Looking for water plug unable to find one and fortunately for Jenelle an employee informed me out of stock. She stated that probably would be able to find it at Lowe. Clean store lots of merchandise to browse. Parking is abundance at this location as well as wheelchair accessible.

Employees are useless, wait times are terrible, and products are frequently out of stock. Rural King is far better overall. I would rather wait in line at Walmart on Black Friday than shop at this pathetic excuse for a store.

I found Wrangler western shirts at a great price compared to other stores I have shopped in. We will definitely go back again for more shirts later this year.

If you have not been to the tractor supply on 98 North for a while because you were frustrated with empty shelves and lack of service, its time to go back. It is much better now and lots of staff available to help and Heather is the bomb.

This place has the most awful employees. I have been going here for years and sometimes they are the only place that has what I am looking for....Every time I go, the whole staff is full of grumpy, rude, over it, middle aged ladies.ONE time a woman was nice...ish to me, in the 10ish years I’ve been going.Today I had something delivered to my address, a service this company offers, and everyone there acted like this service (I paid for) will ruin their lives or something when I asked.Then when the equally grumpy delivery person came, she acted like I single handedly ruined her day.I’m tired of these hillbillies, shopping somewhere else or online for what I need.

Had an excellent trip to Tractor Supply definitely got it on in the parking lot before they opened, cars Rockin dont come knocking😘

I just love the selection that is offered here. And if your lucky enough to catch some of their clothes on sale, Im certain that youll find something that you like. As for me, I will drool over the awesome griddle that I spotted during my last visit there.

Please stock the shelves and get employees that are willing to help customers. Every time I come into the store it’s a waste of time because either the store is out of the normal products I buy or they have one thing, but not the other. When I asked the red headed lady working there if there was any chicken scratch in stock, she rudely answered and walk away.

I have been buying chicks from TSC for years never any issues well thry changed the way they sell their chicks and 2 of them didnt make it thru the night last night I am so upset I will not be doing business with them any longer I have never had this issue before..... I hope they can solve this problem.... I will be letting all my homestead friends and family know they are not healthy chicks at all....

Tried their curbside pickup because I had thrown out my back. Waited no less than 30 MINUTES, despite the order having been ready since hours earlier. It was only one item. Do better, Tractor Supply!

I am from out of town and needed dog food so I brought my two dogs in with me, apparently it wasnt a good idea as in I needed a big bag of dog food and I was having a hard time with the cart and both dogs.. also there was another customer in there with their dog off of a leash made it hard to stop my dogs from trying to wander. Right when I felt overwhelmed I look up to see the associate Buddy, who I had seen upon entering the store he was outside wrangling carts. He had followed me in to offer his assistance took my cart and went to get the items I needed. that was one of the best experiences Ive had in any store not just tractor supply in a long time.. very grateful!

For those that dont know, propane fill is $2.29 a gal. Well worth the trip. Very clean and organized store and the staff was super friendly.

DO NOT USE LAKELAND GO TO HANIES CITY INSTEAD.The Lakeland Manager Donna is UNPROFESSIONAL If its raining she will tell you there is no curbside pickup. Rudely. Not theres no curbside until it stops raining. Just no pick up. With no knowledge if her customer was 18 or 80 years old, youd think may be the Store Manager of all people, would have the common sense and care enough to say - you know what its 100lbs of feed, wait until the rain goes off and curbside pick up will resume, or pull around to the loading dock and we can pass it out to you. If the manager of a store you cannot provide basic information then they need to be retrained, especially In the middle of a Pandemic, which is why curbside orders exist. Donna shouldnt be manager, and they should rename her Karen.

Northside tractor supply is not enforcing the wearing of mask. I seen employees not wearing them, they will never have any of my buisness and families and friends.

Called ahead about an item that i desperately needed and was informed that they had 7 in stock. showed up and asked associate Terry for assistance. i was met with such attitude, unwillingness to help, and was talked down to. associate Terry couldn’t have been bothered to check the back or the top stock shelves where they keep the overstock, even after explaining that i had drove close to an hour just for this $3 item. worst customer service i have ever received thus far.

God help you if you need propane tank filled, it’s never prompt always waiting around for 20-30 min. Came one time first thing in the morning, no customers there, still had to wait because was told “he’s doing something”. Will try to find another store.

I purchased a propane tank here. A young man brought it to my car for me. When I asked about getting it filled he said it was full. (Suspicious since Ive purchased one from a different location before and I had to get it filled) went home, 40 min drive, tank empty. Came back next day, told the young cashier I wanted to fill it, she refused. Said it was about to storm and they cant fill if its storming, I left frustrated cuz of how far away they are and they are the only fill-place in there area. (Not a cloud in the sky, nor did it rain that day). 2 weeks later I had to go to another store near by and brought the tank with assuming it wouldnt get filled again. A nice gentleman was already outside filling another tank and said he can fill mine and pay outside. I told him about the other 2 employees and and he shook his head and said they were being lazy and didnt want to do it. Id go back only cuz of that gentleman alone.

I come here for hay quite a bit. There was none on the shelf but an employee had no problem getting us some from the back. Very helpful and friendly. The lines always seem to take a while however. Sometimes there isnt even anyone at the register and you have to find someone which can be frustrating.

Friendly staff, and quick service. They dont have a lot of people working usually so it can be 5-10 minutes to wait for a register or someone to help you, but they are all very nice and helpful.

The worst customer service ever. My husband needed to ask a question and went up to three associates who were working on a display. He stood there for several minutes trying to get someones attention. They repeatedly looked at him but did nothing to see if he needed assistance, just kept at what they were doing and chatting amongst themselves. One of them finally looked at him and said yes? in a snotty tone, like he was bugging her. We got the answer, then looked around a bit. Found something we wanted to purchase, went to the register and got in line behind another couple. There was no cashier. When we made a comment, the guy in front said no ones around...his wife left in search of someone. We out our purchase down and left. They have a lot of nice items but we will never go I. That store again!

Normally have what i need. Higher priced than rural king, also need more flatbed carts and to fix the wheels on them.

Wish I could give a better score, as Ive always liked TSC stores, but this one (Lakeland, Fl.) seems to have issues getting their own brand of feed products, and then dont put the stuff on the floor if they do get it in, 99% of the time! I dont understand! Thought retail stores wanted to make money. I have to go elsewhere to get my chicken feed!

So I have not been in TSC store where the staff insists on being so suspicious of a customer just because there not pushing around a cart loaded with $400-$500 worth of stuff. On this particular day I didnt need anything just decided to kill some time. These are the RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO ANOTHER ONE OF THESE STORES

I asked Ms. Susie Sunshine a perfectly irritating question about getting my propane tanks filled and as a result she gave me the opportunity to wait a little longer to have my propane tanks filled. 😘

Exchanged a chainsaw. With absolutely no problem. The one I had they were out of stock on. They upgraded me to the next model up and split the difference in price.

I love me some Tractor Supply. Its one of the only stores my husband and I can go to together and both enjoy it. They have all kinds of stuff! We are regulars. We bought some baby chickens from there and started our own little chicken farm. Bought all the materials from there to make the coop & housing. I buy all my feed from there. Horse feed as well. I go at least twice a week 🙂.

Friendly staff and have everything you expect at a supply store. Great values as well.

Needed help on dog food and there stock person Jared was a big help he was so helpful and nice he carried that Havey bag for me all the way to my car he was a sweetie. As long as they have nice workers like Jared I will be back....

I am always AMAZED at what I can find in this store! I could spend hours just walking through here and leave with an education and some great values too. Occasional coupons in newspaper worth it too. Join their mailing list for member values too.

Love this store! But it seems like customer service is not as good as it has been in the past. Employees seem a little too laid back and are not eager to assist.

Tractor Supply is my favorite store for pet and garden needs. Always competative prices, usually lower than even local large discount stores! Friendly and helpful employees an added plus. I am always pleasantly surprised by additional items I find during my visits, items I didnt even know I needed!

Weve been getting our chicken feed, dog food and tools here for years, they have a little of everything. Never disappointed.

Dont waste your time Ive probably been here 50 times in the last 6 months and they may have had what I wanted about 5 or 10 times. they usually carry it the website says they have it in stock but it is never on their shelf. this tractor supply needs to seriously reconsider its stocking issues

Been shopping here a lot lately. Today just so happened a woman accidentally locked herself and 2 small children out of their truck. The folks at the register were kind enough to let me borrow a metal wire to get them back in their vehicle. Ive always been met with friendly service and this just made it even better. I always love going to Tractor Supply because I am able to find easy and fun things to get for my 3 dogs and they love it so I keep going back and giving them my services because they are quick at the check out and as soon as they see you may need help then they will be right over!

This Tractor Supply on North 98 is so much better than the one in Plant City. The people in Plant City need to take a class from them here. Its not under staffed, and they actually have what you go there for.

I usually buy dog and cat food from here but they have a lot of neat toys and gadgets and good selection of medicines and treatments for animals

Unless youve got a good feed store nearby, that has items like this for sale, tractor supply is an all in one place to get essential out door equipment and gear.

Good place to get livestock feed and fencing supplies, not the cheapest place but most things they carry are hard to find anywhere els so you cant really complain.

I had to get gas for my 20 lb propane tank and was very wonderfully surprised that a fill-up was only twelve bucks they said it was 250 a gallon for propane

This place is not so bad. Shopping could be better and it depends on which store location you go to. The one on 98 North in Lakeland the personnel is not that nice.

They never have their core products in stock. Half the staff act like its such a chore to help you. And yesterday when I went, all of their parking spots were taken up by trailers that theyre trying to sell, and they only have 3-4 other non-handicap parking spots. If I didnt need a certain dog food that only they carry, Id be finding another feed store, and actually, Im looking into alternative feed because of the constant hassle. Ive gone to their store for several weeks in a row looking for this same dog food and they NEVER have it in. You would think that if the dog food is selling out consistently, that the manager would make sure to order more.

We get our dog food here. Its the tractor supply brand salmon and rice formula. Great ingredients and quality..and the dogs love it! 35 lb bag for about 37 bucks!

I absolutely love my tractor supply..i give it a 3 star rating because there is never anyone available to help me with getting or loading feed... and if you find someone they have people waiting in line for help.. so I wind up loading and unloading 300 pounds of feed by my self...

I went into the store today to look for a MIG welder. I found a Hobart Ironman 230 mig that obviously was a floor demo because it had some damage on it and had been marked down. I was shopping around online and found another store that sold the same exact machine for $260 cheaper with free shipping. I enquired as to whether they would match the competitors price especially with the damage that was on it. It appeared to be just cosmetic damage with some dents and didnt seem to be anything detrimental to the machine. II Spoke with the manager, David who had absolutely no desire to even talk about prices. I asked him if they matched competitors prices and he said only if it was an in-store item at nothing online or sale price. I told him okay, I appreciate it and that was the end of the conversation. He made no attempt whatsoever to talk about this machine and maybe make a sale. The sticker price on the machine said $1649 marked down to $1629. The shelf price was $1599. The online price from their competitor was $1385 with free shipping . I would have met him somewhere in the middle had he actually wanted to make a sale. I was sorely displeased with my experience at tractor supply today. You cant ask full price for a damaged machine. Make a deal people .

Terrible customer service. Always a long line at the cashier. The mens bathroom is disgusting always. Do not buy a extended warranty on anything, they make up the rules as they go. Bought a extended warranty on a gate opener. When they sold me the warranty, I was told that all I had to do is return it to the store if it failed. When I took it back last Sunday, I was told to call a 866 number. Going to drive 12 miles further to go to Rural King in Zephyrhills. From now on.I will be glad when Rural King comes to Lakeland and puts Tractor Supply out if business. Done.

Not happy. Waited for almost a half-hour to get service. Product was on a top shelf and stacked so high, the lady that finally helped me had to climb a ladder then had to knock a stack over to the floor, damaging a couple of the products.

I dont own a farm or have a lot of land or animals so i dont buy a lot of things in there except tool which are at reasonable prices and lots of them and this is the only place i buy dog food, treats and dog products. They have a wide and I mean wide variety of all brands including for specific diets and have the lowest prices on all of them.
