Horrific experience working with Alarm Center and Cory, the owner. I represent a 20+ unit residential complex that paid north of $7000 for a security camera system. It has been one headache after another and now (3 weeks to date) we are without ANY security system as the one we had stopped working.A customer service oriented organization would understand the significance of the value in a security system and not let their customer go weeks left in the dark. When I asked about him installing a temporary system, which is common protocol with any reputable company dealing with high value services, like security systems, Cory told me his price did not include any such thing.Interesting fact to note was that Cory never mentioned any of this during the bidding stage of my diligence. Maybe I should have read his mind or the future, but I lack those skills because when my car breaks down, the dealership gives me a loaner without ever having sold me such a plan nor required me to inquire about loaners when the dealership fixes a problem.Over the past few months I have had to do most of the troubleshooting myself with the manufacturer directly because Alarm Center lacks the decency or respect to honor the concept of customer service. My money they took happily, but providing service after the fact... thats another story. You have been warned.I dont know who these other reviews are... but take it from a real person whose dealt with hundreds of companies... Alarm Center is a no go.

We switched to Alarm Center about a year ago, and what a difference it has been! I have the privilege of talking directly to the local owner, Corey, whenever I need something. There is just something to be said for good, old fashioned customer service. All of this at a fraction of the cost. I still have the same system I was using before, with all the bells and whistles. Now I get great customer service and a lower cost.Highly Recommended!

Ive been using Alarm Center for over a year now for our business location. Recently, there was an incident on our parking lot involving damage to a vehicle. We were able to go back several days and download video of the incident which became instrumental to the investigation.The quality was amazing! Then entire building has fire alarm with monitoring and security. Although we love the incredibly advanced technology we got from Alarm Center, it is the personal service from a local company that we love the most! We love to do business with someone we know, who is local, and answers the phone when we call! We highly recommend Alarm Center to anyone needing security systems for their home or business!

This is more than just an alarm company. They are a make your home high tech company. They can make your whole house run off your phone from cameras, controlling your whole alarm system, and even control devices in your house like your ac system or even lights. This company is top notch in customer service. The owner Cory will even come out and get his hands dirty setting up your system. So if you want your home safe and up to date call these guys.

Cory Plante at Alarm Center is AWESOME!! This is a locally owned alarm company. They dont just send a tech in the area to come when you need help. They come themselves. They have amazing technology that lets you access your security system through your phone and the feed is live! If something triggers the alarm you will get an immediate text message so you can check the feed and see what is going on!!! Best Alarm Company Around!!!!!

Great job. Replace my old alarm with new alarm and add a panel. He also installed my skybell doorbell and tied it into my alarm system.

I dont think they are even open building is old and falling apart looks semi used but never a car in the lot
