Went in to Customer Service to make a return. Stood in line for about 15 to 20 minutes. Only 1 employee behind the counter. He then looks at the growing line thats a good 10ft away from him and decides to speak at a regular tone through a mask that its closed at 6pm. Luckily, the group of people who were in line asked him again for clarification because as muffled as he sounded through the mask, only 1 person understood what he said. There were no signs posted that Customer Service closed at 6pm and online it says 11pm. So thanks Walmart for wasting my time and to the employee for letting the queue line grow as he looked with no care in the world.

This is the best Walmart in the area. Clean and.organized. Theres even employees who walk around that can speak English, are kind and actually help!

Went in to buy oil to do an oil change. Discovered the whole rack of shelves with the oil I needed was covered in oil, but not before getting covered in it myself. I told the associate stocking the shelves nearby to let the manager know and she just chuckled and didnt even respond... What a s***hole! This store never fails to disappoint. I would rather shop for my own coffin than shop for anything else in this store ever again.

Horrible experience at the quest diagnostics for a simple drug test. Very rude employees who stated there cant be no walk ins and very short with people.

Not really much to say here other than I went grocery shopping with my mom & we got the things we needed including a great chocolate birthday cake. It was a normal shopping experience. The employees were nice & friendly, I found what I needed & the cashier was nice, so it was a good experience.

The worst Walmart store ever. They were out of juice that isle was not stocked. They said they cant get juice cant make it fast enough. The store employees not helpful or friendly. Very sad. They need more electric carts. Not enough have to wait for a while. No manager around to talk to about the problem I was having.

Service was OK nothing extra associates were not engaging. Lacked enthusiasm no suggestions just yes no answersI am a sales Mgr. with a company that level of customer service would not be acceptable. They made eye contact no greetings from any one. Dont think I am down the workers personally they lacked customer service basic skills. Meet greet smile engage and assist. Out of a lot items on shelf or I got the last one.

I want to share my experience today at the pharmacy. My 3 children and I were scheduled for Covid vaccine. My youngest is on the autism spectrum. The pharmacist understood what my child may go through. It took a while but the plan worked out well and he was given his first shot. This pharmacist was caring, patient and understanding. The rest of the staff were also helpful. Thank you so much!!

I was shopping at the end of the evening shift a few days ago and a wonderful employee named Samantha saw that I was struggling to ring my items up ( I am disabled) and she quietly came to my aid checking out and explaining how certain products are prepared and so on.As my shopping winds up I tend to run out of energy to the point that finishing my tasks of check out becomes next to impossible.To wrap up my praise of your star employee Samantha, she deserves a big thank you from me as a disabled customer. Managers take note of this Angel.

Everything is always close even when the store is open . Why is departments within the store closed . This is making the store lose money. It is not so hard to have someone that give the customer what they want and close the case back SMH .I GUESS YOU GUYS LIKE LOSING MONEY 💰 VERY SAID

Went to the pharmacy to pick up medications that my Dr has prescribes, I didnt have my health insurance card, a young lady helping at the front desk she actually took her time to verify and search for my information on line It took a while but successfully she did, Im very pleased with her Patience and professionalism.

Customer service was excellent today, I felt lucky. Best time to go is definitely on a Sunday.

Went there last night.1. I needed help finding a product. I asked an employee that was unloading merchandise. He had earbuds on and couldnt hear me. He mumbled something in very heavily accented english that did not answer my question, so I gave up.Side note - As I was leaving, a lady with the same accent as employee asked him about the exact same product and got the exact same treatment.....2. I am disabled and was in the middle of a fever spike (not COVID related) when the cart I was riding just stopped (not far from aisle that I had been in). I had no choice but to go back and ask him to call someone that could help me. After I repeated myself, he finally took an earbud off.From what I understood, he said the carts are out back charging. All I had asked is for him to call some one... (fever of 102.2 - widow, no outside help) then he told me to go up front (at least thats what I think he said...I could only understand every 4th word) Then he pointed to an abandoned shopping cart saying something to the effect theres a cart, take it.At the time through my fog I felt very badly treated and with hindsight nothing has changed. I should have gone to the Walmart on Old Boynton, but I didnt feel I could handle that in my state.

This Walmart needs a lot of work. I just shopped there and limited what I bought to only nonperishable items. The store is filthy, the shelves are unkempt and not stocked well everywhere. The produce section was disgusting.

I will continue to travel to Boynton Beach Super Walmart. The complete lack of customer service is appallingly. The last visit 7-10-31, confirmed the need for employee education.Inside the Garden Center, 3 employees IGNORED me for 6 minutes while chatting away in Creole. Put away the 2 large pots and went to check out. 30 minutes later I had my purchases. Would have had sympathy for the situation, yet to staff only 2 employees to check out all of us that use cash is POOR management.

The Walmart in Lake Worth was very nice we got a lot of good deals definitely would go back there again

Walmart is a disaster. Prices are good but that is where it stops. Staff is so sad, they never smile, they dont greet you even though they stand at the door. That place is just a mess. Its a scary place too

What do you need? Toothpicks? Batteries, Soda, new socks? A gift forgotten, last minute? A new computer? Motor oil? Tools? Linens? Toys? There isnt anything you might want that they dont have & usually more cost effective than anywhere else! I love Walmart & the best upside is that as far as I know, they dont mix business & politics!!! A huge plus in my world!!

You can get in and out of this store faster than any other Wal-Mart within a 20 mile radius of this location.

Still a very good shopping experience but at late hours there needs to be consistency across the system re the use of the self check-out machines and this is an area manager decision. Some stores shut them down while others use one or two even with a long line.

Besides the screaming kids, family of 16 in one aisle, people with carts that shouldnt even have licenses, and employees that couldnt care less about their jobs, this place isnt that bad. I actually found 1 employee out of 10 that spoke English. I was just trying to get my fishing license and the poor lady couldnt even understand what I wanted. My total ended up being $150 through broken English, and fishing license arent that expensive so I dont know wth she rang me up for. This is the last time Im ever coming to this Walmart and probabaly Walmart in general. If youre going to hire mentally handicapped people at least make sure they speak English.

I would give 0 star if I could! Walmart.com is the WORST when it comes to online ordering; I ordered a bicycle for same day pickup and only after my card was deducted I received a text that the item is out of stock and I will have to wait for a refund. This is not the first time this has happened. This bike was to be a gift for my grandson. I would highly suggest you order via Target or Amazon for several reasons but the main one is you will get your order when they say you will and thats on Mary had A Little Lamb!

This is a good WalMart if you hate crowds. The Corn 🌽 is usually good here . Good discount Bakery stuff too. The Ruby Red grapefruit in the big plastic jug ?? Almost 2 bucks cheaper than PUBLIX, for the same item !

This location was ok. Pretty clean but it was the day before Easter & theyre was a lot of people shopping. I really didnt like that they had all self checkouts open & only 2 people on regular cash registers. I had a lot of stuff & the 2 lines with people working the registers were very long! I just used the self checkout.

Customer service is away closing early here for some reason. Should have undercover boss come in to check this out

Deborah a young woman who works at Walmart at the self check out line discriminated against me as I was not wearing a mask she refused to help me in the self scanner line when I needed an associate approval. this is discriminatory and if walmart wants to act like they are protecting customers wipe down the pin pads after each use and wipe down the carts that is more of a risk than me breathing oxygen and fresh air in the store.

My car was hit in their parking lot and they refused to help me in any way, unless I involved the police. I hate corporate policies that do nothing for helping customers. I have shopped here for years and their one time impeccable, customer service, is now non-existent (my ongoing experience, despite what happened the last time I was in their store). I will not be shopping at Walmart anymore. There are too many corporations that I can spend my money in, when I can no longer find what I want at a mom and pop store, at a reasonable price.

Target didnt have what I needed, so I went to Walmart and saw so much more variety in water guns and nerf swords.

Plenty of parking. Shopping carts are constantly being collected. Always have what I want in stock. Never a problem at self-checkout. If so, someone comes quickly to help you out.

Its Walmart. Their clothing selection has gone down in quality and selection. If youre looking for anything other than spandex or shorts you have to go elsewhere. Very disappointing to try to find normal clothes.

Honestly this location is not bad, everything is organized and easy to find. They remodeled the floors and it looks clean. Service is good. Self checkout is what I recommend. Parking is difficult to find a spot but otherwise not bad

This location is located on McNab road and 441 in North fort Lauderdale. I only visit here this located when I am in the area. Items seems to be easy to find an employees are very helpful. Im not a fan of self check out cause they take jobs away from workers but that area seem to be busy an fast to check out due to the large amount of self checkout machines there. On the other hand regular checkout there seems to be at least three or four cash registers or cashiers ready to serve you.

Worst WalMart ever. I love shopping at Walmart but the one on hypoluxo is the worse. They dont even deserve a one Star. The register line was about a mile long and only one register open. I requested for someone in jewelry and nobody showed up.

Walmart is Walmart you go there because They have a large selection and reasonably good prices, however if you ever need a price on something that is not marked you may as well put it back on the shelf and forget it.

This is a busy store that packs a lot in a not too big space. Its not overwhelming and I can get my shopping done without it being exhausting. I can usually find some help when I need it and the employees are generally helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is excellent. There are sometimes some issues with restocking. And both the customer service desk and the parking lot can be very crowded. They are undergoing some redesign on the inside to make it a little easier to navigate near the registers. And they are putting in more dedicated pickup parking spaces in the parking lot.

They never have cashiers. I dont think it is fair to have to pick up the groceries and then have to pay for the groceries and check out the groceries

This Walmart was recently renovated and I must admit it looks good. Also, the aisles are full of merchandise for a change. That is good for the consumer and good for business all around. BUT, the employees seem disinterested and/or lazy. Often they dont understand when asking them where something is. If they understand, most of the time they dont know where the product is. If they know where the product is they point and rarely indicate the aisle number and/or take you to the spot. It is frustrating to see employees chatting amongst themselves with no thought to the customer who is trying to ask for something. It is very disconcerting to see employees ignore your presence. Either the employees are underpaid and totally uncaring about their work and good customer service or they are poorly trained, underpaid, and disregarded as valuable assets to Walmart. Which ever it is, Walmart needs to be more cognizant of practicing excellent customer service and introducing that simple concept in all of their stores. Its shameful how unpleasant a trip to Walmart can be so unpleasant to the consumer! MR./MRS./MS. MANAGER, I IMPLORE YOU TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES.

One of the worst walmarts for customer service. They ignore you in electronics the only positive employee was the sprint sales guy in the back by the electronics. Eould not recommend this wal mart as a family friendly or helpful place. Walmart needs to truly clean up their employees. Get people that the slogan for walmart says smile and greet customers this place has no smiles and no greeting only rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful staff. I only say these things to help the next person from experiencing what I have experienced 4 times from that same location and I used to be an employee for walmart and if we treated customers that way we would have lost our jobs.

Their inventory is usually nonexistent and what they do have in stock commonly is substandard or brands I certainly do not know and am not interested in knowing. If customer service means customers serve yourselves they have that down to a science... Old outdated items on the shelves are not an abnormality. This is not a post-Covid issue, it is indicative of how most companies catering to a certain demographic stock and maintain their department stores. I am amazed at the star rating they have received. But hey, I guess something is better than nothing. Its a shame that I pass this Walmart as I head out west to go home... And I reluctantly only stop here if I have nooooo other choice and its only to pick up an online order and hurriedly run back out. For the most part driving out of my way to another location to do in store shopping has been the shopping at Walmart norm for quiet a few yrs now

A customer needed assistance and was trying to get an employees attention but assistant wad ignoring her. I went to associate and told her the customer needed assistance. Employee just pointed in a direction and walked away leaving customer still needing assistance.

Quite empty....very few employees available to assist with anyone. Not even coffee creamer in the coolers. Bought a new printer a few months ago..no ink available. We need a new source to accommodate us...Walmart doesnt care anymore. Poor management.

Walmart has changed..for the worst. Its really weird, if you ask most any employee on the floor where an item is you dont get any help. There are really a few things Id rather go to Walmart for but it makes it hard when the place is just so unpleasant.

I just left the store however when I got to the store I asked the greeter if she could point me in the direction of the hand wipes and she just ignored me I asked her again she ignored me she wouldn’t speak to me at all so I said well thank you very much and she still didn’t say anything. So I called the store to tell them about her she’s not a very nice greeter and of course they hung up on me. Maybe Walmart should replace they’re greeter!The store itself was nice

Went to get a battery. Found batteries in front.It was a round one, size of a quarter. None on the rack but size was listed. 3 employees were going to check to see if they could find jewelry clerk to help. Never came. I waited 20 minutes. Left. Came home and ordered on Amazon. Don’t know why I bothered to go there. They will probably make $15 an hour soon. I know I will never go there again.

You cant try the clothes because The Pandemic but it doesnt make sense. You got infected by no cover your face, no keeping distance and for NOT WASHING YOUR HANDS not because you try clothes on, This is for all Walmarts or any store that follow that......
