United Rentals responds quickly to requests for equipment, picks up equipment without a second notice and bills in a timely manner. They are always efficient and courteous.

New equipment in good working condition. Had minor damage on one joystick. Called for service, part replaced with in a couple hrs. The job site is 1hr from town and 3 gates through the woods. Service tech was very knowledgeable.

The constant emails to do surveys is my only complaint.

United Rentals in lakeland Florida was very Professional and Courteous. My rental went with out a hitch.. it was clean and ready for use. As alway we will continue to use United Rentals for our needs. Thanks Chris for all you did.

Their service department is horrible and not very knowledgeable, just hope their equipment doesnt act up while you have it they will definitely try and blame you for their junk equipment malfunction. People at the front desk are awesome, but the service department is so bad i closed my account there, and will be renting elsewhere

Things always are here on time and when I need it.

What a rip off, we were quoted a rate of $804 for the month with a local delivery and pickup of $220. Wound up charging us $1460 two weeks after we had lift. Supposed to get $200 back after they pick it up.Guy on phone was a total ass......Beware of their hidden fees.Will never use United Rentals again.The other companies we rent from appreciate our business and these people dont.

Not my choice for renting equipment. Quick to blame you for equipment damage even though equipment is old and worn out before you got the equipment. Ive been stuck in the air on two of their scissor lifts and they immediately blame you for not charging the battery. Herc rentals is the place to go for my rental needs.
