I am now Marjorie DeWilde (don’t know how to change my name here ha ha!). Chris and I just want to say, what wonderful people, we were here in Lakeland and his hearing aid quit. We went into the store and they could not have been more helpful. So nice to see these days a family store and not a big organization where they don’t care about the people. If you need any help at all with regards to hearing aids, these are the people, we were blown away by how great they were to us.

My mom was visiting from out of state when her hearing aid broke. I called and was told to come right in. Her hearing aide was repaired in 15 minutes and our vacation was saved. Thank you so much.

Preston & his daughter Kayla are great people! They really care about their clients hearing & understanding .
