Always enjoy shopping at Publix stores. This one is convenient for you and there foods are well stocked and fresh. The best part is the deli, there sub sandwiches and prepared foods are very good. You can find better pricing at bigger stores on the produces they carry if you want to take the timeENJOY!

Great Publix. Will Benefit with More Stream Food. That for some reason the still Classified s ethnic foods..If That was The rule 50% of all products in the shelf .are Ethnic...lol. Meat, Potatoes, and some other Veggies may not be.

We love our little Publix. Its really not that little but compared to other Publix stores, it is. We might not have all the choices that a big store offers but the employees, especially in the morning, are awesome! And its so much easier to get around the whole store without being overwhelmed.

It isnt the biggest with the most variety. It is more like a quick pop in place. However, the people are super friendly and welcoming. What they do have is fresh and well stocked when it can be.

Great store overall but overpriced and the produce isn’t as great as the other Publix in other places in Florida. They need more gluten free options. They tend to not follow directions in the deli. The store is clean, friendly staff. We will be continue to shop here. I am willing to change my review if they fix above listed issues.

Publix is my favorite place for grocery shopping...its nice being able to pick up prescriptions while grocery shopping, which saves an extra stop. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The takeout service puts Publix ahead & above the other grocery stores.

One of the older stores but as well maintained as all of the others and as always super helpful and always try and get it done! help you get what you wanted !

Just stopped in to pickup some more BOGOS that we needed before the went off sale . You cant beat the sales that Publics has. I always recommend them to anyone who asks about their products. Give them a try!

Cashiers are wonderful, Jill, the new pharmacist Linda and Allen the current pharmacist are always a pleasure to deal with. I pass by 2 CVS stores a Walgreens and an independent Pharmacy just to go to the 540A location.. and always will!!

Been here only once, but it upholds the publix name well. Had everything I needed, great quality on the fresh items, super pleasant staff.

Stopped in to get snacks before we began our 14 hour road trip to Knoxville Tennessee and filled up. The store was well stocked and clean and the customer service was great.

This is my regular Publix that i shop at almost everyday since its around the corner from my home. I believe I was racially profiled today when at the customer setvice desk i purchased garlic bread, got $20 back to play lotto. I slid to the next window and Mevin pulled the whole drawer to count it because he wasnt paying attention. I gave him the $20 and he basically called me a liar to my face until he counted the drawer. Very humiliated to say the least. I wrote the above portion while I was still in the store yesterday. I am editing it today after speaking with management about this situation. I have to say every other encounter has been pleasurable. The store is always clean and everyone is always helpful.

I will not spend another single red cent in this store. Ordered a sub that I have ALWAYS used EBT to pay for and my son got told that it’s wasn’t covered by EBT. Asked for a manager and spoke with David who is the general manager and he rudely told me he is not doing anything to fix it and to either order a different sub or pay another way. Shame that this guy wants to lose the hundreds of dollars of business I do in that store on a monthly basis over a $6 sandwich

Even though this Publix store is on the smaller side, it is my favorite one to shop at! Everyone is very friendly and the fresh produce and deli items are all high quality. Everyone at the pharmacy is very helpful and friendly as well!

Its a smaller publix, but the staff was friendly, the store was clean, and people were wearing masks and keeping appropriate distance from each other despite the size of the aisles.

Nice, smaller Publix. The staff are courteous and seem to enjoy their jobs. The produce department is again, on the small side but its well looked-after. The fresh deli is always busy.

Wow it is so expensive! And it is no Wegmans for this price. It is just like any other grocery store, nothing special. I will happily shop at the Walmart in town. They have way better produce as well. I came out of there spent 67 dollars, all I got was some juice and snacks. Ridiculous.

Every Publix has a phenomenal customer service level. But this morning I was particularly impressed with the bakery here. Having procrastinated, I called the store at 7.30 a.m. asking if it would be possible to have a birthday cake ready by 11 a.m. the same day. Yolanda answered with the most positive attitude that it would not be a problem and proceeded taking down all of my custom requests. One of my requests was writing in Russian. We agreed that she would do it once I get there so that she could copy my writing. When I came to pick up the cake, another associate, Madison, assisted me. She was also very pleasant and helpful and wrote perfectly in characters unfamiliar to her. The cake was delicious as it was beautiful and loved by all. Thank you!!!

This is by far worst publics Ive ever been to. The staff is lackadaisical. Not all staff but enough to make it well worth the drive to the publics on Lake Miriam. I will never go to this one again and I would always drive further to go to a different store. Please save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else

Always great service. I ordered a specialty cake for a Birthday and the staff was great. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did a very good job creating the cake. Made my wife cry...in a good way!!!! Kudos!!

Favorite place to get groceries, good prices, always have deals and bogos. Also there is no better bakery publix bakery is the best. Great deli as well. The staff is also great and very nice and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are also very clean and well maintained. Love shopping here and will continue shopping here. Would definitely recommend it.

This is a great store. Its called the short bus store for a reason. Its small for those opps I ran out of milk runs. It was built to take some of the weight off the larger stores near by. If you need to grab your weekly runs there are two normal sized stores just mins away.

Good place to shop. Its not stocked with as wide as variety as a larger Publix but will have most of what you want. Bakery is good as is the deli.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. This location is one of the smaller stores, so does not always have certain items. But a smaller store makes it easier to find what I need and get back out quickly.

Like all Publix locations, this one is clean and the staff are friendly. The store building has a design problem: it is very small so even a few people make it crowded. The aisles are setup in a strange layout. I wish they would re-design the building, taking out all the smaller shops and having one larger Publix. This location is good for a quick stop for 1 or 2 items, but for a cart full, I prefer the larger stores.

Had to cancel my transaction because I was 6 cents short. 6 CENTS!!!! The man at the service desk didnt seem to care that I had to drive all the way home and back just for 6 cents. I work in customer service and I wouldnt even think of doing that to my customer. Ill be driving further to another publix. Very uncalled for. Cashiers Name is Naimesh.

Without a doubt, this is the best Publix in Lakeland. My husband and I shop here about four times a week, and weve felt welcomed since day one. Four years later we still shop here for the level of service each employee provides, and the sales on great food!!!

Very small if you are going to build a store in a town the size of Lakeland then it should be larger. No wonder people avoid this store. You would be doing yourself a favor if you closed it in large it.

I generally love Publix but this store is really small. It makes things harder to find, at least for me. It also means that they dont carry quite the veriaty that a larger store does. But it works in a pinch.
