Absolutely loved their St. Pattys day donuts!!

Employees are always wonderful. Cant say anything bad about the donuts, obviously. I thought I was ordering a strawberry filled donut of some kind, but I either miscommunicated what I wanted or their sign is misleading. I will try this again another time, because they LOOK AMAZING!!

We went there for a free donut and coffee. The donuts were fresh baked and delicious! I dont drink a lot of coffee so to me it was really strong. I did give my neighbors the other free coffees that I got with my granddaughters donuts and they loved it!

You can’t go wrong when the hot sign is on. It’s unfortunate this is the only location in our city and it’s on the other end of town. I remember eating Kristen Kreme as young as 6. A long time ago. They still have the same great taste. Back in the day we would take any that were three or four days old and put them in the freezer. Once frozen we would take a little butter and put them in the skillet and brown them a little on both sides! Yummy

We went for a free dozen glazed for my birthday and they were hot and just melted in our mouths... I never had a hot donut before and it was amazing... Now its family nap time😋

I visited to get my free birthday dozen. The employees were really nice, wished me happy birthday, and gave me hats! My doughnuts were fresh and hot.

Got my Kid an I some Krispy Kreme this morning at the trac. And they were fresh and most excellent. This is a Krispy household from now on 🤪

I got there an hour before close but they seemed to have every donut other than the Oreo ones which is why I was going there, but my timing wasnt great and understand. Its a tiny little place but the staff was nice and I got fresh glazzed donuts. They had some already made but it was super cool of the staff to hook me up with the fresh ones.

They are gonna build a new site down by the Lakeland Mall from what I hear. (Sadly they may close this location at that time) Enjoy coming here. Convenient. Love their Mini donuts! Love the special creations they also do - like the recent Pina Coloda flavor! Keep creating new fun stuff! Keeps people coming back & trying new yummy stuff!

It is always clean, the employees are friendly, we love all of the freebies and deals that they have and the donuts are delicious!

I pulled to drive thru window and gave my order to the employee, it was a simple order 2 Coffees and 4 donuts. I had to repeat my order multiple times to them. And of course the dude still messed up the order. I think KRISPY KREME should vet their employees better.

They actually made my doughnuts when I ordered them and it was the best I have had in a longggggg time.

Very good way better than dunked donuts. the dozen glazed always come out hot. never stale or cold. survey get you free dozen too.

My family love fresh, gooey, warm, Krispy Kreme donuts. We joke that it’s like eating yummy, sweet air! It’s so convenient to purchase through the drive through as well. The staff are always friendly to us and we always feel like we are well treated. I also got a nice surprise with some free donuts in my birthday month (August). Yeah! Thanks for making a customer like me feel special.

Sat at the menu for 10 minutes and they never addressed me. Drove to the window and they wouldnt take my order. The sensor didnt see me. Bye Felicia!

This place gets the best of me about once a month for some fresh doughnuts and coffee. Easily accessible drive thru. Some of the best doughnuts ever. Stop by and dont forget to look for the Hot & Ready sign lit up.

Donuts were fresh and yummy. I had the employees pick the donuts for the variety pack and they selected some good flavors that I probably wouldnt have tried otherwise.

Went there the other day to get some sort of Martian Rover donut that was advertised on television. They were out so I ordered half a dozen donuts out of the glass display case Im not sure what day they were made but I dont think they were made the day that I ordered them. Stick with the fresh glazed donuts the rest are garbage

The donuts were great! Fresh and tasty and a decent price. Unfortunately our experience with customer service was lacking. We went on 6/12 around 8pm. The girl working immediately asked for our order as soon as we walked in and before we even had a chance to look around. Note there were no other customers, so it wasnt due to being busy. I stated we wanted half a dozen and started naming what we wanted. I asked for a glazed creme filled and the girl rudely said we dont make those anymore I at this point knew that me thinking that she was rushing us wasnt in my head. I then asked for a chocolate iced creme filled as well as the others wed already asked for. I couldnt see the box as she kept it hidden and then she continued rushing us until we paid and left. Upon arriving home I realized shed given us 4 correct donuts but 2 were incorrect. Id stated them all one at a time, but apparently in her rushing us she didnt do such a good job of listening. Thankfully Im fat and have no allergies so I ate what was given to us. They tasted just fine, but the overall experience was tarnished.

White lady with short blonde hair wasnt wearing a hair net and when I made a complaint asking to talk to the manager she said she wasnt able to put one on. Very unsanitary work place

How can you not love Krispy Kreme? Best glazed donuts ever! Hang out and watch them being made and then get a belly full.

Im not pleased with them at all. They have very little selection. Dunkin Doughnuts is way better.

Love Krispy kreme over anyone else. Glazed original. Raspberry filled. Boston kreme filled. Just to name a few, though better go earlier in the day, they sell out of a lot of favorites the later it gets.

We always enjoy Krispy Kreme, but had a problem with promotion that was running through today; 2 dozen glazed for $12. Went through the drive through, they charged us full price at the window. We were told you have to mention the promotion when ordering. We got a manager involved who honored the special.

I visited Krispy Kreme today for the Halloween donuts. The server was so kind and polite. What a perfect donut shop! Thank you! I came for the Halloween donuts but really can’t say enough about the excellent service!

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts! They have PLENTY of options available, even for those who are on an ovo lacto vegetarian diet. The doughnuts are always fresh, but when you come in when the outside light is red, the doughnuts are warm... fresh off the line. If youre a frequent shopper, then sign up for the rewards program. I like the rewards program because there are doughnut freebies involved! Who doesnt love free doughnuts??

This is the second time I go to this location and the first thing they said after the greeting is: unfortunately we don’t have glaze, or this donut or this one. Poor selection, the first time I let it slide cause you know; things happen. But this was a month apart; on a Saturday (last time was a week day) and a different time. Definitely if you are krispy cream; you should have more selection specially on a Saturday.

After sitting in line for 10 minutes, we get up to the speaker, sat at the speaker to order for 5 minutes, start to say our order and then am informed that they are out of the featured donuts that they continue to advertise for. I understand that is not something you can easily tell someone when you are sitting in line but when I get up to the speaker you tell me before I sit there for 5 minutes. Also tried to call after this to talk to a manger about this and the line disconnected. Therefore, I thought a review was necessary. On the bright side, the chocolate glazed donuts are still my favorite.

You know I work right across the street from u guys and Im tired of being disappointed. It takes me 20min to walk to my car to drive there. Try to keep up with the bulvarian creme donuts and jelly stuff.

Check your debit and credit card statements. I went their and purchased some great doughnuts. Only problem is my credit card information was stolen and a duplicate card was created and used in Ohio. This was the first time I used this card in 9 months. Tried to call but they would pick up the phone and disconnect it without a response.

Im new to the Get Em While Theyre Hot experience and WOW! Tasting the hot icing and warm donuts right off the line was an experience which reminded me of the first time I had a croissant in Paris. No kidding. Ive never been a donut fan, but this was awesome. Kudos to the entire team there that night. They were friendly, helpful to each other, and offered us cups of ice water (they must have a filter, because Florida water is horrible). Great relaxed atmosphere!

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are the best there is, but can you believe it. This outlet misapplies the Reynolds city prepared meals tax. You pay that tax if you buy a dozen donuts inside, but not if you do drive-through. They should be charging tax based on what you purchase, not where you purchase it.

I love Krispy Kreme, but this location always seems to underperform and fail to impress. They never have the variety that they should have and they seem to run out of the good selections early in the day. They need to prepare better and order the right amounts of donuts to last almost the whole day. They have the basics, but come on y’all... Step it up.

We went when the 1st promotion was going on a couple months ago 2dozen for $13bucks it was great a the selection of donuts was awesome BUT today when we went no selection at all and in the add it advertised the valentines donuts but when you try to add them to your box they say they cant include them so ..... I will go elsewhere and the others were not fresh and the front staff was not helpful or friendly 😡

This store manager has to be the best store manager ever in the history of store managers. He just gets it. Customer service is off-the-charts great!!! He leads his team well and provides excellent food and drinks. Please support him and this superb team.

Ana banana telling it like it is. Love my donuts eat them only on special occasion as if you eat them evey day not so healthy and not so good for your waist line. But these and Voodoo Donuts are our favorite. Enjoy
