Love coming here. It’s my regular dispensary. Not gonna lie they do be running out of flower and pre-rolls often but every time I go there are always a lot of customers so makes sense 😅

Since getting my card Ive been to a few dispensaries. Thankfully I came across Fluent!! It is a well equipped dispensary and more importantly the Staff is fantastic!! They are very informative with out being pushy... Answering all questions. I especially had a great experience w Brandon F... He really was patient and very informed about the products and helped me understand which product would be best suited for me ..

I had such a positive experience going to Fluent. I chose to go here for my first experience at a dispensary on the recommendation of my doctor. I’m so so glad I did! The woman who helped me, I believe her name was Veronica (if not, I’m so so sorry!), was so unbelievably helpful. I have very high anxiety and these kinds of situations tend to make me feel very overwhelmed. All the employees, and even some customers, were so kind and caring that the whole experience was amazing. I got exactly what I needed and I got a great, great deal. The discount program is really incredible. I highly, highly recommend!

I went to Fluent this morning, was my first time back in years! The girls at reception where very helpful super sweet! Brandon assisted me in the showroom . He was helpful and patient, explained the difference in products and was nice enough to give me pointers on how to keep track of doses! Great experience can’t wait to go back!! Awesome staff

They make you feel like a part of the fluent family every time you come in and there is nothing they aren’t willing to help with. I used to travel to this location when living in Palm Beach Gardens. Now that I live in the neighborhood and visit more often, they recognize my face and most know my name. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the product line. Having access so close to my home has been the best part of having relocated to Lake Worth! 😊

My 1st experience was nothing less than the experience on Christmas day for the diabetic fat boy who just entered the bakery. I took public transportation to the park and I missed my stop. When I was told that due to covid-19 I had to Cross the street to be able to travel westbound.The moment I Cross the street I come face to face with Fluent.. what a greeting I received from the moment I entered untill the moment I left I felt so confident and comfortable thanks to the [email protected] Taylor was the budtender that took my order and explained in detail everything available @fluent

They never have in stock what it says on their website and their flower is about one step above the regs I used to get.

I usually have a good experience here but today had to Drs with a very rude employee. I was sitting outside after making my purchase and waiting for the connection disability bus to pick me up. The employee wanted to park her car in the shade where I was sitting and barked at me that I could not just sit there. There are no designated seating areas on the property and I needed to be in the shade. She nicely could have asked me to move so she could be in the shade. Then she stared me down as she walked into the building. Her rudeness was not necessary, especially when her car is illegally registered in New York while she is residing and working in Florida.

Because the people who work here are just that, the best of the best.Always warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about every product, and if they dont know the answer to something they never jerk you around with a bogus answer. They will ask each other and if they still cant come to a conclusion they will make sure to find one.All the products are top notch, I have never had an issue with anything I have ever gotten from them.Professional to boot. First time customer yesterday. I was fortunate enough to use the 50%off discount, but when arriving home i was very displeased to see they have this stringy stemmy bud packaged and are selling for $50 an eighth. Any other dispensaries around would only change $30-$35 for this poor quality nug.They have no pricing structure anywhere and nothing to visually look before purchasing.I dont think i got a deal by any means. Way over priced for poor quality buds.I hope they step their game upUpdate: one of the strains had a ton of seeds in it. Such a rip off.I will not be returning to fluent for any more medicine ever!

Personnel at this Fluent location are welcoming and knowledgeable. Being new to medical marijuana, I wasn’t sure which products I should use. I asked a lot of questions and felt hopeful I would find pain relief with the choices I was given.

Makes it very easy to find what you need to Target certain ailments.Also I see a lot of complaints about fluent not replacing a faulty product,LIES. I had a cartridge that broke after a few uses. Took it in and was told Id have to bring it back next time when a manager was in. Came in a couple days later and the cartridge was replaced no questions asked.

Recently received my MMJ card, and I have only visited 2 places in the past couple of months. I received a welcome gift basket along with my visit to my Doc`. There were/ are a lot of discount offer/coupons from all the various dispensaries across the state; one of them was/is for FLUENT in Lake Worth, where there are other dispensaries in the area. Had an excellent experience with ( I forgot her name ), thats how great it was !!! They definitely are Fluent in my kind of language. Although I had 4 other stops in mind after this one, I only made it to one other as I was/am convinced after visiting FLUENT of Lake Worth, I did not feel it necessary to continue on my journey, being quite content with the FLUENT experience. Just made my day/week/month.......Thank You.....looking forward to the next visit.

First time customer. I placed my order online at night and went to the dispensary (Lake Worth location) the next morning. I was checked in and shortly thereafter called back for my purchase. Even though they were a little busy, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thats efficient service and it is deeply appreciated!BTW, purchased the Subra (Sour Diesel) and it is not disappointing. Fruity diesel aroma and crystals clear to the naked eye. Moreover, the first session was instant headiness as it crept down through the body. Kudos!👍

Absolutely Horrible, I understand with the situation things are just different. I ordered over the phone at 10 am--- Got a text message 10:09 my order was ready for pick up. Left my house at 3pm -Called 20 min before-- I headed from Palm Beach Lakes on my lunch break to LAKE WORTH. Called when i was outside I was told by the lady who answered she would call me right back to give me my price ( as they took my order over the phone) . 30 min later i call back and i was told Curbside is down I would have to walk in and bring my 8 year old with me. Go inside and the man at the counter was unbelievably rude not only on the phone but when i came into the dispensary. These people should be a little more positive. I have EXTREME Anxiety and Depression. I didnt bother anyone ordering 5 hours ahead and verifying my presence as requested. I will NEVER be coming back to this location saved myself $160 by switching to Grow Healthy .... Maybe look for people who have more customer service skills and are not irritated by the presence of others.

They are always out of stock and their customer service is horrible, always telling their customers they have something that they dont. Dont waste your time going here, great product selection but never any product and when its in it disappears before you can get some. The worst stocked dispensary in the area Curaleaf is a very close second.

A top notch experience from top to bottom. The facility is spotless and very nicely laid out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was the only client there at the time (I expected a huge wait) and was given first class treatment. The entire process took about 15 minutes. I hope they continue to operate this efficiently.

Knox has a super clean (almost sterile but in a really good way), quiet, laid back, bright and welcoming atmosphere from the time you walk in (even the background music is good). Relaxed and not hectic at all. Ive been there twice now and each time was waited on by friendly, knowledgeable, and professional consultants. Parking is a breeze as they have a huge parking lot (appears to be a former bank building?). Product wise it seems that the quality is there and they have enough of a selection for any patient to get started with. Ill definitely be seeing them again:)

What a scam. This place never has anything in stock and the products I have gotten from there are severely under dosed to what the package reads. It’s also extremely expensive. Gram carts are sold at 100 bucks, nothing cheaper than that. Not sure if other places are the same as this but I’ll find out as soon as I won’t be back there.

Loved it. Amazing atmosphere, GREAT staff and clean. At one point the waiting room had to be the most social place in South Florida. All the customers were talking with each other, laughing having great conversation, complete strangers. Amazing place. Cant wait to go back.

The products might be good, who knows? It seems like every product I have called for lately is out of stock, and they have no idea of when it will be back in stock. All Sativa tinctures out of stock for delivery in my area. They are also out of stock at the nearest dispensary, which for me is over an hour away. I dont know if its supply chain issues or what, but I have been forced into trying other companies because of their lack of product.

Good customer service at both Knox locations Ive visited. 5 Stars for Allie at the Lake Worth location. She is super informative and friendly. However, the products are second to the customer service. Seems that the potency isnt there and they are lacking selection. I have a tolerance for sure but not to the point of going through a cartridge in a day and a half. But Im fair, it could be there strains and my chemistry. First time visiting this place on lake worth and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very joyful beautiful young lady by the name of Racheeda. she definitely set the positive vibes.She was very informative and assuring with the biggest smile. I hardly even waited 2 minutes before I was taken back. I received a detailed consultation before purchasing my choice of strain. The cartridges were properly labeled and packaged. Since i just got the pen I cant really speak on it but if its anything like the service i received, it will do just fine!!!

Been to about every place here in West Palm to see what every store has to offer.Seen Polaris (GDP) in stock & never been there before.In the store, flyers everywhere about discounts....Noticed 20% off first purchase....Needless to say, manager called district manager and that “first time discount” does not count for flower. LolOnly for oils WHEN it does not say that anywhere.They would not budge, wanted $200 for the half O even being first timer.Take your money elsewhere, I’ve always heard bad things about Knox / Fluent and god damn, I was not let downUnacceptable to false advertise after a 45 minute driveThanks for the GDP, that’s the only amount of cash you’ll ever see from me again

Professional staff and friendly service, just one major problem, the product is completely lacking. Compared to medical product, or now recreational product in states like CA, CO, or NV, the products from Knox are third rate. I’ve gotten better end results from Mexican dirty weed. The capsules were weak sleeping pills at twice the price and the drops are mediocre at best. Nothing wrong with the shop, but the quality of what they are selling is terrible. Sorry, but after spending $300 on my first visit, I feel completely ripped off. I won’t be back.

Since it first opened this has been my favorite dispensary. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. They remember you and make your visit personal. By far the staff is what makes Fluent special. The products they sell are top of the line. The only vape cartridges Ill use. I like that they come in many different strengths and that I know what strain is in the cartridge. Makes choosing meds so much easier with options on how you medicate. The only draw back I have ever found is that the new cartridges tend to leak. Ive had a few leak now (just the new ones) but they have made it right with me so Im happy. Im hoping to see them grow in the future.

Im going to cut to the chase here. The Black Carts are the way to go. Ive smoked em all fam. They dont sell distillate as of yet 8/12 but its only a matter of time. Do yourself a favor. Get a black cart.The only problem youre going to have is that you didnt buy more-Jordan Belfort

My experience was not good they refused to replace a faulty vape cartridge at that time plus they were rude. It was because I didn’t want to purchase a Knoxx pen.I know the Mah on the pens I used a jack knife it’s 510. Hello that’s what they are unless it doesn’t have a button. Even the Trulieve pens for the new cartridge they wanted to sell me guess what what I have works fine.You the public you have ur favorite places don’t go by me. But that was my experience.

My most recent experience at this location wasn’t the best and im very disappointed!! As I walked in the receptionist was not welcoming, and in turn became very rude to me . I was trying to figure out what strains were available and apparently now you can no longer find out what’s in stock until you go in the back . Which to me seems like a waist of time . What if you guys don’t have available the medication I need ? This is exactly what happened!! I went in the back and barely any high THC products were available. Also pens have been out of stock for almost 5-6 months now . I miss going into the store and having a warm welcome from the staff as well !! Their seems to be a very high turnover rate because every time I go in I can’t seem to reckognize any staff. Knox had a lot of amazing, happy and helpful staff members working in the beginning and now I can’t say the same . The staff members prior, really made the company what it is !! I’m sure other patients have felt the same because this facility is vacant every time I come in . You guys need to step it up .

Too bad the child safety cap on the the $100 CBD oil tincture makes for very difficult usage of the product including closing, opening and preventing spillage. This cap made the bottle seal so poorly that half of my product spilled out. Going back to the doctor for another prescription will cost another $150 on top of the cost of getting more of this product.😒😒Update: I spoke to Knox today and they are trying to help me find a less expensive MD, offering a new cap for my CBD oil and possible discount on new purchase...so I will upgrade to 4 stars from 3 👍

Walked in as the first customer with an express order ready and they purposely skip me with some lady don’t recommend if you want good customer service very disappointed don’t recommend the express service.

The wait time is at least an hour and half. Be prepared to wait. Products are not named properly and use their own names which confuse customers and probably adds to wait time. If you can, travel to Miami and get it and you’ll be done quicker.

This has been the most helpful place that I have been to. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable about the products, and they have the most variety so far that I have found.

I have shopped at every dispensary in south Florida and have NEVER had a worse experience . This dispensary has NO products in stock (other than extremely overpriced pods), very few choices for distillate syringes, no shatter, no crumble and some of the MOST expensive pricing on flower in the state. They are selling pre rolls for a $40 3 pack and it’s only 15% thc ! You can buy $28 3.5 gram bags from Liberty Health Science, or $38-$45 3.5 gram bags from Truelieve all day and they have product in stock. Every other dispensary in south Florida also makes every effort to give you some sort of swag w their company logo or one of their distributors logos on it. I came into the lake worth CuraLeaf location wearing a hat from one of their competitors! And the managers wanted me to change my hat, via purchasing one of theirs ! I explained that when customer spend the kind of money they charge on products we usually get a hat or a lighter or SOMETHING for free so that we the customers can become brand ambassadors for their company . And the store employee (manager?) told me to spend more money and maybe he’d find me a free hat! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISPENSARY AGAIN. Spread the word, CuraLeaf is WAY overpriced, have very little inventory and are rude as well. Shop elsewhere for your dispensary needs

First time visitor here. Team member was not forthcoming with a lot of info. Read off my dr recommendation and just looked at me expectationly. And seemed exasperated that I misunderstood and had to do another purchase. It was efficient but not the most pleasant visit.

Frendly staff, great atmosphere, clean. But that means nothing when ineffective product is being sold. Sublingual drops are garbage both cbd and thc. Dont waste your money. The droppers also dont reach the bottom of the bottle so you can not draw out the rest of the oil and the caps are constantly popping off the bottle so you cant travel with them. Vape cartridges are pretty good quality especially after they changed them. They also seem to be way overpriced. I havent tried another dispensary, but maybe its time.

Very clean store beautiful setup very friendly customer service only reason I didnt give five stars was because the products were not that great I have tried from two other dispensery to Compare Quality and without saying other names just have to say that Knox does need to brush up on their extracting and their preparation on their cartridges for inhalation my suggestion add terpenes to cover over the bad flavor of their inhalation cartridges. I have since then Not Returned, perhaps when they change the processing Ill give it another try, till then Im waiting Knocks, its a shame because you are the only dispensery in my area at the moment but Id still prefer to travel an hour and a half away because Im getting much better product for much better price sorry.

This is NOT the medical marijuana I voted for. This dispensary is very clean and sterile....not an issue....but then you get behind the doors and find out that your only options are oil.....yes oil for a vape pen. They give you the FIRST pen free (Sounds like what I used to hear as a kid). The menu of available oil was slim also, of the 12 they had listed (1 CBD only and 1 50/50 CBD, THC) of the balance of the 10 they only had 5 available and not in both sizes...of which you have a choice of 300mg for $45 and 600mg for $90. All in all it is not what we wanted with legalized MARIJUANA. This is a rip off that makes money for a certain few

My 91-year old dad recently hurt his back and was told by his doctor to take hydrocodone (a narcotic) and come back in a month. The last thing I wanted was for my dad to get started on narcotics. I know from my own experience after being prescribed pain killers for complications from a major hip surgery (a derotational osteotomy) how terribly difficult they can be to stop. My husband, Andy Larson, is a surgeon and he too is NOT a fan of prescription painkillers. When it was obvious that my dads back pain was going to be a chronic condition, Andy recommended he look into medical marijuana for pain management, which he said would be safer than even taking an Advil daily. Even though I have MS (multiple sclerosis), which is one of the conditions approved for medical marijuana use, I knew very, very little about it. To be honest, I was a little worried that it might impair my dads cognitive abilities, but I also knew he needed something to alleviate the pain, so I wasnt at all against it either. I went with my dad to Knox to pick up his prescription and learn more about it and I was absolutely astonished to learn that not only is medical marijuana incredibly helpful for a wide number of conditions, but it also has tremendous health BENEFITS (including being neuroprotective!) We were lucky to be helped by Patrick at Knox, who spent over an hour answering our questions. He was not only exceptionally helpful, but he was extremely knowledgeable. I had NO idea that there were different strains of medical marijuana and that different strains had very different effects. I had no idea why the CBD oil you buy online (such as Charlottes Web) was not at all the same as the CBD oil you buy from a medical dispensary. There is SO much to learn and I am still by no means an expert, but I know the people at Knox are! It is a very clean, professional dispensary and they take the time to educate you. And, most importantly, the products work!! My dad has been using his medical marijuana for a month now and the difference is night and day---not only has he been able to eliminate the need for any prescription medications (he doesnt even take an Advil!), it has actually improved his mood with absolutely no impairment to his cognitive function. I just so wish I had known about the benefits sooner-...

After mulling over the list of possible solutions to the predicament in which I now found myself, which included among them sacrificing my soul for eternal service in Baphomets Army, committing Seppuku by the Morion Blade, and taking a stroll to my friendly neighborhood dispensary, I chose the most reasonable first.After stepping through the Mists of Avalon and into the veiled wonder that is Knox Medical, I was greeted with a cacophony of smiles and warm hellos. I stepped to the counter and presented my identification documents to appease the Darkmoon Knight at the counter and verify I had the blessing of Londor to receive safe passage into the magical realm that awaited just beyond the wooden barrier that now lied before me. I sat, alert, but comfortable with hordes of other travelers awaiting the sweet nectar of healing. I was welcomed by a warm, compassionate human female who kindly guided me through the wooden barrier towards the realm of magic. Thats when it happened.As I was guided through the realm, I was greeted by a warrior class dispensary associate. Patricks smile and loving kindness matched his impressive physical stature. This barrel chested, Warrior of Sunlight was the most helpful, delightful individual in all the 8 realms. He effortlessly provided an overwhelming feeling of safety and subtle comfort. His knowledge of the various devices and alchemist concoctions was the most diverse I had encountered in all my journeys (including the bards whos prose reminded us to never stop believing). I purchased my medication (cash or debit only, no golden drokmas accepted) and was asked to please return.I shall return to KNOX Medical in the hopes of once again experiencing the warm, soft, sweet glow of Patrick, Warrior of Sunlights aura and purchase delicious medicinal nectar.
