I enjoyed working with Barry at ProSource in Lakeland. He was great at getting my tile ordered quickly and even going the extra mile to find a replacement tile when one of the tile selections I chose was delayed in shipping. Every time I called, I got a quick response and the entire staff was capable and professional.

I have searched high and low from Polk County to Highlands County to find cabinet pulls, found this place online from Google, they had exactly what I wanted, ordered and will be delivered in a few days. They have the largest selection of backsplash/tile/flooring/handle pulls/cabinets, that I have seen in 1 store. The staff were super helpful and I highly recommend them.

I recently remodeled my kitchen, and am so happy that I found ProSource in Lakeland. Saturdae was an absolute pleasure to work with. She had excellent taste, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tile combination for my kitchen back-splash. She also picked the winning tile for my new flooring. I never felt any pressure to purchase, and Saturdae was exceptional when it came to communication. I was told when all of my items arrived, the day they arrived, and also was informed about items on back-order, and when they were expected. All of this truly helped make my remodel project easy to schedule. Im in love with my new kitchen, and know that it wouldnt have been possible without ProSource, or Saturdaes artistic eye. Experienced sales people and designers that are there to fit your needs. Inventory of samples is huge from flooring, countertops, tile, etc. Prepare to be overwhelmed, but in a good way. Ask for Mark. Hes awesome.

Dont even waste your time if your trying to do your own home. There always busy and dont measure things right. They have no idea what they are doing. It was so bad the actually fired our designer. But did nothing to correct the problem. I was left with what I had and told to have my contractor figure it out. That there was nothing they could do because I signed off on the design.. well I thought she knew what she wad doing. Apparently not and they knew that thats why they fired her.

Lots to look at and what I love the most is that for 100.00 you can get a membership and you can go and look 24/7 . You get a key card and when scanned at the front door all lights turn on and you have run of the place . Anytime and you can take samples home and return when youre ready.

My hubby and I are remodeling our kichen after a flood. We went to Prosource for cabinets that will go with our existing countertops, which we are keeping. We also decided to get a new backsplash sonce the current ones will probably be broken during demolition. Both Tony and Tiffany were VERY helpful in the ENTIRE process. I must admit my hubby and I are VERY particular and have different taste that can make it difficult to deal with us! Tiffany and Tony not only win the prize for being GREAT at assisting us, but also for TREMENDOUS patience!.You CANNOT go wrong dealing with these ladies at PROSOURCE!!
