out and ther rep bill was fantastic, they did a great job on my new roof and windows, we did see other reviews but some people are never happy you cant always please everyone. I would recommend them to any one for any job.

Needed to replace a 36 yr.old pool enclosure. Graham Aluminum did an excellent job at a very good price. Their crew were professional and courteous. Was very impressed. Dont settle for anything less than the best. Now I am going to let them do my soffits.

Gave a deposit and waited weeks for them to start work on our carport. Took forever on a 3 day job. They reused old foam and top panels. Called them to say they needed more than one screw in each corner of each panel but they never returned. They were paid in full and were not returning I guess. Irma tore off several panels last month. When we finally arrived back for the winter we had to find someone to reinstall the way they should have been done. Shoddy work, very poor service. Not cheap either. DO NOT HIRE!!

Very poor job they didn’t install the roof Up to code via the roofing plans. Then months later the roof started leaking at the peak of the aluminum pans. They didn’t put foam in the openings and just overlapped the ends of the pans without folding them up so water is just running under the old roof and they didn’t seal the seams of the roof pan. Horrible customer service they won’t come back out and do anything. I would NEVER recommend hiring graham for anything, you’ll regret it.

Hardworking folks did a great job on my home.

Owner(Jack)) came to our house to quote job, sold us on painting cage and completely rescreening and changing out all the hardware since the cage is 25 years old ... going to make it look brand new, one month into job they claim they cant screen it because they dont have a crew that will finish the job as it was too hard . They have now Returned our deposit . Zero communication on their part . Will not recommend EVER TO ANYONE . Left job a safety hazard with cross bars unscrewed and hanging ! Screens thrown on lawn along with other waste . Complete and utter disaster from get go ! Never have I seen anything like this for service before . One EXCUSE after another .

Read to the end--I hired Graham Aluminum to cover my lanai with a solid roof to protect my pool from the constant debris from the existing oak trees in my lawn. They put up a wonderful lid and it looks great. I paid the bill (over $13,000) withholding only $300 until all the caulking and finishing was completed. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! I have called for weeks now trying to get them to finish the job, but they dont seem able to finally fix leaks all along the seams. Now we are into our fifth month of occasional or no shows to complete a project that should have been done long ago. Bottom line - get all the work done to your satisfaction before paying the bill because they lose interest fast once you have settled up.

Mine is to long of a story to write it has so many ups and downs. Would just say always put it in writing dont just take their word, have the amount in writing, and always supervise their work when their there.Take nothing for granted.
