I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this shop; my fiancé and I have been looking forward to getting our wedding invitations from here ever since we got engaged. We have looked around multiple times and finally went in to finalize everything. When we went in to see our options,the owner, who I believe is named Heidi, talked to us as if we were lesser than. We are both in our early 20’s and when we shop for our vendors unfortunately we receive the same treatment that we aren’t serious or don’t know what we are talking about and I thought our experience here would be different but sadly it was not. She talked down to us the entire time implying that we didn’t know how to send a “proper” invitation and constantly patronized us the entire time we were there. After this, I decided to come back and finalize our invites as I still wanted them regardless of the customer service; after driving 30 minutes from my house we were informed that we would need an appointment. Of course I understand needing an appointment but in the multiple times I have inquired about invitations here we have never been told that. The quality of the invitations doesn’t matter when it is delivered with horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Here are my instructions for nailing every birthday for the important people in my lives:1) forget about their birthday until the day before2) panic and see what I can get on Amazon prime3) type in things like cheap birthday for coworker and look at decorative clocks that are outside my budget4) get defeated and wander downtown for a while5) walk into Stationery Loft and mumble a few things about the person to anyone who works there6) walk out 5 minutes later with the perfect gift in hand7) repeat every 365 days

I absolutely love this store! I don’t find many stationary stores these days, but this one was a true treasure and Heidi was very nice and helpful. She took her time to explain a few items I asked her about.Unfortunately, while I was in the store a rude lady came in and was yelling at her because she wanted her used mask fixed. I can never understand how people can be so demanding and rude especially to those who are providing a customer service.Thank you Heidi for helping me! I found a very unique fountain pen and the perfect notebook for my study notes!

I love Heidi and her team. They are always so helpful and are very knowledgeable about the products they have in store - even though they have a very large selection of upscale merchandise. I would definitely recommend them and encourage you to go have a shop for yourself! It’s a great downtown Lakeland location.

Heidi is absolutely the best to work with! My invitations came out wonderful and Heidi did all she could to make it possible! She will go out of her way to get things done and anything it takes to have them done right!As for the person who posted a one star, incorrect spelling is on the client, especially if its in Spanish. Heidi clearly states all needs to be proofread and makes you sign on it that you have actually seen the proof and accept it. And to me your experience sounds like it had to do with your rush. If you want rush shipping, its available, that is if you are not making some crazy invitation.Aside from the invites, Heidi has a great shop with a lot of cute items, even for men. And a beautiful wedding venue on the second floor! Definitely worth your time to stop by and an absolute sweetheart and overall great person to work with! Thanks Heidi for everything!

Hedi and her team are fantastic! With her help, I was able to add the perfect amount of detail and elegant touch to our wedding. Her creativity and ability to produce exactly what I am thinking is amazing! Work with them! You will not be disappointed.

We used Stationery Loft for the invitations, programs, napkins and escort cards for my daughters wedding and was very pleased. I enjoyed the personalized service and the quality of the stationery was outstanding. There was an issue with the invitations but Heidi and her staff worked diligently to remedy the situation and even stuffed and mailed them for us to make up for the lost time. The downtown Lakeland location was quaint and convenient.

I went to Heidi at stationary loft for wedding invitations. I had no idea about anything regarding my wedding, I just knew when and where. Heidi walked me through the process of picking out invitations and then out of kindness and helpfulness talked me through the whole rest of all my ideas for my wedding. If I hadnt gone to Heidi my wedding would not be shaping up as beautifully as it is, I believe. She was very helpful.

I am so happy that we finally have a stationery shop in Lakeland. I am a big fan of stationery and Stationery Loft carries high end quality name brand marks such as Rifle Paper Co., Ban.do and Kate Spade to name a few. I am excited for the prospect of a bigger area so there can be additional products added once their location moves.

I just wanted to say that I was excited that I found a place in Lakeland that did invitations but it turn out to be a bad experience. It took more then a month for my invitations to arrive and when they did it was not the color that I had picked nor was the printing paper of the inside of the invitation. After finally picking up my invitations that were translated into Spanish, I realize that there have been a couple of mistakes due to my wedding being a couple of weeks away I didnt have a choice but to take them as they were because I had to pass them out as soon as possible. All Heidi could say is that she apologize, and she had the nerve to tell me that she was saving me $300 by putting the heart buckle and ribbon together in the outer part of the invitation. It just made me very upset that I paid a lot of money and I was still expected to put them together myself.

Incredible boutique of wonderful things. Always love visiting.
