I go to this place a lot. Seldom is anyone there very friendly. Their customer service sure could be better. Having said that, this store is always clean, well stocked and the rest room is very clean.

Compared to the store in Brandon this one was Very disorganized.The one good thing was finding a themed baby flannel.Plus, the bathrooms were out of order and if you needed one you had to use a Port-O-Let on the sidewalk out front.I will not shop there again.

I have recently purchased a new singer heavy duty machine from this location, it was a great price and in a pristine condition. However, the only thing to exceed the high quality product is the excellent, knowledgeable and patient staff that was able to answering my questions to help me decide which model the best suited my interests and future needs. I highly recommend this location of JoAnn fabrics, and specifically if need assistance all staff members are helpful and friendly, especially Lori had assisted me, and displayed credit upon herself and the company JoAnn fabrics itself.

The store had exactly what I needed in stock. They also have a wonderful staff that is very helpful. Their staff even helped me get additional discounts with coupons on their app. I will not go to the store in Winter Haven because of the rudeness and ineptness of their staff.

This store is very dated and needs a facelift. They have a good selection but pricier than competitors.

Never have I ever been treated so poorly. This is not a culturally diverse store and the staff do not treat all customers the same. I literally left with no resolution. I have no idea if they are returning my money for the order they couldnt fulfill. Im just out done. I drove 25 miles to leave empty handed and upset. Never again. I will share my experience on every social platform.

The store seem to have quite a bit of selection in fabric. I went with my wife too pick out some new patterns for some masks She is making. I really enjoyed all the displays on fall tasks and hobbies. The only downside was there were many people looking to get fabric cut and only one person working the cutting area. That may have been for distancing sake.

Lady at the fabric station went out of her way to get us the sewing machine down. We appreciate your time. We know you were busy. Tham you again.

What a great place!! Such an awesome selection of art and craft supplies, baking supplies, fabrics and patterns, knitting and crocheting supplies, scrap booking materials, I could go on and on!!! I could have stayed in there for hours!!! I was looking for a storage container for my Color Street 100% real nail polish strips, and I found the BEST plastic bin!! The packages Im storing are right around 4×6, I think just a bit smaller, and the container I found is for greeting cards. Literally PERFECT!!

This was our first time visiting this location and it was a wonderful experience. The lovely lady cutting our fabric was delightful and a terrific conversationalist. Hannah the cashier made our day, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had an upbeat personality.

It would be nice if they hired employees that were knowledgeable about crafting. But they usually have good sales.

Nice location, but they had NO bobbins in the sewing section! NONE. You cannot machine sew without bobbins!!

Jan was RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and did not like my sons information re his shopping list. She felt it made it IMPOSSIBLE TO assist me. Yet, Leslie took over helping me because Jan had to get off the clock. I thank God Jan did !!!Leslie actually WANTED to help me!!! She ended up finding me 7.25 YARDS of this IMPOSSIBLE TASK, PER JAN.PLUS, LESLIE EVEN HELPED ME FIND a mens cargo shorts pattern AND HELPED ME FIND a material,, as camo print wasnt an option, AND THEN used the pattern to determine the amount of material I needed, AND EVEN HELPED ME pick thread for it.Leslie needs a raise. Jan needs fired!!! Rude vs helpful ALWAYS speaks volumes to this customer!!!

Very small not much product

Short staffed..and employees were very negative and distant. Made it seem like they loved their jobs, sarcastically of course. Waited 45 mins to get 2 different fabrics cut or confirmed before we could checkout.

This particular store is always hit or miss for me. Shop early in a new season for seasonal/holiday decor.

Location is small and offers less than the larger ones. Past few visits have been very warm like the AC is not on.

Every time I come here there are no employees to be found. Today was the last time. I waited for 5 solid minutes for the cashier to pop out from wherever and when they didnt I set my stuff on the counter and walked out. Theyre lucky Im not the guy to run out the door with it. Im sure some have.

Always the nicest people in there. Insted of throwing away old inventory that isnt selling they gave it to their customers. End of a bolt you get a discount. Feels like they care.

This store has a great selection of products that I love but theres this one cashier that is always arrogant to me and my daughter even though my daughter used to work at joanns less than a year ago herself! For this reason Ill try to avoid this store as much as possible.

What a selection! I went for the crafts but if youre a quilter or looking for fabric or sewing supplies this is the place! As of today, July 19th, theyre having sales up to 90%!!

No enough decent fabric- need a better selection of lace trim, they never have what I need. Always have to buy online for what I need. There were some nice rolls of upholstery fabric. I found a nice assortment of notions. Ill check back from time-to-time.

Courteous staff will help you find what ever you are looking for. Some items are a little bit on the high side,but they make up with it with there discount coupons, they will make sure you get your discount. Recommend highly,plus they have a good clearance section.

I was on north Lakeland side shopping with my mom and grandmother and upon leaving bealls we noticed a huge sale sign at the local joann fabric... wondering if going out of business? Haven’t heard or read anything about it.... options to get local crafts is starting to be less and less...

The cashier was very helpful. They had a vinyl bundle for 60% off. Spent a lot of time, and money on discounted items for crafting.

It really doesnt have a good selection of fabric. Even though there is a big section of fabric it doesnt have a wide selection in my opinion. But their sales are good. Not friendly.

Good selection of fabric. Good luck getting in and out in under 2 hours. I think only 2 people work in the entire store so the line for cutting fabric takes forever. THEN you get to wait in line while everyone downloads 9 different coupons from the app. They need a genius bar to get the app loaded for these ladies before they get in line. Self checkout would be a godsend at this location so people dont have to wait 20min for one register.
