All around great service which in returned allowed room for a awesome experience.

I had same experience with Jennifer and picking out an office chair, she pointed out a head rest feature I was unaware of that made the chair very comfortable. Being a large fat guy, finding the right office is a challenge, but with her help it was a success. Thank you!

Called in before leaving with Lyft to confirm location is open as SHOWN ONLINE, Once arrived this Location was closed ..smh WHY CANT YOU UPDATE ??? why would they disclose that IMPORTANT information or at the LEAST not update Online status ???? We live in Florida TOO HOT to go through this disappoinment let alone waist $ going back and forth for a business that isnt even Open .

Worst experience ever! Tried to buy some gift cards when they are selling at a discount, cashier insist they are cash only. Asked the manager and said it’s a “company rule” because they don’t earn money when I use a credit card. No other Office Depot stores have the same rule! If you cannot earn money when customers use credit cards, you should shut down forever!

Ordered a sandwich with no meat and no mayo.They gave me a sandwich that they picked the meat off of. Manager was happy to replace but thats an example of work ethics some have there

I stepped in last minute to pick up some supplies while I was in Lakeland. Not really familiar with the local store I was not sure if I would find what I was looking for. A yound lady name Kitty greeted me as I walked in and asked how she could help. She fast tracked me to all I was needing and researched the items to make sure they were exactly what I needed. Kitty answered all my questions with a smile all the way through check out. It is a pleasure to work with someone who takes pride in their work and is so kind in doing so. On my way out I noticed a great price on a printer making a mental note to take advantage of the sale price. I called back the next day and asked to speak with Kitty. She again explained the benefit of purchasing online and store pick up vs delivery. I will pick up in store. Thanks again for your help!

The fIrst person who spoke to me had the personality of a wet napkin. Maggie was her name. She barked at me what do you need..... Rude, bothered by having to work at her job, just awful customer service. I guess Ill be going back to Staples or anywhere BUT the Office Depot at Southgate. Or, I will certainly avoid MAD MAGGIE!

Ive used Office Depot a few times to print special event posters and cards. The price and quality are very good. The only thing I would like different is if they saved the files for reorder. Once the job is complete they delete the file.

After being denied a simple print job by Staples, I went to Office Depot and received excellent customer service from Jenny in the print shop. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. They werent able to use the 12pt matte paper that I originally wanted (Staples wouldnt either) but she found a very similar weight/gloss paper that she WAS able to use with her printer. She printed my images in fewer than 5 minutes (Staples had a 2 hour turnaround) and, even though I declined, she offered to cut them for me (Staples refused to print without cutting even though I informed them I had a specific shape in mind). She even gave me a 25% off coupon.TL;DR : Staples sucks, go here if you need a print job.

They will say ANYTHING to make a fast buck even during a pandemic. Go somewhere else if you dont wanna waste money.

Tried to ship something for Christmas and Sheena the brown haired girl working in Shipping was downright rude. The worst customer service I’ve experienced. She was grumpy and someone who should t be working with the public. Decided to leave and shop elsewhere bc she was so incredibly rude.

Store traffic here is light, staff is helpful. Getting a helping hand is not hard in your search for products. Parking is easy and close. The cash wrap is the slowest part of this store, but they do their best with what seems to be an archaic point of sale system. Overall 4 Stars. Oh, find the clearance items in the back before you search the store for what you need. You may be surprised.

The staff was incredibly unhelpful. they have zero product knowledge. They also have no idea what they do and do not have in the store. Instead of looking it up theyll just tell you they dont have it. Go to Walmart down the street.

Terrible service,the only person that was nice was a young lady who showed me where the paper was. i sat waiting to pay for this thermal paper, for atleast 7 to 8 min., while there where a group of employees standing together b/s and even looked over at me when i was trying to see if there was another place to pay.sorry,but i run a store and i would be right there to open another cashier station to help expidite the 2 girls that where actually working in the print shop. atleast someone acknowledge that im there

This store will always get five stars from me until they give me a reason no to. I am a wholesale printer and most times use a commercial printer where my jobs are folded for me. Then there some times when I have small print jobs (100 - 150 pgs per job). This store is by far the ONLY one in this city with a retail print shop(believe me I have tried them) where the employees know how to operate the machinery. When I go there to get jobs folded(usually weekly) the staff always gets it done without any hassle. When I go to Staples, they do not know how to use the folding machine. At Fedex office, the machine can only be run by one person who does not work there anymore. I am very satisfied with the service that I get from this store.

They have a fairly decent selection of office supplies, most of them priced reasonably. The associate was friendly and helpful. Bare concrete floors are a little weird, but they had everything I came in for. Nothing special, but no complaints.

When you need one page printed and this place is open dont bother stopping here.If the customer service help for your printing needs is Shana and the manager is Jennifer. I was in the store to print a one page document and barely got Shana to help me once. After treating me very rude because I wasnt using a card she left and never returned. The manager Jennifer walked around and never offered to help at all. The only good thing to come out of this visit was a young girl from L.E.A.R.N. was taking donations in the front of the store. I gave her all the money I had on me. The cause is great and the store wasnt getting my money.

Store is in serious need of a facelift. Minimal selection on nearly everything. Staff very nice.Prices what you would expect.

Im new to the area. Drove past Staples to get to Office Depot today because of the reviews posted. Got there to see three employees behind counter. Had to stand waiting a bit until they finished their conversation. Finally one asked if she could help me. I needed invitations printed up. She referred me to a different employee that let me know they are running two to three days out. Really? I can see why when three employees cant even stop their conversation to acknowledge one customer. Needless to say, I drove back to Staples and promptly got my invitations made.

They have very affordable prices on services, in their copy and photo area. Friendly service, with a wide variety of office and smiple art supplies.

Went in to buy some emergency thermal paper paid over $40 in store for 10 rolls, when I typically pay a $1.25 a roll online. I guess for emergencies its ok.

Always have what I need and then some.

They refused to do shrinkwrapping on my loose leaf lab text book, so I could return it to amazon after renting, after telling me they could shrink wrap it on the phone ......I drove an hour for nothing.

Office Depot in Stock items. Noisy and loud. Here 8/418. asked for paper towels for restroom . told by two staff they were out . no hand dryer. plenty on sale shelves .
