Great location, amazing morning crew😁👍 They worked fast and my drink was exactly as I ordered.

Decided to make a quick stop to get a coffee and a snack before going to playground with my son. Placed a mobile order for a coffee, donut and a ham croissant at 11:55. At 12:15 I was given a donut but the barista told me that they don’t serve this coffee after 11 pm (then why is it an option on the app??). At 12.30 I still didn’t get my croissant. And seeing the place and staff so busy I just decided to leave hungry and not worry about the $4 I paid for the croissant. Wasted almost an hour for nothing. Should have gone to McDonald’s, they do not mess up their mobile orders. Coffee tasted good though.

Service at the window was a little show. Like the ease of ordering via the app. First time trying the Pink Drink. It was an acquired taste for me. Began to enjoy it after a few sips.

Easy access of I-4 between Orlando and Tampa and across the street from the mall. Was here for several hours and never got very busy. Had a client in person and used the WiFi for a couple of Zoom clients and it was strong throughout. Staff was fine and didnt bother me. Drink was made correctly. It is open for indoor seating even though Google says it is not.

Just pulled thru this drive through and tried to order a special drink, but they were all out of most of the ingredients so we were a little confused on what to order but the man a the window was so calm and understanding. And when we pulled up to the window they gave us our drink free!! Thank y’all

The coffee was wrong but still good as always but the service was not good this morning. The guy Erick thats was taking orders in the drive through was very rude to me because I wanted to look at the menu instead of blindly placing my order. He also kept rushing me. When I made it to the window the guy at the register was very reluctant to give me the customer service number. He gave me a card first I had to keep asking him for the customer service number finally he wrote it down on one of the brown holders that go around the coffee instead of paper. He also was giving attitude because I didnt want to accept the manager card. It was not a pleasant experience this morning

I absolutely love their hot chai latte with coconut milk and whip cream. My girls like their hot chocolate with whip cream.. Their cake pops are awesome. I used the pink cake pops for my daughters sweet sixteen and everyone loved them and was cheaper than buying at a bakery.. Their pumpkin 🎃 cake, taste great when you request it warm with a side of whip cream. Absolutely addictive and taste amazing if love you like chai latte and pumpkin cake 🥮. I highly recommend it.

Everyone was so energized this morning 🌅, lots parking so opted to go inside. The drive up was busy so I made the right choice 😃

Great service most of the time, and has my drink right most of the time.... only issue I have is the drive thru is so slow sometimes. I’ve seen fast food with drive Thrus move faster and they are cooking things that take longer... so I don’t get it. Maybe needs better training idk.... I always go to this Starbucks cause it’s on my way to work... be seating for like 25- 30 mins just to order a coffee is alittle ridiculous.

Always friendly customer service! Everyone has a smile. The drive thru lines will get backed up, but the staff pushed through and you never have to wait long!

Today I ordered a grand vanilla bean cream Frappuccino oatmilk light ice one shot blonde expresso And it actually tastes like Dirty dishwasher sour milk horrible, I dont have time to go back, I ordered this drink before and never had a problem. Money wasted. I will get the recipe and start making my own good day

We used to go through the drive thru here but they got a chatty employee in the afternoons who made it impossible for us to wait in our cars for half an hour. So we started going inside, except if you do mobile pick up and tell them your name, they still leave your drinks in the drive through to get warm and melt. And they forgot to give me half my order.Done wasting my time and now money here.

An honest review is that the staff is friendly, the drinks are usually correct, and very little variation from one barista to the next in how drinks are made. However, the pace is incredibly slow. It takes 6 minutes per car on average for drive thru (yes I have been timing it for a while now). If I have a 30 minute lunch break, I cannot go to Starbucks even if I order ahead. The drink is never ready when I go inside and if there are more than 3 cars in line I will not make it out of line in under 30 minutes. The online ordering is consistently disabled on weekends resulting in drive through lines wrapped around the building taking upwards of one hour to get a coffee.

Took a long time to get our order but it tasted good.

I love their chai tea latte and the Pupacinos for my two little ones are amazing!

Its a Starbucks so it was as expected coffee-wise. Customer service was good. Drive-through is very popular so plan accordingly if you go. It might be quicker to park & go in

I would rate you have to star but one star is as low as I’m able to go. Stop lying to the customers. I asked for a Venti cold brew and was told by two associates that you’re not allowed to have cold brews in Venti. I order venti cold brew from all the other Starbucks. These two associates should be fired for lying.

Wasnt happy took way to long and people who came in after me got there order before me. Was waiting for one single drink for that wouldve did the drive-thru shouldnt have waited that long with all those employees working there and end up getting soaking wet really wasnt worth it

You better have a full tank of gas if you go through the Drive-thru I Rather be on I 4 traffic

Overly pricey coffee and dont care for their taste in coffee. Although that being said it seems to always be busy especially at the drive thru, car are lined up around the building each time l have driven pass the establishment. As for me you cannot beat the flavor and taste of Dunkin donuts coffee!

Starbucks is often busy on a Sunday afternoon, but its always worth the wait. My frappuccino was cold and creamy, with just the right amount of caramel. Love it.

This place is the worst. It is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Every time I go I regret waiting in line over 25+ minutes. I highly recommend just going next door to the target Starbucks. They’re just better all around.

Absolutely awful service. Waited for 30 minutes after my pick up time, watched while people who ordered in the store after me got their coffees, people whos pick up time was ten minutes after mine got their coffee before me. Ill be going to the Starbucks in Target from now on. 0/10 do not recommend.

This may seem kinda petty, but I was one of the last people in the drive thru line, and after waiting there for 15 minutes and them taking the persons order in front of me, they tell me that they’re closed 2 minutes before closing. I only wanted one drink, idk why tf they couldn’t take my order after making waste 15 minutes of my time. Smh

Never order on the mobile app here! They will take 10-15min just to have it ready! People have to go to work and that’s why they order on the mobile app so that it is ready for them!!!!!!!!!! Also they don’t even bother to ask you if you ordered on the app. They expect you to ask them and to just stand there! I hate this place! I will be ordering from Davenport Starbucks! They are the best! They always have May order ready and on time !

The Starbucks in Lakeland across from Best Buy has got to be one of the friendliest in the area. The staff was amazing and you could feel the smiles behind their masks!

I Ordered Starbucks For The 1st Time Today. A Grande Caramel Frappe Was My Choice. If I Knew I Was Going To Get a Grande Cup Of Milk And Ice Blended, I Wouldve Stuck With My Regular Frozen Caramel Cappuccino From Wawa, Which Is Full Of Flavor ! Seriously This Drink Is Too Expensive To Have Literally No Caramel Flavor To It

New stand alone as this store was previously in a storefront to the north the last time I was in Lakeland. The tables were available for walk-ins to use.

I went to get two grande medicine balls and how they didnt have lemonade to make it? Thats the only thing I like out of there and I couldnt even get it. I was so disappointed. Plus when I walked in they were just standing around talking didnt even speak to me. Just a bad experience overall.

I didnt get my usual but wasnt too bad. My daughter spilled her coffee all in my console!! 🤨🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️People are welcoming and pleasant.

Love my salted caramel.mocha Frappuccino and they mixed really good. I love the banana bread loaf.

This line is always long (this is why it has 4 stars) so ordering on the app is definitely a good idea. Other then that great service even when the printer isnt working like today our drinks were correct and made in under 1 minute.

As always the drinks are great. Just a word of caution if you place a mobile order. When you go in get someones attention to get your drink! I waited close to 5 minutes and my drink was already made.

We wanted to place a order to pick up. Told us it was currently unavailable 😔 so we went to the drive thru. We ordered two Grande Lattes. One with 4 Splenda, one with two raw sugars. Down the road I took a sip and immediately thought I got the Splenda one. Nope that one was correct. Mine had Stevia and not sugar. Way to ruin my coffee...now I cant get that nasty taste out of my mouth!!!

They couldnt even get my order right. I asked for pumpkin bread and got banana. How can you not tell the difference. The bag even says PUMPKIN LOAF. My frappuccino had way too much milk in it and was like water. Will never go back. The one in targets better

DAVID seemed incredibly lost whispering to his co workers and the ladies seemed very confused on who was in what position. People were not planted their drive Thur line is long and I came inside thinking it was quicker nope!

Took my daughter and granddaughters here on a girls day out. They did a great job keeping up friendly customer service with the covid requirements and even went out of their way to help my granddaughter feel special finding a rexipe from the secret recipes online.

My wife loves it.

This particular location used to be rather nice. Since the pandemic the service has gotten slower and slower. I just spent 14 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru for a single coffee.

Staff was friendly and efficient, everyone was safely masked.

Hands down the slowest Starbucks in town. 15 min for a coffee. Ohh, and they messed up the order as well.

Line wrapped around the building. Lobby closed and I paid 10.00 for 2 cups of hot water.

I went this morning to purchase a large coco mocha macchiato and a double smoke bacon breakfast sandwich. I work 10mins from where I purchased my items only to look down to see the large drink I purchased was at the top line of the cup. I understand foam and all but really... to know that I paid over $11 for two items and my drink wasnt near full is a slap in the face. I took a picture when I got to my desk at work however of course I cant download on here🤦🏽‍♀️. My breakfast sandwich was good.

There was NO soap in the bathroom and the whole place smelled like a dirty mop.

The long wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. Its crazy to think that it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. I would go inside but the cars in the drive thru block the parked cars in the parking lot.
