Top class service and great pricing. I stopped in randomly to have a watch bracelet resized and the staff was very nice and quite helpful. Had some watch bracelet links removed and it only took about 3-5 mins. Very reasonable pricing too at only $10. They also had some great watches that I’m adding to my wish list. I would recommend anyone looking for an array of gift items give them a look. Again, I can’t say enough about how pleasant the staff was. Great people. I will certainly be back.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! Everybody was so kind and made sure that I had been helped! The service was quick and done very well! I could not have been happier with the quality of customer service here! They were also very honest about potential wait time for pieces of jewelry that needed to be reconditioned and fixed up a little bit. But I really admired that and it will be worth the wait to get my pieces of jewelry back! I know that my jewelry is in great hands! I 100% highly recommend!

The variety of items in the store make gift shopping fun. Over the years I’ve called and told them of an important milestone birthday or event that I needed a unique gift. They have never disappointed!!! They have special ordered jewelry for me and custom designed pieces, as well. Marshall’s is the best all around!
