Called last Monday this store to check the status of my order and they told me they are in another store ready for delivery, so I call again today a week and 2 days later to go pick them up and the other store still haven’t send them yet! This place is a joke order 2 pair of sneakers 2 weeks ago still haven’t send them to the store for me to pick them up! They worry about selling not following up with customers orders!!!! I will never buy anything from this company again! 😡😡 I wish they gave me the option of 0 ⭐️!

Good store, friendly staff. Stuff is a bit pricey but thats not their fault. Very helpful when you need advice for you or your kids sports needs.

So.... i just called, 5:29pm on Tuesday, Nov. 20th, with a simple question asking if maybe you have a Michigan hoodie sweatshirt. The customer service rep said they could not hear me I said can you hear me now they said no which means they can hear me if they answered. I then asked if I could call back and she said yes. I call back and no answer for call backs no answer just letting it ring. I just had a simple question and hopes that I could give some of my money to Hibbett Sports for some of their product. Apparently the sale is not that important and I know that the phone is working

I spend a lot of money at Hibbett Sports. I was very disturbed when entering the Lake Wales location. I was followed and watched as though I was a criminal. The salesperson was a young Latino or Mexican girl. She obviously doesn’t understand anything about customer service. Very upsetting service.

Need store managers with better attitude towards customers, simply bouncing a ball in the store will ruin the experience.

Returned Christmas presents...told the employee that I wanted to order online and could I just get a gift card..She refunded my items to gift card...went online to only find out you can not use gift cards online.. They carry nothing in the Lake wales Store in my team and size..Will def let my family know not to shop there any more
