Beyond grateful for my experience with the team! Walked in for a quote on a minor dent and scratches. They popped out the dent on the spot, and fixed 90% of the scratches (all they could do w/o extensive repair) for a more than fair price the next day! 100% recommend.

Where do I even begin. I’m a complete crash dummy when it comes to driving my car. Well, not so much me, rather my car is a magnet for every ding dent and terrible driver in South Florida. Gonz has always been there to help me out when I need them. Fast friendly and courteous. Also, the attention to detail is the best I’ve ever seen. My family’s been using the shop for years. When the car was ready for pick up unlike other body shoppes the car was cleaned and ready to drive. Disappointing. Never coming back. Management please don’t answer this comment for marketing purposes. You had enough time to call me and address all my concerns and you never did. The only one call from you even after contracting your service was regarding to a payment already covered through my insurance that you were pretending to also obtain out of my pocket. Costumer service....a nightmare.

I was recommended by a friend. Had my new fiat repaired. 7,000 miles. I was so worried about driving my car after being hit. I am happy to say that after driving the car for a few weeks, I completely forgot it was ever damaged. I am so thankful to Robert and his team. They made the process seamless and very easy. My Volvo was involved in an accident that severely damaged the hood. The other driver recommended Gonz Auto Collision and I took it there the same day. The service was remarkable from the moment I stepped inside. After being given an honest estimate of work needed, I left it overnight and was amazed to receive text messages letting me which stage of repair my car was currently in. In addition, they offer an on-line repair status as well as an iPhone app!I was worried about the colour matching on the hood paint as my Volvos colour is not common, but they matched it without any issues and provided me with important information regarding interactions with new finishes and detergent soaps.I highly recommend Gonz for not only prompt, but remarkable work.

Gonz was very friendly and professional! Ive used them twice now, and both times have been extremely happy with the outcome! Their staff is professional, and their interior lobby is very clean and comfortable. They repaired the car on time, and even delivered it to me! The insurance company did not want to pay for getting a factory part, and Gonz made sure that they knew the lesser quality part did not meet my expectations. Would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone living in the WPB area.

Someone rear ended my car, and the persons insurance company referred me to this place. There was a pretty noticeable gouge/dent in my rear bumper, so I was afraid youd be able to see the patch job afterwards. The guys set me up with a rental car (talk about a one-stop shop!) and sent me on my way. The car was done in less than 24 hours AND they helped touch up a couple other scratches that had been bothering me for a while (this part, free of charge).The light blue metallic paint matched perfectly, and now my rear bumper looked exactly like the day I purchased it.Id trust them with my car any day.On a side note, the receptionist I spoke with was extremely courteous and nice. She even offered me coffee she had just brewed. Overall, I had a great experience with this shop.

Worked on water damaged car, 2000 bucks and 2 weeks later delivered car fixed with water layer in the trunk and mold in the carpet and under the seats. Car got totalled after they were done fixing it. What a joke this place is, incompetent and lazy. They just want quick insurance money, dont give a damn about customer, promises, or safety. Save yourself a headache.

I was reading the reviews and noticed the owner responding to negative reviews by saying they did not work on the vehicle? Or the water damage review owner said they dont do water damage and offerd to replace carpet and anything else they missed???However there was no response to our review? Nor any attempt to contact us to fix our truck properly? They have Robert Rossos contact information. I would think Gonz would offer to fix our truck properly considering he offered to fix water damaged carpet on a vehicle he claimed that they never worked on?Google notified us our pictures got 1000 views.

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT QUALITY REPAIRS IN A TIMELY FASHION!!! Should be a screw or bolt and it was a zip tie in the photo they should have replaced the whole light and didnt.They really should have replaced both of the headlights not use zip ties and glue instead of the bolts! Our passenger side headlight literally fell out while we were driving down the road, on to the ground!! April 20th 2017 took these pictures when we were replacing the headlight in addition still have not been able to use our windshield washers! I had to suggest to them to put the little things that come outside of the hood they were going to leave it empty holes and I noticed the empty holes and told him that was for the nipples for the windshield. In addition, the reservoir that holds the washer fluid was cracked in the accident as well gonzs did a horrible job fixing this truck!! The length of time that we didnt have the truck was over a month! I had to go online for 2 minutes and find the bumper, because they said they couldnt find one, that is whats taking so long. Mike kept telling us one more week. After we finally got the truck back we had to bring it back for bumper install and gave them the list of overlooked repairs. The countless problems including them loosing the check we gave to them from our insurance company was so stressful! DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT QUALITY REPAIRS IN A TIMELY FASHION!!! Horrible experience we are still reminded of 2years later!!!!
