Always get a nice smoothie here. The customer service is great.

My only complaint is when ordering hot coffee & not special coffee. I stop in almost twice a week from my morning shift from work on Sunday afternoons. There are 3 flavors of Bernies Coffee on the menu but its only regular coffee that I can order from. When I come to Richards Fine Coffee they always and everyday have a flavor coffee of the day, until late in the day when it sells out. Im not complaining the flavor taste of regular coffee. I get it that plain coffee doesnt sell like speciality coffee but every once in awhile it would be nice if on a Sunday there is hot brew from one of the flavors listed on the menu. I also think regular coffee is sold so that customers are forced to buy the flavor syrup instead. If flavored coffee is never made at this location why are they listed on the menu to begin with? Even in the early Winter I could never get Santa White Coffee. Why even offer Bernies Coffee flavors on the menu board if your always to brew regular?

Closed at 6:50pm when hours on door says 9am to 9pm. No other info on doors when they are open or why they are closed early, please post current operating hours!

I am in love with the caramel frappes here.It used to be topped with a marshmallow whipped cream ( Im guessing) that was pipped from a piping bag. Now it is the regular whipped cream in the can.I dont know if thats temporary or not but that was my favorite part lol. The employees are always very nice.

Stopped into the mall and figured I’d get a cup of coffee on my way out. Walked up to the counter to a woman just sitting in a chair on her phone texting. Sat there for about 60 seconds and was not acknowledged. Walked out and was still not acknowledged. Not a proper way to show people you care about their business in a dying mall

They have the best frappes and coffee in general! Help small businesses and realize how much better they are.

I was up at the mall walking around with my son while he looked at shoes and decided to stop into Star Coffee to grab an iced latte while walking around. I got the pumpkin spice latte and I must say it was excellent! Service was also very friendly. I will definitely be back in there on my next trip to the mall.

They have many options for everyone’s needs! Us non-dairy drinkers are lucky because they have soy, coconut, and almond milk. I ordered an iced soy latte and really enjoyed the taste! The employee at the register was sweet, helpful, and offered her advice on what tastes the best. I was happy to see they Apple Pay as well.Keep up the good work! :)

We drove 20 minutes to get evening drinks on our last day of vacation. We walked into the mall and to the entrance of the Star Coffee at 8:42 PM. The gates were pulled closed. The hours posted online and on the windows of the business listed closing time at 9:00. The employee inside just kept her head down and ignored us. Not a great way to endear yourself to your potential customers. We spend too much when we find a coffee shop we like. At least well be saving money at Lake Wales next year.I am editing my review in of consideration of your response. Running a small business is hard- and its nearly impossible to have everything working ideally at all times. Next time Im in the mall, Ill stop by and hopefully be able to leave a follow-up review.

I get the same coffee when I go I just wish I I knew the name of it I come in and I always say I want that coffee up there with the candy bar in it I know it doesn’t come with the candy bar please make it with almond milk I literally crave this drink all week I am from MA and The Dunkin’ Donuts is around here have been very disappointing I think it might be the water this place is 100% better

Staff was friendly and fast with my order. Lots of options here. I enjoyed a Iced Hazelnut Coffee with Almond Milk. Very tasty! Theres also comfortable seating in the Coffee Shop and free wi-fi too.

Very good coffee by American standards, roughly Starbucks level.The staff is amazingly slow and not really practiced. The result was acceptable, even if one cappuccino was too hot and the other was rather cool. With a little more practice, this will definitely be something, only this mall seems to be dying.
