Love the layout at this publix ... got my sub and went upstairs to eat and people watch....

My family went to Publix over Lake Gibson shopping center on August 12 Thursday around 10:45am. Store looks great. The customer services staff, Victoria, was very helpful and nice and polite. She is very busy in helping different customers to help their needs even she is the only person providing services during that period of time and she still keep her composure with smile. That is call excellent services and we all thank to her for her help. She desires a five star!

Its hard to beat Publix. The stores are always clean, the employees are friendly, and the selection is good.The prices are a little higher than some of their competitors, but that is because the customer service is a step above too.Providing customer service does cost money, and that cost gets applied to the price of the groceries.As an example of the kind of customer service that you cant get at other stores: when Im looking for a particular product that the store doesnt carry, if I speak with the grocery manager, he (or she) will find out if it is something that they can start carrying. Ive actually had pretty good success, getting them to start carrying things, just by asking nicely.

They have a section for cheese 🧀 that my husband loves and he was also pleased with the soda water. A young man who was finished working packed up the recycling on his own time. The cashier was friendly,too. This store is not near my house but I like to go there when I am in the area.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean aisles and bathrooms. Everything you want and expect from a Publix, it’s here. Somehow even their flower selection is better than some of the other Publix in the area—not sure how they pulled that one off, but it’s true. They will often have flowers and arrangements other Publix don’t. A great store! We come here all the time!

Liking the new layout and color scheme. This Publix had very helpful staff members. They were also polite. The shelves were all stocked and there was a nice assortment of fall themed items. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

In and out while picking up a script at the pharmacy. Great fast service.

Friendly staff. I went and got my covid vaccine here and the pharmacist was very informative and nice. The store itself is pretty well stocked and easy to find anything you would need.

Had to get tested for covid (even though Im fully vaccinated) my partner at work tested positive. So I ran out of my blood pressure pills. PUBLUX PHARMACY WOULDNT GIVE ME ONE UNTIL I GOT MY SCRIPT FILLED ! IT WAS A 24 HOUR WAIT, SO I GUEES ME HAVING A STROKE WAS OK . Thanks allot.

Ample variety of produce, fruits, meat, poultry, fish, etc. Publics in-house bakery is A+ ... everything you need in a nice, clean environment where you will be treated with respect and smiles

BOGOs, the employees are the BEST anywhere!! The associates who help me out with my groceries are so kind and helpful. I had hip replacement surgery so Im still using a cane and help getting my groceries to the car is wonderful. Polite, carry on a conversation like were old friends is just an added bonus. If I cant find an item, I know someone is there to help me. Forget any other store! Shop at Publix. Shopping is indeed a pleasure there. ❤️

I love shopping at Publix for my daughters WIC. They have a great selection of fruits and vegetables and a lot of B1G1F deals. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and always ready to help. I also love the deli for their subs and other food items. Although they are usually busy, they are never overcrowded!

The employees I think actually like their job. Theyre very helpful. Theyre not just standing and chit-chatting with each other. I wish the bakery would make more white bread. I have asked several times. I cannot get there in the morning its usually after work at night about 9:30. They do not have any just plain white bread.

I love publix especially this store the Store always has just cleaned carts for you to use.The Store is always clean, well stocked, you can easily find what you are looking for that is a big plus.The Cashiers are well trained and service with a smile.The bag people are very knowledgeable how to bag your items I have never left there unloading a heavy bag and offer to take the cart to your car.I highly recommend this store. I have been shopping at Publix for over 30 plus years and this one is my favorite.Thank you Publix for all you do.

Publix stores have set the standard for quality and professionalism in the South. The products are just a little bit more, but it all pans out with excellence due the higher quality of food and the levels above average customer care.

I would contribute more a few months ago but now I second guess all when having to shop at this store. I shop for instacart as well as always been a publix shopper, hell in a LG Brave Class 02 so publix was always the spot and then redone and then employees got snootier and not willing to help you find anything because its such a bother. To now the end of 2020 and if have discovered how this one small thing can affect my grocery shopping habits and others as well. Come on Publix, you boys should stop worrying about how much money you look like and just relax and maybe sometimes work with your staff and show them love BC now we got roaches....LIVE ROACHES.....

Its Publix so of course Its 5 stars!! Duh. Never a bum-wheel-cart, always friendly service by employees that are always suspiciously happy...everything is fresh, the shelves are magically restocked instantly by a combo of white magic and overtime elves....the fruit is forbiddenly sweet, the baker is someones sweet ol aunt Sue, and Im sure theyre pumping a combination of vanilla and opium through the vents! Dont believe Publix is magical? Just walk down frozen foods with your arms outstretched to the sky and yell LET THERE BE LIGHT!!!....see what happens! 👀

Best fried chicken in the deli and any other store. I recommend highly add the potatoes salad.

The chicken chimichonga was STUFFED. Almost too much. But tasted amazing. I will definitely go back. Delish!

I us the p/u grocery service. Never have any issues. All are very professional.

Supermarket itself was great. My husband had some difficulty with a young pharmacist there who second-guessed his surgeon and other doctors, getting condescending with him (a disabled health care professional who prescribed meds for his patients for 30+ years).

Great North Lakeland store....super busy but great professional staff.

Spacious close to other stores, bank, and eateries. Lot of parking available here. Handicap parking space and entrance for easy access. Curbside pick-up for online orders. Helpful employees are ready to assist with shopping questions as well as assist you and your groceries to your vehicle.

Always a pleasure, But this time I ended up at the checkout with a bulb of garlic that I didnt realize was dried out. I went to give it back to the cashier and one of the assistant managers happened to see me doing that and jumped in and said he would go get me a better bulb. I know it sounds like a simple thing but thats what separates Publix from everybody else... The willingness to jump in and help even on the small things. Its what keeps me coming back to Publix over and over again!

Right across the street from my newest place of employment, St Anthonys Catholic Church, this may become my favorite Publix of all time!

Publix are usually good but I found out that Id like their veggie sushi.

Great place to shop, clean, polite, very well stocked.

Clean and friendly, had most of the items we were looking for.

Shopping is a pleasure until it isnt. 20 minute wait in deli with one person in front of me. Managers walking by seeing employee couldnt keep up and not addressing the issue or jumping in to help (I have seen store managers in years past do it). Not a big deal but employee didnt apologize for the wait. Last star was knocked off because there is no survey or number to call listed on the receipt. I could of order hot cooked food somewhere else in the time it took to prepare a cold cut sub. Not sure whats going on with Publix but this seems to be my experience lately. I have been having more of a pleasure at Winn Dixie down the road.

Service was very slow which it has been for some time now

Great selection, ok prices. This my preferred place to grocery shop. BUT why take the prime parking spots for you online shopping service, your customers that actually shopping at your stores are more likely to impulse buy, making more money for your company. There are better places to park your online shoppers than right up front.

The Lake Gibson location has become a rather disappointing store. It is frequently dirty. The belts you put your items on are usually filthy and if you ask employees to clean them, however nicely it may be, you are treated as if youve asked far to much and if I offer to clean it myself, they are just as upset. Publix shopping used to be a pleasure but stepping inside this particular location has become anything but.

I hear ppl say all the time how great Publix chicken tenders are so i went today to get some. The guy working was super nice, but it ends there. The selection was terrible they hardly had any sides to pick from. The chicken tenders were cold and mushy and the sweet potato fries were cold and hard. I feel like I wasted $7 for nothing as I threw it all away. Last time I ever eat at there deli Ill stick to Walmarts deli its much better and they have fresher food

Bakery lady is very rude. They have a new pick up system and it’s clear those lady’s are angry. This Publix location is one of the worst I’ve been to.
