Went in to see about a wireless printer, wanted to check the prices. A very nice lady told me that the gentleman named Mark who is British, very handsome,& super nice, & had a wealth of knowledge about printers, was in the printer section helping another customer. She asked if I had any particular brand in mind. When she started naming different brands I stopped her onHP. I replied that I prefer HP.When Mark asked what I needed he walked me straight to the perfect printer for what I needed.$139.00.So, in less than 10 minutes I had the information that I needed.I just wish that I could remember her name. She was as helpful as Mark was. They both get a 5 star π review from me.
Leaving a 1 star cause it was the lowest I could leave. Zeke who works in the cell phone section was absolutely useless. He was extremely off putting and had the personality of a dead fish. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone but I guess that was a lot of work for Mr. Zeke. Maybe donβt work at a job where your one job is being somewhat pleasant towards customers.
I waited for help 20-25 minutes another Customer was there before me still waiting for someone to show. Store looked Empty.I went to ask for help was told couple minutes- NO SHOW.waited 10 minutes more.Found out they got rid of their employees cause they want MORE ON LINE ORDERS!And only matter of time close the store!Sad I left .
I was Recommended from AT&T To their to get my cell phone fixed their my screen saver cracked when I dropped it at&t didnt have what I needed But Best Buy did and they installed it and Guaranteed it. I was so HAPPY π
4.5 stars. I went there to pick up an online order for computer parts. Staff is excellent and professional. Parking was good. Prices are competitive so everything is good. I was in and out quick and easy. But the location was okay and getting out was a little more challenging then Id like it to be.
I recently visited Best Buy in Lakeland. I have to say I had tremendous customer service. Mark the manager in appliances was extremely helpful, dedicated a lot of time to me and I certainly knew that he had my best interest at heart. I love Best Buy but am not happy with the lack of in stock items to purchase. I prefer touching the items and leaving with them at the same time I pay for them. Not a fan of just ordering online and paying up front.
Curbside service was good...average about 10 minutes wait on a Wednesday night at 8pm...staff was friendly! Parking is VERY cramped and small....

Not sure what it was but when I left Bestbuy I didnt feel like I had a great experience although I did find the item I was looking for. Lacking in some areas of customer service with certain employees.
To state it straight forward... amazing, never in the course of human history has any store been this good and had such a good support. I would recommend any person nearby to come here. I have been here many times alone and with my family each time is better than the last. Thank you for providing one of the best experiences ever. Again I would recommend going here. The employees were very nice and helpful I just wish I could stay longer if I didnβt have to go home. If I didnβt have a job I would want to work here. To say it again amazing.

Very informative staff, I went to buy a Television for my new Home and got some great information from the staff at this Best Buy Location in Lakeland. Located just north of the I4 exit.Great selection of the newest Televisions. If they dont have it in stock they can get it to you fast.I applied for my Best Buy Credit Card and turned out to be a great pickup for the reward benefits. Especially on the Larger purchases. As a new resident In the area, this is definitely going to be my new home store for all my Best Buy Purchases . Thanks again Guys !
They do not back up their merchandise at all! I bought a Samsung washing machine and it came damaged and caused damage to my flooring and drywall and they insult me by saying they will give me $20 to keep the machine that is BROKEN. I have been calling all day trying to get someone to help and get transferred back and forth from customer service to the store where no one wants to help to take care of this. I have bought so much from this store and this is just ridiculous at this point.
They seemed to be short staffed. They found an associate who helped us find the Smart TV best suited to our needs. He kindly offered to load it for us as well. Hwy 98 North Best Buy.
Went in the store was completely ignored by staff. Thought I figured out what I needed would have been easier if I had some assistance But in returning the product I purchased which of course was wrong I got easy and quick service the complete opposite of last visit so I gave 3 stars will see what happens next time fingers crossed.
We came to purchase a new TV for my kids room. Prices were all over the place. It wasnt that crowded, people that work there were more interested in people buying phones and computers. As several people that worked there walked around us on there phones or just walking by we where not asked to help or anything. Even when I asked and my wife. We were told Ill get someone,by a manger or someone in authority. She called for someone and then left that person never came. Then when we got her attention again. She was attempting to find someone else. When we told her we need help now after being in the store for over a half hour without being helped. And wasnt so understaffed that several employees were assisting phone buyers, computers buyers or just standing on the floor on there phones with no customers in front of them. If it wasnt for my wifes discount and my kids needed a new tv. We would have never made a purchase that day at that store. In Lakeland, Fl. We live here now I would have traveled to another store or found another company altogether. And we were huge Best Buy customers in Tallahassee, Fl. Were Im from. I wont come back to this one again. Second time Ive been ignored and looked over.
They advertise QLED & OLEDS, but if you want the larger screens, kinda outta luck. The Samsung Rep was less knowledgeable than my friend.
Customer service is trash here at the North Lakeland Best Buy. They are getting more and more like Circuit City.
Store well laid out. Employee in windows pc area very friendly, helpful and informative. Employee in order pick up barely even talked. She never said a word until asking me if I needed help to take out. I had to ask if there was anything else needed. She also did not ask for my ID. All in all the process was okay but could have been a much better experience thus my rating.

I came in to this Best Buy and wasnβt 100% I would even buy anything since I just came in for info. The first sales rep came up and I wasnβt really satisfied with the service so I walked around and I was then assisted by Barbara. She was awesome! She explained everything perfectly and answered all my questions. She gave info on all the financing programs and even gave accurate pricing on the out the door price. I love my iPad Air, thanks Barbara!
Stopped by to buy 3 new desktop computers for my office asked for help and was told the guy in that department will come and help shortly. Waited 30 mins looking at what I will need and nobody came. Only person helping people were in the apple department. Its fine I just grabbed the model numbers and ordered off of Amazon for cheaper and next day delivery.
They need more fun/new exciting tech. Okay store. My bf and I like to walk around and find stuff but.. nothing has caught our eye recently
I never have a reason to actually shop in the store so this review isnt based upon that. This review is based on the curb side service that they implemented within the last few year(s). This location always gets it right and your wait time is very minimal to say the least. Shopping at best buy is awesome because they also offer a credit card brought to you by Citibank and Best Buy or just the store card. I love the Citi card because you can put a good majority of your bills on it and pay it off. Obviously being able to use the card anywhere Visa is accepted. Then turn around and redeem the reward certificates at best buy and essentially get free stuff. Its a win win here, oh by the way they do price match here as well. Best Buy is great here.

Plenty of associates working but they all cluster by the phones/computers while customers everywhere else are staring at each other waiting to be helped. The entire other half of the shop seemed to only have one associate. That poor curly haired dude was running around having to help EVERYONE else by himself. He needs a raise.
Lesley in your mobile kiosk was awesome.Β I have gone to 3 other cellular locations to inquire abour the Fold3 and was less than impressed.Β Β I got a lot of I think, Im not sure and I dont know as answers to my questions. I asked the same questions of Lesley and she was knowledgeable and took the time to sit with me and answer all my inquiries.Β I will most definitely be back to pre order my unlocked Fold3 from Best Buy.
Nobody ask if I needed help. I waited 30 minutes. Then had to go find someone to help me. It took another hour because everything was out of stock. Finally got the item and had to return it due to compatibility issues with my phone. So I waste of my time. But the store was clean. And the gentleman who I found to help me seemed really nice.

Easiest pickup of an online order Ive had at Best Buy. Theyre usually pretty good when picking up orders but going at a time that wasnt very busy made it very very good.
Needed to replace a power source for my desktop computer. Went in and found it for the price listed online. No one talked to me or bothered me or tried to sell me anything and I left with what I can for. My kind of shopping experience.
Welll......... This is the hardest review I have ever made. On one hand. You get what you pay for. And this pricey laptop and microwave are expensive but they last for years without any problems. The cashers are helpful and sometimes funny... whats a nice way to say thisGeek Squad is terrible! No manners, they take literally 4 times longer to finish a task. And sometimes will tell you they dont care. I wonder if there is any hope for fixing there aditude. Only shop here if your buying not fixing.

I ordered a washer and dryer in store. The delivery was set for 6/29. They did come but soon after left. And lied in the system that I was not home. I had to reschedule the delivery for the next available. Once again, I took off work to be home all day waiting, only to be told when I called for a status that the delivery was never set. The lack of professionalism is astounding to me. Oh ve been a loyal customer for many years and this is beyond the worst thing Iβve ever experienced. I am very disappointed. I will be asking fir a full refund on this purchase and another large purchase I made and never doing business with Best Buy again.
Came in to buy a kids Amazon tablet and wanted to just look at the fridges. When I finally found an associate to unlock a case so we can get the tablet he refused to hand it over to me. He just kept saying I can check you out now even though we werent done shopping. Is it against the rules to get an item and still look around until we are done THEN checkout?? He clearly was assuming we were going to steal it. Do better, honestly.
I had a TV that quit working after only 8 months. I had purchased 2yr Geek Squad coverage. Geek Squad came out promptly and ordered parts. On the next service call they installed the new parts with no change. 10 minutes later I was told that I would receive full purchase price credit and the remainder of 2yr protection pro-rated to purchase anything in the store. I went that day and picked out a new TV, but added 5 yr coverage this time. Great experience with Best Buy.

Slightly difficult to find a willing associate to assist in helping find the item you would like to purchase must not get paid a commission! When you corral one though they are quite efficient and knowledgeable. This location has a lot of parking available. There is curb side pick-up here. Handicap accessible parking and easy entrance as well.
Great selection if video games and computer products. There are enough computer products for someone to decide to build their own computer and walk out with everything they need in less than an hour. The keybaord, mouse, and headset selection has a great demo area and it well cleaned it seems. Their tv section is also nice. Smart home areas separated my operating system is a nice touch too.
I didnt give them five stars because when I went in there because my insurance for my iPad Air from spectrum had sent me there the guy at the desk is telling me unless I have Apple Care then I cannot get my screen replaced and that asurion was incorrect to send me there. I say check things out first before you say something that might be incorrect because I couldnt understand why my insurance would send me to Best buy if that wasnt what I supposed to .

There were discrepancies for delivery method on my purchase, it ended up being shipped via UPS. The TV arrived with severe damage. After 50 minutes on the phone with Bestbuy customer service I gave up and drove the damaged TV to the store.Though the customer service clerk was polite she was unable to offer an acceptable remedy. One of the store managers, Dylan came to discuss the problem. He was able to come up with a solution we could agree on. Because he made it right I will shop here again and I would recommend this store.
I was interested in buying a TV but I had to go back and check a few things at the house. The rep told me I could call from home and he could give me a digital cart to check out online. When I was home I tried to call that day but the store does not actually take any calls, you are only redirected to the corporate offices. So there was no way to complete the purchase.I returned the next day to get the TV in person and the deal was gone, although the rep had told me the deal should last until the weekend. Even though I had a photo of the TV and deal price from the previous day the manager didnβt want to honor it. She said they switched their phones over to corporate which is why I couldnβt get through.I donβt know why the reps tell you that you can call and get them to create a digital cart for you. I had been to the store several days before that and a different rep had told me the same thing.I lost out on the deal because of this. I wish the reps would offer to create the cart for you in store since they know calling back is impossible.

Went there looking for a new printer. Like all the other stores they didnt have any in stock. The one printer I was interested in was app driven. This was something new to me. Went in and talked with an associate that took the time to explain it to me. This was very helpful and I thanked him for his time and explaining things to me. This store has just about all your needs.
The store has everything a person could want, except employees. The last time I was there, several employees asked me if they could help. This trip, I had to walk around the store twice searching for a employee. Finally had to interrupt one of the cashiers just to find where the tax preparation programs were located.Going from mostly full time employees to mostly part time employees is having a effect all right, just not sure this is the direction Best Buy intended.Sorry guys, yet another bad decision to cut back employees. Definitely not the way to invest in your people or provide good customer service.Hey Best Buy, do you know what the major difference is between a on-line purchase and making a purchase from a brick & mortar store, BIG HINT, Good Customer Service.Teach it, live it, believe in it, otherwise just let your Brick & Mortar stores and close.Other than that, I bought my Turbo Tax and went home... Best buy is always like being a kid in a candy shop for me. The service at this store need improvement. I have been in there a few times and trying to find someone to help you is darn near impossible, then when you do find someone they are either really helpful or act like you just stole thier lunch.

Just bought a microwave here. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Just wish they could fix their phone systems. I had alot of problems trying to get a hold of the actual store.. Theirs prices were right in line with Home Depot and Lowes.. Im glad everyone is staying competitive. Also the total tech membership made Best Buy the winning price with install.. which I already purchased for some car stereo work..

What ever you are going to buy, search Amazon first. You will find it at a lower price, they will include additional accessories and you will not have to go through what I did.They sold me the wrong equipment twice. One of the time, 3 different associates showed me a camera that was labeled as $179. I purchased it, got back to my office, and it was the wrong camera. I went back to the store and they said the one they had shown me, the one that was labeled $179, was really $500. They said they would not do anything about it.Hunter, the manager was pompous and dismissive. He was the one that sold me a webcam I had to return in the first place. I explained to him the exact use case and he sold me a webcam that couldnt stay focused. His comment as to why he would not make the camcorder purchase right was, I am not going to take a hit on a camcorder that costs $500. Best Buy should reconsider who they promote to manager.I wasted 8 hours on all this. At the end of the day I spent 15 minutes on Amazon, got twice as good of a camera for half the money. I will never shop at Best Buy again for the rest of my life.I would imagine though that Best Buy is not going to be around for or to many more years. There is a good reason it is known as Amazons showroom.I dont know why these companies cant figure out that their policies and how they treat their customers may save them a few dollars up front, but costs them millions in the long run, as do the ridiculously inept employees they hire. I guarantee you every person who reads this review, will check Amazon now, when you could have just done the right thing from the beginning.In the pictures you can see that the camera I purchase is clearly labeled as $179. And Best Buy has employees who are going to help you out with your purchases.My Wife and I went and picked out a New Washer and Dryer for our Home. We generally get Whirlpool appliances. I purchased a laptop in September of 2020 along with the Total Support package. I had to return it to the store 3 times for the same problem. It has been fixed again & I hope it stays that way!I have two complaints:(1) Trying to use the Total Support 800 number is pretty useless. The techs you talk to speak very bad english, they are not very good at fixing your problem, expect to spend hours on the phone & can be cut off!(2) It is very hard to contact the store by telephone. I received several messages saying they were not answering the phone at this time.

The customer service was a little off, we bought a QLED Samsung TV but the rep was constantly trying to upsell us saying that we gonna be back to exchange it for something more expensive and we did get back but not to exchange the TV but because they forgot the remote control π

Went into store on Wednesday evening @ 7 PM to buy a gps for the car. The case was locked could not find a store associaate within 100 yards. Walked accross the store to otherside at customer service asked for help and was told someone would be over to unlock item, 10 min later walked out of store without item.

I like tech therefore I like tech stores but this store suffers in alot of areas. I only buy online and have it shipped too store for pickup. Last item I shipped too house was a computer and UPS delivered it soaking wet and it did not even rain that day. This was not best buys fault but now I only do pick-ups at the store for this reason so while Im in the store I browse around but most things are overpriced or bad specs for what you can find better online. Its only a good go to store for something that is sold everywhere. Example phones or consoles appliances and car audio. Not a good store for computers or laptops. Sales team are no good doesnt matter what day of the week. And geek squad protection plans are outrageous 5 times the price vs Assurion or Allstate for the same duration.

Im very impressed with the quality of service provided here. Very professional. I never once felt unimportant or that the employee helping me had something better to do. They were knowledgeable and patient. I was looking to buy a $1500+ laptop and had done my research, but found a product I hadnt researched and they took the time to go over every detail of the item and the sales process. Using a new card can be hard sometimes. I just swiped and the credit card machine asked me if I wanted the 12 months interest free financing. Which I did. Very slick and trouble free.I ended up needing to turn the computer and opted for a different model. The 1st was missing a key feature that the salesperson misinformed me about. But it seems to be an honest and understandable error. USB C specs vs. THUNDERBOLT 3 kinda detail.The return process was painless as well. They found the item I wanted and ordered it. I swiped and it all went on the card again asking if Id like the 12 months financing again. Which I again happily accepted. The system even raised my card limit to cover the full purchase price. No money out of pocket. Could not be more pleased with how I was treated. From greeter to the store assistant manager who handled the actual return and purchase phase... very well done.
