Angel dangled a steak in front of me and it needed up being a hotdog. I was shown 3 cars I could afford. I picked one and went to see it she told me to press the brake and button to start the car. The next day I brought someone to look at it. The battery appeared to be old and was leaking around the terminal. she stood outside in the heat waiting for us to come back then complained when we got back that she couldnt leave her office unattended. She then was rude that we could not find the key fob. Then she read my email address I sent wrong because the autocorrect changed it and sent my personal bank statements to another persons email. Then she was rude and stated that she used the correct email address. After I got the check she said hold on I will find something more affordable for you. She has since blocked me and will no longer communicate. Not a good way to do business.

CARELESS & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! On 12/5/20 my Son financed a 2009 Chevy truck.6 days later he told me the truck was shaking really bad when stopping and dash sensors were going on. The dealer knew this when they sold it! When he spoke with Angel at the dealer she told him “when you test drove it, it was fine”. However the mechanic she had go check the truck of course said nothing was wrong. She even said that it’s called a “Chevy Shake, it’s normal”. Truck remains with the same issues. Today 12/21 the truck barely made it home. It was completely out of oil and had an old filter. Yes my son bought a 2001 Chevy truck from Ralph’s in the past and they get 5+stars. Never an issue and treated amazing until paid off. It’s sad that someone that works so hard to get something nice, ends up getting a piece of work and treated so poorly, threatened and disrespectful when addressing the BROKEN PURCHASE!

Horrible experience my son was a first time buyer and even though they did get him financed.He drove the vehicle for a days and the brakes started locking up and all the sensors on the dashboard started to light up. They are not excepting any responsibility for these pre-existing issues.The owner is rude and won’t accept any accountability, She will spend time disputing reviews but won’t fix the problem.Buyers stay away!!!

They sold me a truck and the transmission was bad, I lost my money and they never fixed the truck.
