This pharmacy is the MOST incompetent dummies I’ve EVER had to deal with. You wait on hold for hours just to be hung up on multiple times, they can’t even fill a simple script for diabetic supplies and then make you waste your time coming in when they don’t even have what they said they were going to give you!! Ridiculous.

The worst service to the customer that I have received since I live in Florida. Both employees of the pharmacy without respect saying returns to Mexico because one is Hispanic. Through this Covid-19 pandemic and treat patients or customers badly. With negative attitudes, all because it is requested to speak with a manager because they had been delayed with the prescription more than 1 hour. This action must be corrected immediately. Not recommend this pharmacy in everything

This is the worst pharmacy! I have been using them for year, only because I have no other choice due to my insurance provider. 99.9% of the time my RX is never ready when promised. If you have to call and speak to someone I hope you have blocked at least 45 min to an hour because you will be on hold, EVERYTIME, and cross your fingers that after holding for eons when they finally pick up they don’t have up on you and you have to start the process all over again. I can’t speak for CVS as a whole but the one in Lake Wales on 11th street, avoid if at all possible!!!!!!

Had to ask them to mail my husbands prescription 3 times! Waited a week, called back because the meds still were not here, THEY NEVER MAILED THEM. These are psych meds for schizophrenia and antibiotics, not something to be played around with. I am very disappointed in this CVS.

Nobody picks up the phone for absurd amounts of time. The automatic voice prompt says to go to cvs.com for quicker service, so I tried to go online to do Rx delivery. No luck. Called corporate. 2 hours on the phone to consolidate and set up an account from a second 10 year old account I apparently had in GA for CVS.com in the hopes of setting up Rx delivery. After all of this BS, CVS.com requests me to call the local pharmacy for delivery. Total run around. With GoodRx I can get my medicine just a few dollars more from publix. I will likely be switching to not deal with this type of stuff monthly. If I could rate all of CVS as an organization at 1 star, I would.

The pharmacy services is the worst!! I never will use this pharmacy again. I was in pain and After waiting 40 minutes outside for the prescription, I did the line and wait another 15 minutes and when finally I got to window service the lady told me that I will have to wait another minutes and that I have to do the line again. What I had to do because I needed my medications.They dont have any sensibility with the patients.

0 should be an option. I dont usually take time to post but this keeps happening over and over here. I dropped off rxs last night and was told theyd be ready the next morning. After nearly 3 hours in the morning they did not have them ready, nor could they find them readily. They said 30 min. I came to pick up 2 hours later and one of my sons rxs was still not ready. Ok. They said 5 min. I go run errands come back 5 HOURS later and still not ready. They said give us another 15 min. Simply ridiculous and completely unprofessional. If there was ANY other option in my area I would go anywhere else! When will cvs recognize they do not have enough pharmacy staff?

3 stars for the Pharamcy. The store part is 5 stars. Only one in Lake Wales, so it’s constantly busy and backed up. The average wait time to speak with a pharmacy tech over the phone ranges from 6-20minutes, sometimes longer. Prescriptions can take a day or two to get filled, unless rushed. Techs aren’t the friendliest, but I just want to get my medications and leave, so not too worried about that. Easier to go inside for pickup than use drive thru, which can take thirty minutes or more. The manager of this store, Steve, is very friendly and will listen to any concerns. I enjoy shopping in the store itself.

This place NEVER has Rxs on time. I cant tell you how many times I have been told that a specific medicine will be ready and then get there and its not ready or its not the right medication. I live in lake wales and I might just drive 1 hour round trip out of my way to the WH CVS just to get my meds in on time.

Worst pharmacy in the USA. Send 30 plus minutes on hold to talk to person. Tell you prescriptions are ready and not. Fill prescriptions when told not to. Over charge on them. Told them we were not using them any more did shrill fill them so my other pharmacy could not fill. Told we would not pick them up and put back on shelf so the new could fill them.I will be calling Corporate Office on matters.Deserve a less than a star but no way to do it.

Really dislike this location! Its unfortunate its the only one in Lake Wales & our insurance is no longer accepted at Walgreens. I would happily choose somewhere else! My daughter once had to wait a week to get her prescription because they gave me the run around.

Ive been dealing with cvs for bout 5 years, I moved to Florida bout 2 years ago n in cocoa beach that cvs was great n as other cvs have been, but 3 months ago I moved to frostproof Florida ( Big mistake) but ok, so the CVS I choose is in lake wales, bout 15 miles away, (closest) (11th ave highway 60) every month untill 3 months ago my RX have been ready all at the same time, so I dont have to go 4/times to cvs to pick them up. ( make sence) but for some reason this cvs cant get it right, not only do I have to wait 15/20 min on line,( cause it dont matter how many people are working there) it seems there just slow as honey in the winter time.( and thats saying it nicely)So after 3 months they still cant get it right, Im done with this cvs. The incredible incompetents of these folks is the reason Im going a few miles further in hopes I can actually get good n compedent service.

These stars are only for the fact that I usually get what I ordered. But it takes 28 minutes to serve 4 people in the Drive-Thru. That is ridiculous. Dont bother using the RX Express. It still took 7 minutes to get my prescription, despite the app saying it was ready. All they needed to do was pick it up and put it in the drawer. I will be switching pharmacies.

I was just on hold for 28 mins to find out if a script was ready I finally got a semi-live person who then proceeded to hang up on me. How this pharmacy is still is in business is beyond me except for the insurance that force you to use them who care nothing about costumer service. If they had negative stars that is what I would use.

WORST Pharmacy I have been to in quite a while. Never have prescriptions ready or filled when they say they will be. Lines are always so long even when there are 10 people back there. Have been told for a week now that my prescription was just recieved and will be filled... Each time I come back its the same thing all over again.... Walmart has better service then this. Will be telling everyone I know to switch there business to Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff is so rude. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. The pharmacist finally yelled at all 5 girls, who were standing around talking, to help me at the counter. They had a discussion about it for another minute, then she finally cane up to help me. The girl would not look up at me and acted like I interrupted her “girl talk time”. The pharmacist apologized from across his counter. The help there is lazy and ridiculous! Go to Walgreens down the street! You can even get better service at Walmart!

The pharmacy department is the slowest and they tell you to come back in 6 hhours and when you dont have transportation to leave and come back. All other pharmacys only take about an hour to fill your medications I called the corporate office of CVS and told them about this major problem with this pharmacy. They said that it was unacceptable to wait 6 hours. They were making some changes with the staff because its the pharmacist fault.

Been waiting on the phone since 8AM and had to call back 4 different times because every time the pharmacy answers and i tell them i need to know the price of my medicine, they hang up! I sit on the phone for 10-11minutes at a time.

They used to have their act together but not lately. My script sent by the dr. Was received. When I went to pick it up they said their was no order. They also undercharged me for a script and I received a bill from my insurance for the difference.
