Im regularly surprised with the helpful staff here. Much better than other stores in the area including other TSC locations.

Prices are a bit high but nice store

I like the Tractor Supply store and the variety of products (I would give 4-5 stars for that); however, customer service personnel at the front of the store are so unfriendly. At the present time, I will probably avoid the store. A product didn’t have a price on it, so my husband took the item to customer service for a price check. It was strange how the person acted all bothered by his request. (Just a quick, simple scan.) Maybe it was because she had to stop talking to the other customer service person to help us.

All I wanted to do was buy a lawn mower. Tractor Supply was on my list of stores who had it, but not in the top of my list to visit. Instead, I went to Big Blue Box Store #1. The lawn mower salesman was helping another couple so we waited our turn by the mower we wanted. After 10 mins, he took them inside to finish the purchase and came back out about 5 mins later. He looked at my husband and I and walked away, no hi no be right with you. We left. On to Big Orange Box Store #2. Only 4 mowers, so easy to pick. No one in sight. We finally go inside to get someone and after an eternity he came out. He helped us with our selection but whenever I asked a question, he would only answer to my husband as if I wasnt even there. He then told us theres no way we could get the mower onto our truck and every time I suggested something he would turn to my husband and tell him why it wouldnt work. We bounced. Finally, I call Tractor Supply. The mower I wanted was in stock. Jennifer (?) greeted us at the door, walked us to it, scoured the manual for what oil we needed to make sure we got the right one and helped us brainstorm how to load the mower. Jennifer and Kriss tried several options to get this thing loaded but we opted to legit ride this thing home. Kris then stuck with us the entire time we tried to figure out how to work this thing, which shouldnt have been hard... But it was. We got home safe and sound and realized that WE SHOULD HAVE STARTED AT TRACTOR SUPPLY. We will not make this mistake again, we will be back and tell everyone to do the same.

Called to check availability of a kayak. When the manager realized the kayak was not available at her store she said the words “let me help you better” and went on to help me find one at another store and called to make sure it was available. She provided outstanding customer service during the entire conversation! Tractor supply has become my new favorite place!

Manager had a mask around his ear, but not over his face . . . We (a high risk couple (>65 years old) with masks) kept backing up as he was showing us where a part was, dont know if he ever got the hint, but were glad when he as gone . . . Other employees in the store were wearing masks, but guess he felt he was better than everyone, especially his customers . . .

Carlos ran two registers like a pro. Sorry he had too. But I was impressed with him.

Have a great selection of just about everything.. love to just browse.. great staff and stop here cause I said so..

Its a nice place to get supplies it was clean the bathrooms are clean the parking lot was good to get in-and-out of

Friendly service. Great. Selection of cat and rabbit supplies, which is why we visit there. Cheaper than Walmart. I enjoy their calendars and their candles. Its a fun place to stop. Hubby likes it as well.

Tried to ring me up for a tire $15 more than advertised on the rack. when I pointed out what I thought was an honest error, they insisted the higher price was correct and refused to honor their advertising. With a Rural King and a Walmart within a quarter mile of this place, I have now lost all reason to shop this store.

I love tractor supply, best prices on dog food (we get Taste of the Wild) its cheaper here than it is on Amazon or at Pet Supermarket

Tractor Supply was good but the place next to it its a sorry place I wont take nothing back when it breaks you know you just had its just a couple of weeks and that would be Harbor Freight

Its always fun to just walk around and see new stuff

People are very friendly and ask if you need help, and the restrooms are always clean

I was there today talking to the two girls that work there, they careless about me as a costumer, the worse customer service ever. They are into everything else expect helping the costumer. I left the store, drove to Lowe’s and give Lowe’s my business. I won’t be coming back to Tractor Supply. This was the tractor 🚜 supply on hwy 60 in Lake Wales.Thanks for the message from customer service, but I won’t return to 🚜. NO WAY JOSE!

Great store sells pretty good stuff for cheap sometimes. They even send you coupons for a free coke if youre a rewards member which is great.

I guess the only reason Im not going with 5 stars is seems like theres always room for improvement, Id go with a 4.5 ⭐s if I could. Luv TSC
