Still waiting on half of the cabinets my daughter paid for. Cabinet Country deliver half of the items they got paid for. Look at the pictures stay away from this company. They did not do the installation but it could not be complete because of the missing items. Its been for months since 3/3/2021. We have 3 small children and one on the way. These cabinets where paid in full.
Had a really good experience with this company. The cabinets are a good quality at a fair price. I decided to install the cabinets myself so they sent the cabinets assembled to my house. One of the cabinets was damaged but Tyler my sales rep did an excellent job in getting me a replacement very quickly. He was always available anytime I texted him with my concerns. I would not hesitate to use this company again if the need arises.
I want to start by saying I work as an independent contractor with Cabinet Country. I work with Jon and Mellisa every day and they are the most honest and caring Christian people I have ever met. The way they cater to their customers is above and beyond what you expect in this industry. Each person walks in as a customer and leaves as family. It’s awesome to work with people that honor their word and stand behind their work.
We had a contractor that was doing repairs to our kitchen and other rooms due to an appliance leak. That contractor caused more damage than they fixed and we finally fired them and started looking for a cabinet company on our own. We found Cabinet Country, LLC through Facebook marketplace and were skeptical at first. Our first meeting with Tom assured me that this guy knew what he was doing and knew what he was talking about. I could tell by his mobile showroom that he was no fly by night operation. His mobile showroom is awesome! The prior contractor told me it would take 8-12 weeks once the cabinets were ordered to get them in and then the granite would be another 3 weeks or more. Then they said due to COVID-19 this could be more. From the time we first met with Tom, it was 8 days till the cabinets were delivered and sitting in my garage. A day of expert assembly and on the 10th day the cabinets were installed. I was so impressed when he set up a laser on a tripod and leveled all the cabinets perfectly on our uneven floor. The granite countertops were templated a day later and within a week we had new granite installed and WOW what a difference it made. What we were told by others was going to take 2-3 months, was completed in less than 20 days with no surprises or excuses. Just great customer service and exceptional craftsmanship.
My experience with cabinet country was amazing to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised on delivery times and granite installation. Had some hiccups with a cabinet but was worked out quickly. Everything came together nicely and it looks beautiful very happy! Would highly recommend!
Had an AWESOME experience with this company. Love my new kitchen. Great quality. The salesperson Tom was Amazing. He is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. No pressure and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company. Thanks
Tom was absolutely amazing! We are so pleased with our kitchen and Tom helped us every step of the way from design, to picking the right countertop to installation, he was right there! He always answered his phone and never made me feel like I was pestering him, even after hours! Thank you so very much for updating our 30 year old kitchen and making it look gorgeous. The quality of the material is beautiful and the professionalism and promptness of every worker we dealt with was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend you and Cabinet Country. With gratitude,Kathryn and DwaynePort Orange
Our contractor sent us to Cabinet Country to pick out our countertops. The quartz we selected was $53/sqft and included a free sink, according to what we were told in the showroom by the owner. The quote we received was for $63/sqft and had an extra charge for the sink. They ended up honoring the lower sqft price because, according to the sales person, he didnt realize the owner told us $53/sqft. However, they still wanted to charge extra for the sink. I expected to pay for the sink from the start but the discrepancies between what we were told in the showroom versus what we were being quoted made me feel uneasy. I also asked more than once for a quote on the more expensive Cambria Quartz product, my request was acknowledge but I never did receive a quote. In the end we decided to purchase our countertops from elsewhere. I felt uneasy with Cabinet Country based on the above issues, it could just be a lack of internal communication on their part. The people seem nice and the showroom, although small, is nice too.
Absolutely cabinets. I absolutely love my cabinets and my vanities. Will post pictures when renovations are 100%
I am amazed at the work Cabinet Country performed at my home. Just bought a newly constructed home but the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were horrible. Tom came out and completely generated a whole new design for All three areas.I never thought I would ever put in new cabinets again after using a company in Daytona who I didnt know had been investigated by the authorities on numerous occasionsTom and his team were the best and made me feel like I was a celebrity and my little home was a mansion. Tom how can I ever show appreciation for all you and Carrie did for us .Plus so excited that you and you team are now installing our window sills.Thank for all the beautiful selections.
Tom with Cabinet Country was amazing. We were left hanging after our original contractor put us off for over three months. Within 24 hours of connecting with Tom we had a design in hand and cabinets ordered. The total time from order to install was under two weeks! I love my new kitchen and my experience with Cabinet County.
The cabinets and countertops are of top quality and look fantastic. The customer service and guidance through the selection of products and their installation was premier. Thank you, Jon, your staff and all your third party contractors. Anyone considering remodeling, I highly recommend you go to Cabinet Country! I love my new kitchen!
Wow! Great customer service! I called on 10/27/2020 and was put in touch with Tom in the Daytona Beach market. He called me the next morning and I explained what I needed and my timeline, which was yesterday! He said he would put it together and call me back later that same afternoon and he did! We placed the order and 10/28/2020 at about 7:30 pm. If that isnt enough I got a call from Tom 10/29/2020 at about 9:00 am asking for my address so that he could drop off the cabinets! We are blown away! Customers for Life! Thanks Tom and the Cabinet County Team!Mark & Kimberly KoesterKoester Investments LLC
Im copying and pasting my review I left on FB, but I wanted to write a little more just to give piece of mind that this is a legitimate review. If you are trying to find a good cabinet company, this is the one. I got quotes from Lowes in addition to three other companies: Cabinet Country had the best prices, and honestly, I cant imagine anywhere else having had better customer service. These folks are great! If you want to verify my legitimacy, google me (Im in the Air Force, and there are some articles out there that show Im real lol) or contact me on FB or email me at first name last name at gmail. Go with Cabinet Country - you wont regret it:Prior to working with Cabinet Country, I was burned pretty hard through a fake contractor. Worried about making the same mistake twice, I was hesitant to work with this company that my wife found randomly on FB, but at the same time wanted to save a little bit of money.Let me tell you: I could not be any more pleased with the excellent service re received from this family-ran company. They did everything in their power to make sure we were happy customers. Ultimately, we ordered close to 30 cabinets spending close to $10,000 for new kitchen cabinetry. We spent $10,000 and NEVER met a single person in this company ONE time!! So, even though I got burned pretty hard, they did an amazing job at earning my trust, and Im thrilled they did. We love our kitchen - it turned out exactly as we had planned it to. When they found that a cabinet hadnt been shipped, they remedied the situation the same day. ONE cabinet out of 30 had a crack on it, and they had a new one sent out. As long as I am in Florida, I will 100% work with Cabinet Country again (Im already talking to them about using their kitchen cabinetry to build our master bath vanity). So, if you have found this company and are wondering if this is the one or not, stop wondering. If you have questions about our experience, feel free to call me and chat. I will send you photos so you can see the work.Lastly, assembling the cabinets ourselves was pretty simple. After you build the first couple, you find your rhythm. I WAS POSITIVE that one cabinet was cut wrong. They FaceTimed me so they could see the issues we were having, took measurements, and troubleshooted with me as best they could. In the end, I was the one that was wrong, and once I fully installed the cabinet panels, everything came together the way it should. All in all, 10 out of 10. I never walked into a showroom, I never met a single person, and my experience was perfect.
They are terrible. Every picture that you see online they didn’t do none of that work. They a terrible start up company.
Excellent
Not a discount store. Paid full price expecting as promised, top of the line product. Twice the delivery included damaged merchandise. Regarding installing, first they said that price included installation and I had to prove they included such in the quote. They reluctantly agreed when it was proved. Installation problems included that doors hit each other, they refuse to replace hinges that prevent such from happening, sent wrong size cabinet and refused to replace. When once again, it was proved they sent wrong pieces, a delivery truck threw on my front door a box with a replacement. No call, no communication. Had to call them to find out they sent correct size and that was as much as they rudely were willing to do. Unprofessional and unsafe company at the least. The design mistake is a safety hazard I’m paying a different company to correct. Doors don’t close, top of microwave cabinets too little so microwave is unsafely to high, quality is poor. A disaster!
March of 2021 we purchased a kitchen from Cabinet Country. We worked closely with their representative on the kitchen design After installation, we discovered that the cabinet that holds the microwave above the range was smaller than ordered, thus the microwave is installed too high creating a safety hazard. We also discovered a design flaw where 4 cabinet doors that open to a wall or another cabinet box dont have hinges that prevent them from hitting these objects. This creates a situation where those doors are likely to get damaged very quickly. CC suggested we buy and install different hinges. They admitted delivering the wrong cabinet and sent the replacement, but refuse to come install it to correct their mistake. We have asked again for their cooperation and are now being ignored.
