After what felt like years and hundreds of shops, my daughter and I found her perfect dress for graduation here! Even found the cutest accessories! The staff was very helpful, one of the clasps was loose and the attendant stitched it up in just a few short moments!! It meant a lot because it was the only one in her size left!

My wedding was 4-9-17 and I bought my dress, shoes, and veil from Cinderella Bridal in Lakeland. I saw the dress in the window and knew it was the one. All my guests thought we spent thousands on my dress when we only spend hundreds! Gorgeous dress, great selection, would highly recommend. I had bad experiences at bridal shops and this place made sure I was happy. You can even put it on layaway if you need to make payments.

Went in there to find a formal dress navy blue for wedding. first off every dress is in plastic bags so you can’t tell what your looking at. second the dresses are in no kinda order and third the workers are no help what so ever.

Beautiful dresses, great prices. Most of the other shops in Lakeland were closed down or didnt carry the bridesmaid dresses we needed so we decided to go here before Davids bridal and we found a dress for my daughter and mother.

I found my dream dress here!! We saw it in the store window and I knew that was it. The girls were so helpful. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a mall stop you from these amazing finds. The customer service was lovely. All the girls that work there are nice and helpful, they have a large selection of dresses for a decent price not overly expensive. I ordered my prom dress from here didnt even try it on just saw it in the books and ordered. It came in earlier than expected and fit perfectly. Was so happy with my purchase!

The staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable for being younger women. Very nice and even during a busy day they were able to assist me with a spur of the moment dress shopping trip with my aunt. The prices are very good and they allowed us to look through the catalogs that were tailored to my plus size needs. I will definitely be going back to order my wedding dress there.

FRAUD!!! The zipper on my nieces $300 prom dress was broken when she tried it on, Store offered to fix the dress, but needed 2 weeks to get it done. My niece went back today to get the dress, the zipper is not fixed, and they want her to come back. They refuse to refund her the deposit and refuse to give her a discount for her trouble. Inexcusable services!!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! THEY ORDER MY DRESS IN A TOTAL DIFFERENT SIZE WAY BIGGER THAN IT WAS SO I HAD TO GET ALTERATIONS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE WHAT I WANTED! THEY WERE SAYING OH I NEED DARTS AND THEY RUINED IT! SO THE OWNER LIED TO US SAYING OH THEY WOULD REDO THE ALTERATION AND RUSH IT FOR ME BECAUSE IM A BRIDESMAID FOR A WEDDING FOR FREE! AND WHEN I WENT IN THEY SAID IT WOULD COST ALOT AND I DIDNT ASK FOR MY DRESS TO FIT TIGHT RIGHT AROUND ME! THEY WERE YELLING AND SAYING I WAS LYING TREATING ME LIKE PURE GARBAGE! NEVER EVER GO TO THEM BECAUSE THEY LIE AND THEY MAKE THE DRESSES WHERE U GOT TO PAY FOR ALTERATIONS ON PURPOSE SPECIALLY IF ITS GOTTA BE ORDERED!!!! WORST PLACE TO GO TO!!!

The manger Naysha was very rude. When I asked her a question she wouldnt answer me. I just bought two prom dresses for over 200 dollars and experience this rudeness
