Devin and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to get what you need when you need it. My fridge stopped working and within hours I had a brand new one delivered. Thank you all so much.

So willing to do what is best for me and not themselves. I was not happy with my selection. They offered to replace it immediately no questions asked. They are so very personable and treated me like I was their friend that they needed to right by and not just a customer. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Amazing service, amazing treatment, just all around an outstanding company to do business with.

My family and I like to thank Devin and the Lake Wales Rent King team!I was a loyal Aarons customer till my I had issues with my Samsung Refrigerator (7 months into contract) then Covid happen and Aarons refused to service my appliances and the Customer Service Woman was very RUDE!I stopped by Rent King 🤴Talked to Devin and he informed me of NEW GE Refrigerator he would be getting in next day, despite Covid Devin and his team signed me up and delivered and setup my new Refrigerator!I refused to make another payment and the other and called Aarons of Lake Wales to come get there JUNK due to poor customer service, contact my bank for a refund on the $120 payment that they refuse to refund (I always pay early) and payment wasnt due! Me and my boyfriend just got a furniture set, we worked with Maria. She helped us find the perfect set in our price range, so sweet. Not at all pushy like many can be to buy something. Didnt try to talk us into a bunch of other things, just helped with what we needed.Devin delivered it and was very gentle with the furniture, not reckless, not in a hurry. Very very polite with everything, even asked for a towel to wipe his shoes before coming in our home .We are extremely satisfied and will be back, best experience we could have asked for .

The staff is so friendly and informative. They are always willing to try and accommodate your needs. They have a good selection of furniture and products and they are very upfront about everything unlike some other shady rent to own places. They treat you like family.

Scott and Moses are top notch, full service and just above the rest friendly and helpful! The best delivery men you will find. Moses was deadlifting the unit carefully — shows how strong these two are. They get it done! Fully installed my washer and dryer no problem! I highly recommended them.

So I went down to Lake Wales Rent King to get my couches and TV today. It was late and they still brought it to me the same day. Thats not all. When it got here there was a problem with the TV. Scotty and Mosses were so awesome! They came and got it that same night and brought me one to use while they find out whats going on with mine. They were so sweet and on point. Love my rent king.
