Dawn and Bear are a power couple for the area! They far exceeded my expectations. Worked on my 02 Sportster, that had been dropped by previous owner, and was needing fine tuning because of me purchasing cheap carb. They not only rebuilt my original carb, which I shouldve done, updated detailed parts on it, and now its running better than it ever had! They are reasonable in price, and even being busy with so much work, they are great with time management to get you serviced. Will be repeat customer and wont dare go anywhere else. They restored my feelings on owning a Harley! Thanks guys!

Great people. We have a gold wing with a bolt in tire. Purchased new tire and mounted. They were quick and friendly even though it was a gold wing. Highly recommend

Would not recommend. Went there to have my carburetor cleaned and a new rebuild kit installed. Paid their fee and then shipped the bike to my son in OR. Turns out the work they said they did was not done. This is a 2001 FLHT with 24,000 miles on it. Note pictures below. Parts that were supposed to be replaced were not. Carb was to be cleaned, not done. Accelerator Pump which is part of standard rebuild kit from HD or Drag Specialities was leaking gas - not changed. They were also supposed to do some minor break work - not done. (Family member recently serviced Harley at this shop, in preparation to ship across USA and they took advantage of him by not service brakes in agreement of trade. Front brake we’re not bled nor new fluid used, front right bleeder leak around threads, left side bleeder seized showing documented service was not performed. A motorcycle jack was traded as partial payment because of inability to ship with bike. They took the jack and didn’t do the work. )

No one touches Red Bull but Bear. Dawn knows her stuff with parts and services. Im happy to be a customer of theres. Thanks for keeping her running well and making sure shes safe for us to enjoy. We look forward to many more years of business with them.

It is so nice in todays society to feel comfortable while having service work preformed. Iron Eagle treats me and my bike like family. Looking out for things I might not see. During my latest visit while changing a flat tire they noticed the brake pads were worn, and that I had damaged the spring on the kick stand. I truly appreciate that kind of attention to detail.

I rolled into Iron Eagle purely by chance b/c they were close by. My tire needed to be replaced and I was 200 miles from home. Thankfully they had one on hand and they replaced the tire for me and gave me a fair price. Everyone was great.

Hard working group of people! I needed my bike fixed quickly and not only did they get it done they stayed opened late just for me! You just cant find high quality customer service like this anywhere else!

Had new rims and tires installed at their shop and was charged for new tubes and balancing beads. After further inspection, there were NO tubes or beads installed and tires were way out of balance. Will Never do business with them again, felt i was cheated and lied to.

Had new exhaust and new back tire put on. First time Ive done business with with them. Will definitely be back when I need service. They know what there doing and way cheaper than any HD shop.

Years ago when they were in there old location on US60 close to the wallyworld i bought a used 2003 Yamaha Vstar 1100 from them. Bike was decently priced, they helped me load it on my trailer and even gave me a couple of HD straps to secure the bike. Only problem was after i was told the bike was going to be looked at before i picked it up i had a flat tire. Im not blaming Bear but his mechanic at the time. Well had the bike for over 5 yrs and never gave me any problems.

Bear and Dawn ripped me off on the repairs to my bike they didnt even do anything to it of what they said and still charged me for it also after i bike up my bike the saddle bag fell off.. beware do not bring your bike there to be fixed or sold they remove parts off your bike when it is there.
