IF I can give them zero stars I would ... I paid for sneakers on September 13 2021 and its now October 22 2021.and my son still havent received his sneakers in over a month.... I called store numerous of time and no one can help me with getting my sneakers, I asked for a refund they told me they dont do REFUNDS, I was like but I didnt even receive my sneakers., why cant I get my money back???, they will tell u they Email cooperate, and or Omni and no one gets back to you at all .... dont buy here, they steal your Money and not even give you merchandise..... you better off at foot locker ...

This store manager needs to keep the employees in check. What ever happened to genuine customer service and concern? I heard a cashier recently treating a customer very rudely.. and the customer was only wanting a refund for shoes since they had sent her home with the wrong size. Your employee Im referring to is named Zion. The customer was a very soft spoken nice lady and was embarrassed in front of several of us customers. I felt sorry for her and would never want to be treated that way. I left my purchase and walked out. Its not fair!!! Please do something.

Always a great experience except when they dont have the shoe I want

Worst experience ever. I came in there with an issue. I was treated horrible and was spoken to like a child. The lady snatched my bag and said she didn’t have time to deal with this matter then said I was being extra. She even called someone on the phone and told them why did they leave her there to handle people like me and then told them I was to extra. Like who on earth speaks like that in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and she acted like her job didn’t matter . I never will come back and I will be taking this to corporate headquarter. This should not been rated 1 start. If you ask me it’s 0 stars

I visited this store about 2 years ago,as I came to visit my family for vacation,and my experience was pretty good (It was not great,but OK).As a former (Manager In Training) at a very known sneaker store in Massachusetts (where I lived for the last 8 years) and a sneakerhead or enthusiast,I will give my personal opinion and experience on my 3 visits to this store in the last couple of weeks after moving to the area.1.As soon as I walked in to the store with my wife and my daughter,NO BODY greeted us as we walked in,or at any point and time we spent in the store.2.As we walked in and passed right by them,3 of the may be 4 employees on the floor,were standing in a circle on a phone near the entrance and none of them asked If we needed any help.3.While the store was almost empty,I took a sneaker for my daughter in my hands,and I had to walk towards the register so I could get help getting her size,while the rest of the team was still busy near the entrance on their own bussiness.4.One of the employees finally walked away from the group and walked by me,looking at me like if he was out on the hood and I was just standing on his turf (I was raised in North Philly,so I know what the hood is).He entered the back room and walked out talking in a very unprofessional way to another employee.At the end of my visit to the store I was very dissapointed with this specific Jimmy Jazz.Ive been at the Jimmy Jazz in Philly (Philadelphia Mills) many times,and I love how great the customer sevice is.As someone who knows these bussiness very well,I would suggest the company to re-train thes guys or to get people who really needs a job and really wants to be there.I havent had the chance to know who the manager is,to this location,but I would even retrain the managment too.Employees like these,make a company like yours look bad,and at the same time,they make customers not want to deal with their attitude and their lack of interest at what they do,so customers dont even want to deal with it,and end up going to another store.

Poor customer service at its best. My son and I went to this store yesterday afternoon...all the employees were on their phones, not one greeted us or the other customers who walked in. We all eventually left. What a poor way to treat potential customers

Store refused entry to an 8 year old child with asthma due to no mask. As per the mandate he is exempt due to his health condition. Even after being informed, the employee refused the child entry. His excuse... I just work here.

To me this is more of an urban shoe store. They usually have the latest shoe that comes out and a large range of other popular shoes you may be interested in. Their cloths are pretty nice and the employess are friendly. They also play the latest hip hop or rap music in the store and they dont mind if you buss a move lol. Its a pretty good place to shop.

Always got what I need.Edit: Everytime I walk in with some fly clothing on people greet me and want to help with sales, I walk in with work clothes not one employee said hi or even how can I help you. All the employees at least 4 were standing around not doing anything or on their phones terrible customer service.

Poor poor poor customer service. All employees stood there doing nothing but talking to each other. No one greets the customers and when some finally does realize your there they ask what you want and never returns from checking a size. Wont catch me coming back to this place. No manager was in site either to monitor this foolishness and crappy employees.

They didnt have a lot of sizes for the shoes I was looking for, but in the end I left home with a nice pair of Adidas

Walked in never got greeted. Workers seemed to busy to acknowledge I was even there. stayed for about 5 minutes after and left.

I reallylove this store but I gave them 4 stars because of their return policy. There isnt one. Only exchange or store credit

Don’t come here most of the workers are nice but there’s this one dude who was so rudely staring at us and talking about us and he thought we couldn’t hear it but we did just save your money and don’t go here .

Only do tax free if it is under $60. And I dont think thats fair.
