Amazing service and they don’t overcharge! My laptop was fixed the same day. They always take a look at what’s wrong and communicate what the pricing is with you before they fix anything. Don’t bother going to chains, this place is a hidden gem!

I’ve used Computer Eddge more than once and have always been pleased with the service. Steve is patient with those of us feeling overwhelmed and out of our league. Most recently, he helped me make a fix/start over decision.

Brought a gaming computer in because it wasnt posting. They told me it was the harddrive which didnt make since to me but, they said it came on when they made the switch so okay. Charged me around 300 for a 1tb SSD. The computer stopped working again a few days later. If this was it I wouldnt care. But they constantly told me they would call me but never did, I was always the one making the call. Waited three days to get a call when they told me they would call me same day. To make it all worse they didnt even mount the hard drive they just taped it to the inside of the case.

Helped me navigate a horrible data loss!!

Amazing. My work laptop would no longer even boot up. I brought it into them and they now have it running like it was brand new within a couple of days...on top of that their price for diagnosing the issue and fixing it was significantly less than anyone else. I will never go anywhere else to take care of my electronics.

I highly recommend these guys. I have been using Computer Edgge for years. Steve is always professional and friendly. He has worked on about 15 of our office and personal computers. Prices are good and he never tries to over sell something you dont need.

Computer Edge will not honor their 1 year warranty of my laptop. I will never do business with them again and recommend everyone to beware of them!

I have nothing positive or negatives about this repair shop although, Im taking part of the blamed. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars is the fact Ive stated to the owner from beginning that I Do Not want to invest over $200 bucks on a 13 year old laptop, but rather invests in a new one. After 2 initial repair, the total bill came to $350 thus, I wasnt happy customers. My opinion, I think they could of done better job recommending to buy a new computer instead of investing $350 like Ive stated, especially on an old laptop. However, they did an awesome job on reparing my old computer, and its has been a year now still running with no issues.

Prices are ridiculous. I got a half pound of chicken gizzards for 6.99 they were alright but if i wouldve went to Mojos I wouldve gotten way more for the price plus way better

I would give 6 stars if possible. I drove from Tampa to Lakeland to have Computer Edgge work on my Mac. They were recommended to me by my daughter who has used them several times. Over the phone they explained what they would be doing and the cost. I am not computer wise and they let me explain what I needed in my words. Everything worked out and in a timely manner. I was so satisfied with the skilled service and personable customer service that I offered to write a review. I would recommend Computer Edgge to anyone needing assistance with their tech needs.

Quick diagnostic determined laptop had bad motherboard but hard drive was intact. Moved it to a year old laptop that was refurbished with a 1 year warranty at a reasonable cost. one day service.

Steve is a HORRIBLE business person. Rude and uncooperative. Hung up on me twice when i tried explaining what it is that we need done. I wouldnt trust a guy that wont give a person the time to explain what we need.

Kamaran was the most patient and knowledgable representative I have encountered in a long time. He thoroughly explained the features and processes in a way that was not over my head.This is my third time here and I will always come back for service and sales help.
