Took awhile to get completed and communication could have been a little better . However we are very satisfied with the completed work ( covered patio) . We are considering reaching out to this company again in the future to have it screened in .

I give this company zero stars - run away from them, don’t walk. James speaks down to people, is extremely rude and refuses to own any problems or errors in their workmanship - he will NOT fix or repair anything and just blames the customer or anyone/anything but for his company. Very unreliable, not an honest person, does not stand behind his work. Had elite roof installed with complete screen enclosure, roof has leaked from day one, screen has popped out in multiple places, gutters leak, door hardware has broken off even though it’s a door that never gets used so goes to show the materials he uses are not high quality. Had to have another company come out to repair the problem and this company fixed it right off, no questions no problems. Daniel’s Aluminum was paid in full and not willing to fix the problem because they couldn’t figure it out, we ended paying out of pocket for their mistakes. Don’t they have insurance for a reason? Shouldn’t he be held accountable? Shouldn’t he be the one paying? So unless you want to pay him thousands of dollars and pay another company thousands of dollars to fix his mistakes I would run away. Don’t trust his word it means nothing. I have tried to be patient and work with him to get nothing, I have proof of everything right down to pictures and text messages, and he still denies things. I am not one to normally do reviews but I don’t feel it’s right for him to continue to be a scamming people out of good money for poor work and not stand behind what he does. This is definitely not a case of “you get what you pay for”, you pay tremendously and get shoty results.

Most times people dont take the time to write a good review without being asked to. No one asked me to write a review and in fact it was never even mentioned. I will definitely recommend James and his company to do any screening or rescreening. They knocked out the job in a very short time with no inconvenience to us. There was a small repair needed that had nothing to do with the job and James came right out and took care of it. He truly does take care of his customers and keeps them happy. Thank you James for being one of the good guys.
