Mobility Works is a great place for anyone looking for a vehicle that can be converted to fit their disability. Personally, I have been working with Lillian for a little over a year now through the VA process on getting an adapted vehicle that will fit my disability needs. Working with Lillian, I have always felt that she was listening to my needs and always has my best interest in mind. Going to Lillian is like going to a friend instead of someone selling a vehicle. She won’t try scaring you into a decision you don’t want to have to make.

They fail to take responsibility for the problems they cause. I definitely do not recommend going here ever.

We have been dealing with Mobility Works in Lake worth Beach for the last 8 years. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them and they have always meet my husbands and my needs. The purchasing process has been very easy and uncomplicated. The service shop area has always been able to solve any issue we have had. The staff is wonderful to deal with and through the years we feel we are dealing with friends and we are not just a customer.

Rich did a wonderful job showing us all the latest new and pre owned models, and was very patient with our questions, explaining all the options we had.

When my mother had a stroke and became wheelchair-bound I was at a loss for how we could get her out and about. Richard at Mobility Works was wonderful. He explained the options and helped us pick out the perfect van with all the special equipment.

The people who work at Ride Away are extremely kind and friendly. They always make me feel that Im important to them. Nick, the service manager, is super nice and always able to help me. He understands my limited resources and helps me save money any way he can without cutting corners. They are a class act and I recommend them highly.

I had my van converted to drive with a high tech driving system that was really done well. Rob, the EMC technician is really great and knowledgeable. However, their customer service is absolutely pathetic. I was unable to drive my van home when it was completed and it was delivered to my house two weeks later in June of this year but was not switched to my driving system and has sat in my driveway for nearly 5 months and now has a dead battery. The Mobility Works salesman, Rich, has made continuous promises to come down and switch the driving system and even set an appointment the week of Thanksgiving only to be told the day of the appointment by the office that they had something else come up more important. The staff there obviously do not value customer loyalty as evidenced by not being able to make a simple service call for months. Unfortunately the government paid a lot of money for me to be able to drive only for Mobility Workscompletely inept service scheduling staff to prevent me from driving the vehicle. I highly recommend work done by Rob but then go elsewhere for any service. Mobility works in Lake Worth will simply string you along.

Yesterday, I was transferred, by phone, to MobilityWorks by Driverge (formerly TransitWorks). I was told someone would call me back. Nobody did. This does not bode well for their customer service.

These people are really trying to help my mom after a woman from Health Works treatened my mom. The woman from Healtj works is holding my mom hostage after taking 9 visits ×$150... And getting her 10 visit which she says i might not pass you for the bad review you gave.

I like to thank Rob the technician for diagnosing my fiance van correctly. She drives at 2007 ford E250 with a Ricon lift and our problem proceeded to happen even after visiting a previous location in Ft. Lauderdale. My fiance spoke with Terry whom was very nice and they spoke the concern that lift wouldnt deploy intermittently. Of course, the lift worked fine when I came in for a diagnosis and Terry made a phone call to Ricon after I showed the video.Then Rob the technician did his thing and solved problem. This a fantastic shop with good people all around who actually care! That makes a huge difference for a woman or man in a wheel chair. They do sell used or new van that are ready to hit the road. FIY, the bathroom is huge and you wont have a problem. Thank you very very much Rob, Terry, and Kat.
