I met Mark from Safeguard Security and he was very informative in explaining the different security system options. Since, I was unhappy with previous security system I decided to to give him a chance. He designed the appropriate security equipment layout, giving me the maximum protection at a reasonable price. Very clean, professional, and took the time to answer our questions and showed us how to use the system with ease. We got everything that Jeff explained in his consultation and more... I Love the touch screen and the talking keypad because my daughter is 3 now and likes to try and go outside into the pool so that voice really helps us to know where she is if she happens to sneak out on us. The two way voice is really cool as well and I love the fact that they can hear if someone is in my house. Very cool system with a GREAT company and service. A few years ago a gentleman came into my kids store and told me about their alarm system. He was informative, and helped me every step of the way. Then I opened another business and had SAFEGUARD SECURITY put the alarm system in there as well. In my newer bigger store they have been with me every step of the way. Any issues, they are there. Mark is great. When I close on my new house in 6 weeks, I know who will be adding a new alarm system!!
