Went to the store to check if they were getting a Jordan release in a GS size and the managers or AM answer,with a horrible attitude was: I dont know,just go and check on the website.His attitude everytime I go there for sneaker releases is very unpleasent and he never knows nothing about anything.As a former retail worker (Assistant Manager) at another sneaker store in another state,I understand you should know information about every release (should have a release calendar),you should be polite and attentive and your personal problems or attitude problems should be left at home.Please train these guys better!

Let me tell you I wouldnt of this Footaction not expecting anything other than buying some shoes. But let me tell you got a little bit more than Footaction you. I got it a foot experience. The lady that was working the lady that was working in there was really experienced new how to put my shoes on perfectly without hit my heel. She also gave me an awesome foot massage that bordered on the erotic. I love this place and now I find myself going back every week just to try on shoes and hope that shes there to run my little footsies down. Five stars

I was at this store Saturday 1/4 around 2 or 2:30 i just want it to say how uncomfortable the two sales personal made me and my son feel, maybe if they were more welcoming and less rude we would have stayed and spend a little more money but we couldnt wait to leave the store since thats the vibe we got .i was there the same day but earlier around 11am and the people that were working were super great.

I really like it there. It has a lot of shoes.
