One of the best toy stores around. Since the remodeling this is one of the best Toys R Us examples in the area. Great selection and staff. If they dont have it the toy is probably not made!

Best Toys R Us Ive ever been too!The whole store was clean and the staff was very child friendly. I know that would seem like a given for a toy store but Ive been to several others where the employees seemed to not be the best with kids.Everyone was kind and helpful. This was a great Toys R Us. I was happy to find quite a few things before they close for good. I am so sad they as are closing. I have such fond memories of the place as a kid and have enjoyed taking my kids there as well on a regular basis. It wont be the same without Toys R Us. Sad.

I ordered Christmas presents almost 2 weeks ago and one is suppose to be here this Thursday and the other is still processing. It should not take 2 weeks to process and then they have no information. All the lady on the phone said is it’s processing.. I know that. I amNot stupid you don’t need to tell me multiple time it’s in that phase! I want to know why and when it’s going to ship. All I got was you can cancel and get a refund! No I want the itemI ordered! And information would be helpful!

It was my sons birthday and we went there to spend the gift cards he got from his grandparents. The employees there went out of their way to make my sons day even more special. Super friendly and outstanding customer service!

I returned a $20.00 dollars alphabet and numbers mat. I presented my receipt and the lady required all the information from my ID card, name, address, phone #. When I asked what the information is used for, her answer was simply the computer wont let me do the return without it. I did not proceeded with the return I was very upset. I consider this policy very invasive. Since Toys R Us/ Babys R Us wont change their policy, the only way to express my displeasure with their policy is to discontinue shopping their and express my displeasure with Toys R Us/ Babys R Us whenever the opportunity presents itself. If this store continues to treat reasonable customers in this way, Im sure theyll feel the impact soon enough.

I always loved going to Toys R Us. The interactive things they put in the store brought such a great addition to the shopping experience. Employees were always really friendly and helpful. Several events each month as well.

What has become of our once great economy when stores like this are shuttering their doors because of greedy executives. The employees here have always been friendly and helpful and still managed to smile knowing that theyll be out of a job soon. I hope only the best for them.

We took our son in on his birthday and the staff was super helpful and friendly! He felt so special! They gave him a balloon and announced his birthday over the intercom. As we walked through the store the associates kept wishing him a happy birthday. Great job Lakeland store!!

Perfect example of what a toy store should look like, feel like and what you should expect in a place you bring your kids to shop for that special toy that they want. Friendly, fast and more than fair prices. After checking every one my supplier s for a hard to get Lego set including Lego store online I called you r us and to my surprise, they had it in stock And it was about 10% cheaper than the other much bigger retailers. I went online found, payed for and picked up my set in about one hour. Did I mention the free shipping. Thanks Toys-R-Us Im a new fan. I will be back real soon.

Management was decent while walking the aisles. Checking out was an absolute disaster. The cashier must have been having a bad day, leave the attitude at home, its a childrens store!! Youve already started the transaction is not an excuse for you to ignore the price match I offered from your competitors.

The staff were working very hard to keep the store clean and help everyone. I had an employee searching for a toy (I told him it wasnt a big deal) he proudly brought me just what I was looking for! Id definitely recommend this store for finding the toy(s) youre searching for.

A huge change. This store was recently renovated and not only did the appearance, but the quality of the products, the prices and the friendliness of the staff improved as well. TRU is now one of my first places to go.

I understand why they are closing down. A particular item was $19.99 at their store. The exact same item was 10.99 at Wal-Mart. Cant expect loyal customers when you overcharge them.

I went April 9 2017 for the Easter event.Everyone did a great job working their .I love how they set it up where every kid got a gift. And geoffrey was awesome. My grandkids loved the event.

Found out this toys r ideas closed for renovations...the one in Brandon is doing the same thing and since we were going to Disney promised my 6 year old we would stop by the one on the way back from Disney to take advantage of a 20% off Marvel Legos coupons that was in toys r us email. He was very disappointed would have been nice to have see closed till Oct in Google Maps

Reduced prices my butt!! No wonder they are going out of business. The staff are helpful with questions, but according to them they cannot honor the prices that are marked. They have to sell it as it rings up. No matter what the tag may say! Good riddens T.R.U.!!!

Went there today and I was followed around like a damn Criminal for no reason. Me and my son are just walking around, I got a bunch of money in my pocket, and this woman wants to follow me around. Its ironic shes following the only hispanics in the store, so I guess hispanics arent aloud there then. And to top it off, the lady who answered the phone when i called to complain would not give the phone to the manager, then hung up. To the lady on the phone and the cashier lady with the glasses, eat a bag of dicks. She was the one following me.

I love the change they have made where the kids get to actually play with stuff while in a toy store.

I was looking at fixtures to purchase and although they were empty, I was told they will call me at some point to tell me when I can show up with my tools to take what I want, but I have to pay now. I asked when I would be able to pick them up and they said Maybe next week, maybe in a couple of months. No thanks. No wonder why they went out of business.

The recent store remodel couldnt have come at a better time. The new layout is really great and easy to find what youre looking for by having all major age ranges/interests separated out efficiently.

Claimed they had a big going out of business sale, only like 5 to 10% off stuff. They sold a nerf gun that I found out was 10 years old and it broke as soon as I got it home. Toys r us would do anything because all sales are final. I contacted Hasbro and they informed me how old the gun was and that toys r us shouldnt be selling them that old. Hasbro at least fixed the problem. I hate even giving them 1 star!

We had the pleasure of working with both managers (each named Jim) at this store and they worked very hard to help find baby furniture that had been discontinued and was only available in other Babies R Us stores. They kept in contact very well with us through the whole process. We drive 30 minutes to this store because of the service

Took the girls out here Sunday, 1st time theyd been out to this location. They had a good time running around looking at the toys, and playing with legos, my youngest got a couple of Pepa Pig toys for her toybox, and we were off. Good times.

No babys r us! When I googled it it took me to this toys r us store which is like 40 min from where I live and they dont have babys r us at this store. Disappointed!!! The store is very pretty thought!

Clean well organized. Would of got a 5 but not all items are marked and not all game systems are in place to see if in stock you have to go to the front desk and ask.

They are going out of business, stop by and take advantage if their great prices now before they are no longer around. Everything is 20 percent off or higher. We bought 90 dollars worth of toys that would have been almost 170 dollars at regular price.

My experience this store has had the best customer service ever, if the lady complaining about how the night manager was rude, she must have brought it upon herself, I have never had bad dealing with this store, treat others well you get the best service, learn to reflect on you treat others and you will start to see things change for yourself.
