Over the passed 2 years, I have used this Walmart pharmacy for all my monthly prescriptions. Overall, I can genuinely say that it has been a pleasant experience each and every time! I appreciate their super-fast service and knowledgeable associates. Any time I have had an issue they have been quick and helpful so that we solve the problem with minor effort on either of our part. My prescription was called in to be filled on the wrong day. Pharmacist and staff took care of it. Totally professional but friendly and understanding. Will go here every chance I get, they dont accept my current insurance so I may need to get my other scripts filled elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy, 6 people in the pharmacy wont come out to help to find something. Took all of my prescriptions out of the pharmacy, publix saved me 100.00 a month. They found me the cheapest app to use.to save me money.

Meds are never filled on time and they tell you to come back and still not ready....Walgreens here I come

Excellent customer service, fast checkout and quality medicine at fair prices. I highly recommend this Walmart Pharmacy location.

There is no place with water,I went there for something else and they had this line to get water. They Could not have been nicer.The manager came by and handed out cookies while we waited and it took about 15 min. and I got two cases of water.The cashiers were overloaded by kept their composure and had a GREAT experience.Felt just like I was at a very upscare store-thank you Walmart.

My experience recently at Walmart was unexpected. Four persons running around to help serving customers. My concern however was the reaction of an employee to another. There was one girl filling meds plus answering the phone while one girl was at pick up. While waiting on the beach for my meds that were being filled the line at pick up got long so the pharmacist asked the girl filling to help. The girl came out and said to the girl, Grisel,already at pick up you need to let one of us know when the line is long so we can help and Grisel just snap at the girl saying if I must be the one to say come help, asking the other girl if she dont have eyes in front of all the customers, immediately i thought to myself if that was a customer asking Grisel to get someone else to help at the line what would have been her response. I would like to thank the pharmacist for noticing the line and the other girl for helping. As for Grisel I think the manager should teach her how to care for us, the customers, and walmart should have more persons to help, one more person would have been a great help.

Love it but that day I dont know what was going on. I spoke with someone to order my rx. They told me it would be ready that evening, I wasnt able to go that evening so I went the next day. When I arrived they told me some story about they order the rx and it would be there tomorrow. I dont know about you but I hate when people waste my time and gas.

I really dont get the low reviews. The folks here have always been polite and helpful to me. Even when I dont hear what I want( out of my meds), they are professional. I left Walgreens to come here and no regrets.

Always only one person at the pickup counter and a lot of snowbirds picking up meds. Use the mobile express, although I still had to wait for the clerk to handle 3 new customers before I finally asked her how to use the mobile express before she would ring me up.

Was first one here when they opened I have a breathing condition and they told me to wait 20 minutes and I’ve been waiting almost a hour and a half not cool especially when I was in the hospital the night prior not being able to breathe

Worst place ever!Called to have a refill done and was told would be ready on Saturday at 1 pm go to pick it up on Sunday and they said there was a problem with insurance and I needed to call them. When I ask why they wouldn’t call me to let me know this, the pharmacist got rude and said they tried, but I have no missed calls or voicemails.Then wanted to know did I want her to fill this for the full cash price. Well no! That’s why I pay for health Insurance!

This is the worst pharmacy. This was my first time filling a prescription with them and I will not fill another one there. I waited 12 days going back and forth with them until I couldn’t take it anymore and sent my prescription somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. The prescription may be cheaper but the customer service is awful!

They said it was going to take an hour for the prescription to be filled and I went grocery shopping, came back to pick up an hour later and have to to wait another hour aprox for the pain medication

Robin was very personable when I dropped off my RXs and also notified me that there was a recall on one of my medications. Other RXs were filled within 30 minutes (while I shopped) and my doctor called in a new medication the next day that was filled by the time I got off work. Wal-mart is also much cheaper than Walgreens. Walgreen price was $80 and Wal-mart price was $20. Wonderful experience.

They seriously need more than one person doing prescription check outs this is stupid

Most if not all Walmart pharmacies are horrible.

Worst, slowest, most hellish place in Lakeland to get a prescription filled. I grew a beard in the time it took to get through the line.

Pharmacy is horrible service and seem unorganized. Had to tell the lady my name 5-6 times till she figured out that she was putting it in wrong. Was told it would be an hour and it wasnt ready till the next day.

Worst place Ive ever been to ! Wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE !!
