Attempted to do business with this company. Simply called to ask about ordering materials. Was told they would “go check” and the phone disconnected. Have tried calling back several times with all calls going to voicemail despite it saying they’re open till 5PM. I can understand being busy but to answer once then never pick up again on a week day? Would not recommend. Guess they don’t like making money. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Should mention they obviously don’t want to deal with you if you want to pick up your own materials so they can get that $35 delivery fee out of you.

Driveway installed with crushed asphalt, great price

We paid for my parents to have filled dirt delivered. We ordered one load of fill dirt and not only was it not a full load, the dirt was filled with broken pipes, terrazzo flooring, pvc and broken glass! BEWARE!

Purchased a load of fill dirt and yard grading. They Delivered the fill dirt. Failed to show up twice to spread and grade the yard. Never called or rescheduled.

These guys did a really excellent job on my driveway much better than I expected. As soon as I called they were on it and helped me pick the right materials, delivered 5 full loads of quality material and did an amazing job spreading and grading. Way way way better than I expected and a super good price.

Drove 45 minutes to place a 15 yrd order. I arrive two hours prior to the published closing time only to find that there closed. Update your published operating hours!

When i recieved the salt and pepper granite rock i ordered for a customer who purchased a gazebo border, side walk edging, and design in a custom 20 firepit to a new 42 x 48 pool deck that it was intended for was pink and grey mostly along with pices of crushed concrete throughout somewhat... I paid for only black and white obviously thats what salt and pepper is not pink nor do i enjoy picking out crushed concrete as i pressure washed it off... Now they wont return my wifes or my calls After weve both left messages... I understand a little on the bottom from maybe a load before hand but not all mixed in throughout the whole load! My money back or the correct rock i ordered for my customers would be the right thing to do since we put 700sq ft of white and black marble designed pavers and a special ordered black and white marble fire pit it was to accent and go around as a border.. Definately not supposed to be pink or crushed concrete pieces!!!!PINK!!!!!!!

We had an over 700-foot driveway redone with crushed granite. We would like to give a shout-out to Alex for the professional job that he did. Alex was very patient, kind and professional communicating and taking care that he was doing what I want the way I wanted it, stopping to ask as he went along. I am very happy with the new material they are offering: crushed granite. It seems to be the best material Ive ever had here through the years (previously had crushed lime rock, shell and/or concrete.). The fill they brought for other areas was clean and not filled with debris. If Alex noticed any odd pieces of debris, he picked them out and took them away later. Prices are reasonable for this area. They were actually able to come and do the job when many others would not even return my calls. Would have given a 5 but did not like not receiving notices of schedule changes--waiting for them to come when they said they would and then calling to find out schedule had changed. Also, a driver went over the edge of driveway into ditch and got truck stuck for awhile. That driver is no longer there. I have had them back for more work and will call them again.

Called for an estimate and they called me back that day and set up an estimate for the following day! We set up a date for them to come out and do the job. The Job is now finished and i am happy with the price/outcome!! -Highly recommend

Crushed concrete behind my shop. Cole came out and quoted the job. When the got out it was suggested that another partial load be added. They brought out a full load and made it right with me. Doug knows what hes doing on the skid and I couldnt be happier! Good family business.

I give 1 star because they showed up on time.I ordered 18 yards of millings and the driver showed up with less than 8 yards. When I called to complain, I was told, supposedly by the owners son, that the lack of material was due to settling and I didnt know what I was talking about. I drove a dump truck for a number of years and I know how to estimate a load.My recommendation, choose someone honest like David Prins or Circle P, you will get what you paid for.

I had some high and low spots in my front yard. So I called this company, they delivered the fill dirt and the driver was a nice professional man and was able to dump it right where I wanted it. The driver was very polite and I will be ordering more from this company.Thank youPierce Materials

This company will try to short you and gravel was full of dirt..horrivle company..use to be a good company ..stay clear buy it buy the bag if needed..its that bad

This place is beyond unprofessional. I called on a Monday to check on availability and never received a call back. When I called on Thursday to check in they told me they could deliver on Monday even though I was outside of the boundaries. I planned to pay extra. Monday came and I called to check on a delivery time and I was told they had a large job and messed up the schedule so I would receive a delivery on Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon apparently their truck broke down but I would be the first thing out Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning I was told by noon. At noon still nothing. I called and was told my truck was going out. Asked to speak to a supervisor about why I was receiving the run around. He was rude and had no answer for how poorly their customer relations were. I told him that I had waited 3 days for the product and that when it arrived if it was not what was advertised online I would be sending it back. He promptly cancelled my order bc I am sure it is not as advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Pierce materials did our driveway and a berm for our business. They showed up when no other contractor would, did the job to our satisfaction, and in a timely manor. They are in fact here right now in the pouring rain finishing the job. I dont know anyone else who would work in the pouring rain to finish a job. They can be a little hard to get a hold of but they did an excellent job on our drive.

Horrible, horrible company. Dishonest owner and terribly rude staff. They ripped off my mom and left her driveway worse than it was to begin with. After hurricane Irma, my mom called them to help repair her driveway. She wanted to support a local business. They supposedly laid crushed concrete and she was told this would fix the problem. After a few rains, it has turned to mush and seems like they laid down nothing but clay. Cars slip and slide in the driveway now. It’s a safety hazard and is almost impassable. We’ve been trying to contact the owner, Mitch, to see if he will make this right but he doesn’t return calls. So much for trying to support local businesses.I do not recommend them at all!

Do not order dirt from this company; this company is unprofessional. I received a truckload, approximately 15 yards, of dirt filled with pieces of 2 x 4 wiid, pebble, rocks of all sizes, glass material, sticks, roofing material, and more. When I called to ask why did this company send out hazardous dirt with brocken glass and metals, for ny lawn, I was told I was sent the low grade dirt of $150 for 15 yrds. I never was given a choice of what dirt to order, but I should have checked the reviews. Furthermore, I should have known what type of low grade company I was dealing with when the front desk woman wrote the order on a 2 - subject wire tablet.Instead of apologizing for their wrong doing, the front desk woman wanted to give me grief and argue...........bad business.

Family run business that will work after hours to get the job done, cost was more than fair, Mitch, the owner, seems to be a pretty good guy.

I am very upset right now with Mitch the owner. I got 5 to 6 bids from contractors to do my drive way So, I could drive the truck and trailers through my yard to back of property. 16 x 200 foot to be exact. I was quoted a set price to do job. First off I could never get a hold of Mitch for 3 days after he just dropped a load of clay in my front yard. So, I finally called a worker of his that dropped the load and got a message to Mitch. Well, come Friday morning they came to do job and what a disaster it is now. I kept asking the skid steer operator what is that material that is not what I was quoted..no answer..I am so upset right now I have to hire another contractor to come finish job..

Contracted with them to spread 3 loads of crushed asphalt starting between 8-9 this morning and was told by Mitch that it would be this afternoon. Then when I called to confirm we were told that he went home and it would probably not be today. Had to find another company to do the work. Would not use them in the future.

This company did a driveway for me on 3/2/16, they were to deliver 3= 15 yard loads of asphalt millings and level with a bobcat. While doing this the bobcat driver hit my carport and severly cracked the foundation and now they refuse to pay for the damage. I have still photos of the damage as well as video tape showing everything. I spoke to the owners on the phone several times, they were very rude to me even saying they are not responsible for any damage they do. They also were to spread the asphalt millings 2 inches thick, I have spots that are not even 1/2 inch thick, they shorted me on the material I paid for, I even have video of the loads as they were delivered. Please take a look at the other similar complaints, stay away from this company.

No return calls. Late deliveries (3 trucks broke down on same day) etc. Etc
