Joyner Lumbers customer service exceeded my expectations, but I take issue with the brand of wood they carry.When I visited today, Joyner only carried the YellaWood brand of lumber. YellaWood is a fine product for interior applications but their Pressure Treatment process utilizes techniques that do not hold up to the extreme weather here in Florida.In my experience, the wood can rot in less than 5 years, and it fails in ways that cannot be easily seen until its too late. My experience with this wood isnt isolated — there are class action lawsuits about YellaWood that I urge anyone interested to research.I would recommend Joyner management to look into a wood that utilizes a different Pressure Treatment process that can withstand Floridas harsh environment.

Joyner Lumber provides 5 star service to their major contractors. They serve homeowners as a courtesy. Most of them as well as newby contractors don’t even know what they need and just waste everyone’s time.

Quite possibly the least helpful customer service I’ve ever experienced and I spent 14 years in the army. Absolute waste of time. Avoid the trip if at all possible.

I was very happy with a door I bought two years ago and referred a friend. He said the lady at the front desk was rude and belittling. How embarrassing to send someone to make a purchase and get such a negative report. Shame on you Joyner lumber.

I can’t not say enough good things about this company! Joanne helped me Through my tough decisions on what windows to choose. She sat with me for almost 4 hours giving me several options. She went above and beyond by making a copy of my house plans and drawing the different types of windows to make sure that we had a visual of what I was choosing! Disappointing experience with Colin. Much higher price than Home Depot for same product. Couldn’t remember conversation and purchase from previous day when questioned about price made no effort for the business. Thank you for making it easy to lose my business.

Pretty disappointing experience here start to finish with Patrick from the lumber sales department.High prices, poor service, didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t remember phone conversations I had with him.

Joyner Lumber in Lakeland is a long established company unlike the big box stores. They carry a large selection of specialty woods and supplies. Thay have an in house door and window shop for door and window needs. Joyners service old style one on one and personal. Deliveries prompt and ontime.

Yes they do act like your a bother to them when you have a problem! Even after spending 100k or more in the last 5 years. Les, in the window department just hung up on me. Will never buy anything from again!
