Not sorry. Not a great experience for me. They misdiagnosed my vehiçles a few times and ate the work. I went to them just this month face to face for a price quote twice and never heard back from them. Could have sent me politely away to someone else. I hear they were the best at collision. The mechanical side... Not so much. Either way I found a much better shop and will not be using Douglas ever again. Good luck.

Amazing work that makes a 2007 Honda Odyssey look brand new. Todd was very professional and made sure I was taken care of quickly as I have a 3 year old to take care of. My neighbor’s mailbox jumped in front of my sideview mirror and it didn’t end well so I took my car to Douglas Collision Center at the recommendation of Geico and I’m really glad that I did. Things were done on time, things were done very well, and the service that I got from Tim Frederick was outstanding. He went above and beyond, was professional, pleasant, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If needed, I would definitely come here again despite the hour drive.

Thought I had a tire problem. The tire place recommended Douglas Collision to me. I was very impressed. Clean waiting area. Friendly and helpful employees. I thought they were over fair to me on price. I will use again and recommend them. And you need to take your toys for tots by to them. They have a goal they are working on for that.

Took my Camry to Douglas and was told 3-4 days to complete. Todd got it done in 2 days and it looks great. 1 week later I realized my back door would not lock. I took it back to Douglas and they had it fixed and me out in 15 min. I highly recommend D.A. and Todd was top notch.

I had my first experience with Douglas Collision today and I must say they went above and beyond my expectations. I took it in for an oil change because they offered a discount if you brought in a new toy for Toys For Tots. While waiting for them to finish, I mentioned a tail light that was out and they proceeded to check all my lights and fix them while I was there with no extra charge. Not to mention a fun gift they give for your visit. Thank you for your help, I will be back and I would recommend you guys.

While we have had previous excellent accident repair work done on a car here, recently a friend suggested we take our car here for some non-accident work. I had received two opposite opinions on needed work from two other shops, including the car dealer. So, I thought a third opinion was necessary. The man who helped me, examined the car, took me back to the car on the lift and explained his diagnosis. His differed significantly from the car dealers and indicated that only one of the rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced instead of both of them according to the other shop. He gave me an accurate guesstimation for the repair cost. Consequently, I had them do the work. After the repairs were done, I was given several pages of data showing the before and after repair settings on the car related to the alignment and other settings. We could feel the result of the work immediately and our car is still in great driving condition. I was really impressed with their service and the connection with their repairmen. I highly recommend them!

Done timely, work is perfect. They guarantee the work. Insurance companies allow them to do estimate and work directly without need for claims adjuster or multiple estimates . That, to me, says a lot about reliability.

Over priced on work not needed. I took my daughters car in to get checked out because it was needing something done with the brakes. They called me and told me that it is going to need front calipers because of uneven wear, and with that new pads and new hoses. There was a leak supposedly in the back left cylinder which also needed to be replaced as well as the right side because they dont do just one side. They also said that the master cylinder was bad, of which they have no way of knowing until the back break leak was fixed. So all this was going to cost over $1500. We have been going to Douglas for years, have spent over $7000 there and lately they have been going way downhill. I picked up the key earlier today and when my husband went to go get the car, the lights were left on so the battery was dead, when he checked the battery the one terminal had been tampered with and the whole post was twisted off and broke loose. This was in perfect shape when we left it there. We will NEVER go there again and we may even press charges. My daughter is now out $140 for a new battery. Thank you very much Douglas Collision.

Todd Douglas is a miracle worker! I was side swiped in my 2016 Buick Regal. He replaced the front panel, repainted the doors on the passenger side so you can not see any signs of damage. Did an alignment from the accident and detailed the car. This is our 3rd time with Douglas and we would NEVER let anyone else work on our vehicles. He said 5 days and it was 4. Just a pleasant, all around experience. THANK YOU!! I HIGHLY recommend Douglas to ALL!!! Dont go anywhere else. EVER!!

I took my car in to be repaired for damage caused by a side collision where there was damage to almost the entire passenger side of my car. This was over the Christmas and New Years holidays.Not only did they do an excellent job of repairing the damage, looks like new but they kept me informed of the progress even over the holidays. When they brought my car out they had cleaned it inside and out. They even threw in a complimentary oil change. Excellent customer service!Oh and on a side note they do more than just collision repairs they also do any type of service you may need done to a car. Decent service. Bad pricing. 30-40$ for a basic oil change no tire rotation included. Another note, had some bodywork done to my car for around 5k. Had to come back 6 months later to get the light fixed on it due to water getting inside. Anyways due to my last experience, I will not be coming back here.

The employees here are miserable. Once you walk inside, no-greets you or asks how they can help. Geico Express has a small office inside.These employees need to be trained effectively:Josh Heibert - Geico AdjusterHe does not return phone calls in a timely manner. He may not like using the phone, but he needs to give his customers some status or feedback on their current claims in a timely manner especially since it is an Xpress Shop.Tim - Douglas Collision AdjusterThis employee has a rude attitude. He calls and leaves a a voicemail with inaccurate information. He will tell you one thing, and give you the go-around.Enterprise Rental Associate - Female AdjusterShe had the most nastiest attitude saying she did not want to be at work because she had partied the night before. This is bad customer service and makes a bad reputation for the enterprise rental corporation.In-Conclusion:I had to physically call Geico Corporate and speak with several supervisors. A portion of them said they were supervisors, and lied about their supervisor position title to get me a status on my claim. Several Geico corporate representatives called this location several times with NO ANSWER. They had to send several supervisor emails for call-backs.A repair and insurance duo company should be run on customers service, respect, and integrity. I received none of these until I called corporate and escalated the issue. This office needs a reorganization.Until then, I would leave ZERO stars, and 1 for at least the effort of repairing what needed to be fixed.

My overall experience was ok. They gave me an estimate for 2k. Austin told me I drain my batteries and insisted I did when I know I didnt. So I really didnt care for that, made me uncomfortable about getting service done. I went to bartow ford and was informed the part Douglass said was wrong, was not. It was something completely different. I was glade I didnt get service done at douglass because I would have paid for a part that was not broke initially. Not good at returned calls, nor prioritizing responsibly. So all these reasons combined is the reason I did not sign an estimate for work to be done. Its disappointing, because family refered me here. But I know Bartow ford fixed it right an it was much money for the issue.Overall I would not recommend anyone here.

Super Service with attention to detail and politeness of staff

I was promised my car would be finished several different times. As of three weeks later it is still not complete. I get new excuses all the time. I have called several times and nobody ever returns your call. You have to drive down there to get your late excuses.On top of that they just leave your car in parts to sit in the Florida rain for weeks with exposed parts. They dont cover it or protect it from the elements.It is the most unreliable unprofessional repair shop I have ever used. They shook my hand last Friday afternoon and promised my car would be ready at 5pm.Friday at 4 pm I call and they give me an excuse and tell me first thing Monday. Monday I call no answer no return call. Drive down again to get me new excuse. Today is Tuesday and no call and my car still sits outside not finished.

We were rear ended in an accident and brought the car to them for repairs. The car is still crooked from the rear and all the door jam gaps are off or crooked. The tail lights are not flush like they are supposed to be and the car looks aweful.... 2014 corolla shouldnt look so bad especially when it wasnt our fault it was in an accident. They were very rude and kept saying they dont see anything wrong....

Brought our car for collision repairs. took them 6 weeks and the car still didnt look right. they kept telling us that the vehicle manufacturer said that the measurements were ok and that sometimes vehicles come off the production line with different measurements than what we are supposed to expect. they even said that people dont measure their door jam gaps untill they have been in an accident and they become to critical of their cars.... (i have a family member with the same car that i had repaired there and all of thier jams measure the same as they are supposed to unlike mine). they were very rude and i didnt do anything to them. they did, however, polish up my car very well to try to cover their poor job, after the second painting though.
