Had an absolutely awesome time here with my daughter and her best friend, my husband and my mother. We all did our own project, mosaics and painting and the staff were extreme helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back and I would recommend to everyone young and old!!

It was a neat experience, especially for children. We picked an item off the shelf, price was penciled on the bottom. They have all the supplies. The staff member that helped us knew all about ceramics. Will go again!

Had my first visit since they moved from Lakeside village and it was fantastic! The prices are shown to you upfront so you arent hit with any excess fees out of the blue. Large selection of paints and Ashley was so great at explaining everything to us so we knew what we were doing. Love that Tea Largo is attached so you can have a drink while you paint. Very friendly atmosphere!

I went here Sunday with my niece and my husband... I actually come as often as possible ... this past Sunday I met Tammy(one of the employees) she gave us by far the best experience possible. She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed.

Such a great place to go alone or with friends. I wish I was more creative and artistic to do anything other than a plate, bowl, or mug. I enjoy spending a few hours relaxing by painting!

The staff here is incredible and helpful always. If Im ever having a bad day, I know a visit to this place will usually make it better. Creating art around other creative people creating art is a blessed experience that I would encourage anyone to try at least once. Maybe 100 times.

This place is the best place to paint ceramics. The way they treat the pieces and their customer service and the selection and the price! I have been everywhere and Tampa where I live now and its just not the same. The only thing I Miss about it is when they used to stay open late. I remember they used to be open until 11p or 12a, sometimes later, but it was a different venue. It was a cool place to go on a date after the movies

We decided to plan our daughters birthday at Picasso’z because the service there is always so incredible! Tammy was the best hostess and made the birthday party extra special! Highly recommend having a party there. We can’t say enough great things about how the party turned out, it went smooth and was very organized.

Pretty stressful.. they dont explain the process of Mosaic very well and the price beforehand of them doing the grouting! I dont have anxiety but I do now!!!

I had the greatest time there. Its a hip cool casual place. If you want relax and do something a lil different then you need to check out Picassos. A fun place!

I took my 5 yr old grandson there. He picked out a simple piece to paint and had fun painting it.We were the only ones there so it was nice and quiet for us to chat.We got shakes from Tea Largo next door too. Nice afternoon spent.

One of our favorite places in Lakeland. We spend hours here! They have a great selection of pieces to paint and more! Mosaics, soaps, ceramics its a fun no pressure place to art the day away!

Great place to paint ceramic pieces. Choose from small two inch sized simple shapes up to large dragon figurines, vases, plates, cups, mugs, various piggy banks. Constantly changing choices, simply come in, pick out a piece, bring it to the desk, theyll mark down the price on a receipt (on the bottom of the piece you can see the cost). Then sit down and get to painting! Many colors and lots of creativity!!! Id say anyone from about 10+ would enjoy it (kids younger dont appreciate colouring in the lines or trying to do a good job and might lose interest) it takes a while depending on the piece you choose but its a fun relaxing setting and there is a smoothie bar next door. Once youre done you turn it in and pay, and then theyll fire it and call you when its ready.

This was my first time here. I had a blast. Very relaxing. They are very helpful. Ill definitely be going back again

The employee that was working the day we were there, did NOT want to be at work until her friends showed up. At that point, she stopped snapping a snarling at people so she could make sure her friends had EVERYTHING they needed. To the point of taking my grandsons chair while he was up drying his project between coats of paint. I was so fed up with her rudeness, we turned in our things unfinished and left. Cost $75, will drive to Tampa next time.The other employees that went upstairs to do a birthday party were incredibly nice

A very enjoyable place to get your crafting on.

Walked in and one employee asked me if I was just looking, I said I had never been there before and wanted to check it out. She just responded with ok, did something at the register and left. The other employee was showing around other customers and never looked in my direction or acknowledged me. So I cant really review the art portion but customer service was not great for me.

Place is very nice. Many options that bchoos from and price is not to bad. I will deff be coming back.

I really would like to share this because of how upset my friends and family were because of the the party we just had for my 8 year old and 4 year olds party. We arrived at Picasso’s Cup early and we set up the food and drinks. As we arrive the employee on staff was pleasant at first and explained that they did not have a party afterwards so there should not be a problem with the kids painting until the the very end of the party and if we need to go a little late it shouldn’t be a problem. So, it started off smooth and then through the middle of the party the employee started picking up pace and started telling us how much time we had left. Then she came around and started cleaning the tables and telling us that anyone that didn’t finish could come back at a later date and finish their painting. So, we continued on and had pizza for 10 mins and then cupcakes for 5 mins. Then before we could even get to the presents we were basically kicked out of the place. So both of my daughters never got to open presents in front of their guest and I had to make an announcement that we were not going to be able to open presents. Guest were upset and disappointed and so were we!!! The reason the employee said she had to make us leave was because she had to go downstairs and work at the other part of the business. When I went down to pay after I was already aggravated the employee told me that the owner charges for every minute after the time you have rented the space, which is absolutely ridiculous!! The funny part is there where hardly anyone downstairs for the employee to even help after the party! Anyways I will never rent this place again for a party!

Fun day indoors, out of the heat & rain. Fun for all ages. Its a little pricey but worth it!

My three year old granddaughter loved it here,and I appreciated the staff treating her with respect.She listen to the instructions and sat for 90 minutes creating her own piece..without any help.

The kids had a great time painting pottery and doing a mosaic.

My sister in law took us to paint our own Christmas presents and we got totally hooked! My daughters painted figurines and I did a bowl. I was so excited about the way it turned out I couldnt wait to go back! The Staff was outstanding! We met Julianne the first time who was so helpful and bright. Then I went to paint on my own and met Melanie. She was kind and a wonderful resource! Katie was amazing! Met her on my pick up day. Oh my Im addicted to painting pottery now and I just love the space! Tea Largo has amazing Azai berry bowls and the jasmine blueberry iced tea was wow! Oh! The best part is that there is no studio fee! Your entire cost (paint, and firing) was wrapped into the price of your raw ceramic piece. Cant wait to get back to Lakeland sometime to go to PicassoZ!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Last month for my birthday my daughter took me to Picasso and I spent HOURS detailing and painting a $45.00 large salad bowl. Unfortunately, they broke it during firing. I worked very hard on the detail that nearly covered the entire bowl, and I am so upset it broke. But even worse, they will not give me a refund. They offered a store credit but it is rare that I have 3 - 4 hours available to go back to paint another plus wouldnt want to go alone. As a small business owner myself I am appalled at this policy (which was never revealed at our visit). Very poor customer service.
