I went to kay jewelers to get an anniversary gift and Blanca was amazing. She took the time to show me everything and made sure that I was comfortable with my choices. This is the place to go for excellent customer service.

If I could give a more negative review I most certainly would. I went in on black Friday to buy a ring however their servers were down I was informed by 2 employees 1 of whom is a manager that I had until Tuesday to come back. Well Tuesday came around and they told me the sale ends Monday and the manager lied right to me saying that I was told Monday and they refused to keep their word. I wouldnt spend a penny with them. Mind you Ive spent over 5 thousand with them and I was always in good standing. They are liars and the quality of customer service is subpar by any metric. Go to Tally Ho in winter haven. Exceptional service and they always keep their word
Tell your employees to stay off their cell phones and actually interact with the customers. When a customer comes in stand up and greet them, being as though I was the only guest there. I wouldn’t buy anything here with such poor customer service.
I was at your store this afternoon 2/6/2019.I purchased a pair of earrings in June 2018. I wore them once and taking them off they were stuck my husband had to help me. That’s when we noticed a small knot.We were up north for the holidays and I forgot about them. I took them in today the gentleman said he would try to fix them so there would be no charge, he had no tools and he said he couldn’t fix them! Then he said I can send them away for an estimate but it will take 2-3 weeks!I don’t care if I didn’t purchase the additional insurance the earrings should never have had a knot to begin with, there was nothing I could have done to create it! If you don’t stand behind your merchandise then I will NEVER purchase at your store again. I am listed in your computer as Tammi Elias and Tami Shaffer. The day I purchased the earrings I had adjustments made to other jewelry and spent over $500 at your store!Hopefully someone can look at these earrings and make a better judgement call than the gentleman today.Thank youTami Shaffer

I went to this location about a week or so ago.I was very disappointed in what I walked into. A lady greeted me while sitting on her cellphone texting. Another lady came and started asking what I was looking for. She was very helpful. I asked who that was sitting there texting on her cellphone in the middle of the store and came to find out it was her STORE MANAGER! I expected higher expectations when you work with expensive jewelry..I hope someone high up can see this, horrible customer service by the manager who is supposed to be leading by example.
OMG!!! This place is amazing. Recently my family came to get a engagement set the selection is beautiful here, but most of all the associates are Very helpful and work diligently!
I had a chipped diamond, in my ring, brought it to have it recoated- white gold, and have them replace the diamond. While there I stated to staff members that I didnt want the brushed finished on it. They have done the polish finish before, like I requested. Well my ring comes in and guess what? Brushed finish on it. Diamond fixed but wasnt happy with the brushed finished. I stated to staff thats not what I requested. They offered to send it back, but I didnt want to wait more time to have them send it back and the company to fix it. I took it as is. Not happy.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been shown. Associate Felicia refused to try and accommodate my purchase of a 6000 dollar ring. Showed no respect to me as a customer and argued with me repeatedly. I would never go to this store for a purchase. This store will never get another penny from me again. NEVER

Sending wifes rings back for 3rd time. First to get resized, came back dirty sent back to have cleaned two weeks later went back to pick up and ring still dirty they sent back to get recleaned again
Horrible!! I have spent $20 in places and received better care than Kays where we spent thousands for an engagement set! They will sell and tell you anything just to make their numbers. Sales person sold us a set that she specifically said COULD be sized to where i needed it...wrong! This set could not be sized, had to be custom made and youre talking two months! THEN after they custom make it they resize it, yes resize it again to what you need. Well then they dont think to retip the prongs after they resize it small so the diamonds fall out! Three repairs on the engagement ring and fourth out on the wedding band (which apparently is not the proper one for the set so another sales person in the SAME store tried to get us to exchange!!) and we still do not have rings...wedding coming before the rings?? I will NEVER shop at this store again and am sorry I will have to deal with them for the warranty on my wedding set for the rest of my life. Unbelievable, very disappointed.
