The best experience we have ever had at any business establishment. We dont live in Florida but when our moms car had issues in Florida Paul the owner went over and beyond to fix it, deliver it and get us the best price possible. In this world when people take advantage of the elderly and families that are remote he did exactly the opposite. Wish there were more Pauls in this world. I needed a minor job done on my 2018 Ford Taurus. I called a few places and really didnt like their responses to my questions. Then I called Babbsco and from the minute he answered the phone it was a pleasure to deal with. I explained what I wanted done and his response and care to my needs is all it took. I immediately went to his shop. I met Paul and he saw for himself what was needed and 20 minutes later.... its done PERFECT. Professional and quality the best. To me. it was a miracle! Almost four years ago, I met Paul Spencer when I took my 2012 Toyota Avalon to his shop for him to fix left rear fender, light and bumper damage from an accident. He and his crew did a beautiful job on the bodywork. I was so pleased. Paul is an outstanding person in our community. He is honest, straight forward, so kind and really wants to do a work of perfection for you. He even stood up to the insurance company who was trying to get out of paying the full amount. Paul won!! I told him if I ever needed body work again, I would be back to see him. Well, a few days ago, I had a parking lot accident where we backed into each other. No ones fault, no tickets, etc. but I knew immediately after the police left, I was headed for Babbsco Auto Collision. As soon as I drove up, Paul came out of the office, I shared the details, asking his valued opinion. Stated we could go two ways - absolute perfection with an insurance claim, or he could take my car into the garage, heat up the moldable bumper, etc. etc. He put everything else on hold and took my car right into the garage and fixed it!!! He brought it out about 30-40 minutes later and said come take a look. I could not believe my eyes, and said, it is a miracle! It looked almost perfect, quite acceptable for me driving an 8 yr. old car. It looks fantastic!! He would not accept any money for this and that was unbelievable to me. I could not thank him enough. I recently went in with damage on the passenger door and scratched up paint. Paul fixed the car within 45 minutes, and all I had to pay for was the paint, which was nothing. Amazing service from a great honest man. The shop deserves nothing less than 5 stars.

No adjustments that were made on Saturday where the fault of babbsco unfortunately car stops in parking lot performed poorly Causeing unknown damage . Still Paul took the time to straighten it out explain the issue so that we can avoid further damage these guys or beyond the bestNicest people on the planet incredibly overqualified staff, Paul the owner is one of the nicest people you ever want to meet . Most reputable and honest collision service and repair I have seen in Florida or anywhere else for that matter highly Recommended. Shure glad we accidentally found these guys.

5 stars is an understatement. I brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection.$75 for Paul and his coworker to THOROUGHLY walk around my car for 30 min and explain in layman’s terms every single imperfection in the paint and what that might mean for the integrity and history of the vehicle and drivetrain. Another $75 to lift the car up and examine the underside equally thoroughly. If you’re buying a used car, you can’t afford not to use this friendly, intelligent service.
