If I could give it a zero I would! Found a GV70 we liked and went in to discuss pricing and trade in. After back and forth we had a deal... or so we thought. The sales manager comes down and basically says we are too far off and walks away. No explanation or any type of counter. I call the customer rep who originally contacted me and explained the situation and i get a follow up call from the sales manager who didnt like what i had to say and wanted to argue... not going to happen. I used the Talk to the Owner option and of course never heard anything. Stay away!

My experience was fantastic. The Sales Consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, her management and Financial need to streamline their processes so that Customers do not have to sit and wait for an hour to complete the sale.

Purchased a new car from this facility. Initially the contact was not very pleasant, I called to verify if the car that I was interested in was available and the lady on the phone was adamant that I was going to get an appointment before I arrived. I hung up on her and drove 68 miles to the dealer. Salesman (Ellis) came outside as we drove up with nice comments regarding our car. We were able to secure a deal & traded for a New Genesis G70. Salesman & Sales mgr were nice to deal with. Only took one trip, drove out with new car same day. Process took approximately 3.5 hours. Recommend this dealer to anyone wanting a new Genesis. Dropped one Star due to clean-up crew doing a very marginal job on prepping the car, Otherwise experience was as pleasant as buying a new car can be.

I went to replace my TPMS at this dealer, at first they said 3 of the sensors are not reading and only one of them that they can read ( got paper Work that they gave me). The service representative said that they only have 2 sensors in stock and they have to order the 3rd one, so he said it will arrive in a week. He gave an appointment one week later, when I went back so they can install the sensors they got the car and took it; 30 min later the service representative came to me and said that they havent received the part yet, so I was disappointed and asked him why? He said that it got delayed we will call you when it arrives, 3 weeks later the part arrived (based on what they said) and they called me. I went to the dealer and 3 hours later the service representative said that they replaced the 3 sensors and now the car is good, but the other one it good for 6 months or a year. I paid them $335 and when I left and drove about 3 miles the TPMS light came back again. This guys did not fix my car right and I dont know if their technicians could figure out what the issue is!! Their service manager or the dealer manager responded to my 1st rating saying that they told me about the sensors they could read it might need to be replaced in 6 months or a year probably, my answer is that they said its good and they had everything good to go. Also, I will never ever go back to this dealer because simply they cant fix the car and they are not honest from the beginning.

As a recent Genesis owner, Im happy with their service and sales team. I do look forward to a stand alone Genesis location in the future.
