Lynn was very helpful we did everything over the phone and I just had to come up to the store and sign my contract and pay. She made sure to explain the contract in details before you sign that way you know what you’re signing. Very good customer service!

Went In and spoke with Lynn. She was super nice and helpful. The process was fairly quick and she took care of me right away. She explained everything and worked everything out to where I could afford it. She is definitely the one to go see if your needing something. Omg cannot say enough about this place and the amazing staff here! We walked in an hour before closing just to look around to see what they had and we were instantly greeted and asked what we were searching for. We were needing a couch and maybe a table if we could get the right price in our budget. Ken the store manager said they had sold a lotttt of couches that day.... that being the main thing we were looking for we were a little disappointed but then my girlfriend saw a couch that wasn’t even being displayed yet because they had just picked it up that day! They brought the sofa love set out for us to see and it was perfect! We also found the cutest little kitchen table for our first home but was skeptical because we are wanting to be affordable and not spend too much monthly. Ken gave us a STEAL and basically gave us the kitchen table for FREE helping us out with an amazing deal because he couldn’t see us walk away from something we wanted. That just meant so much to us with an offer we couldn’t pass up. It was such a great choice! That following week they delivered our sofa love set and kitchen table and one of the employees noticed that the leg wouldn’t fit right, without hesitation she promised me that someone would give me a call and come right out to get it fixed and that next business day I received a phone call from the couch repair man asking when he could come fix it!! This experience was easy breezy and beautiful! The most amazing people that truly want you to like what you get and get what you like. Would recommend to anyone that asks where to get furniture at an amazing price with incredible service. We are long term customers going forward! I think we need a TV ;)

Ive been renting from rent king for a year.I have a nice LG washer and dryer and have never had an issue with anything and since they have had a new staff come in it seems very friendly. thank you Lynn for making things easy and Ill be back for a couch

Michele the owner is rude and very disrespectful. They do not work with you on payments period and she states explicitly that financial hardships are not her problem, even when you communicate with them. I worked with them to return the merchandise which I could no longer afford and Michele proceeded to threaten me with a felony warrant for my arrest for theft because their moving guys didnt knock loud enough for homeowner to hear, upon verifying that homeowner WAS there during 4pm to 6pm window for picking up merchandise her movers came back and retrieved said merchandise without incident. Michele is a hateful woman who only cares about control and power and preys on the less fortunate. DO NOT BE FOOLED, THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU AND PAYMENT QUOTES ARE COMPLETELY INACCURATE. STEER CLEAR!!!

I love the Lakeland rent king on hwy 92 in Lakeland ms Cali and ken and Kelly and Rhonda are so nice and always willing to sit down and figure out packages and prices with you. The delivery men are very nice and helpful to. I will always send my friends and family to this location. They are amazing and they deserve a big raise. They treat everyone like they are family and they also show you that you mean something to the company. It’s a great warm feeling when you walk in rent king always offering you a drink and chips and food if they have any left. Thank you ken and Cali for your amazing work.

If you’re looking for a rent to own company that is warm and gives a hoot about their customers this is the place to go. I’ve done rent to own for all my furniture in the past and I’ve tried multiple places and it’s always a hassle or there’s a miscommunication or the price changes suddenly or there is dog like behavior, but not here! They don’t bother you with reminder calls a week before your payment they don’t call and bother your work they’ll text to communicate if needed I absolutely LOVE this store. Ask for Cali or Angee they are absolutely the sweetest-you get treated like family here. They will also go OUT of their way to work with you on delivery time and make sure you’re taken care of and get what you need. Thank you so much Cali and Angee for helping me make my house feel like a home!
