This is my regular grocery store. The staff is friendly and the store is clean but they are often out of sale items and dont have as big of a variety as a lot of other shoprites I have been to but for the area is is definitely the best and most convenient option. The meat department is always well stocked but I choose to go elsewhere for produce.

5/5 for Dylan who works the self-checkouts at night. Such a good guy, always in a good mood, always willing to help -even though Im sure it has to be annoying fixing the machines or dealing with customers all night. Just wanted to say Dylan is a great worker and an asset to this company! Hard to find workers like him nowadays

I decided to try out ShopRite for the first time since it opened recently. I usually shop at stop & shop down the block from this one. Figured Id give it a try and I made a good choice. The selection was phenomenal, the prices are better than average and the quality of the food, meats, fish, deli are unsurpassed. The store was very clean, the staff was very helpful, it was organized, the fishmonger was extremely helpful with choosing fish and friendly. Decided to make this a quick trip and it helped that the layout of the store was pretty good. Temperature in the store was set to cool but it didnt bother me as Id rather it be cooler than hotter, especially given that its the summer and food will also stay fresher when its cooler. The check out process was quick and while the store was just a bit crowded, the lines seemed to move quickly. Not an issue with this store per se, but the parking lot layout is horrendous. Parking lot design is just not really laid out well.To sum it up, better prices than stop & shop and most other supermarkets, quality seems better, selection is fantastic.

I love the store but the Deli department never listen when you ask for your cold cuts sliced thin. I shouldn’t condemn the whole department there are a few who do listen. Next time I’m gonna return the cold cuts if there not sliced the way I want and I’ll go to meat farms.

We shop here a lot usually a very good store and nice people to help if needed. Today bought an Italian hero that was already made the plastic covering around the cold cuts was still on . very dangerous could of choked on it . I’m hoping that this will not happen again to anyone Thank you, Maria

Good Store! Bakery excellent! Better than most Shoprites in area. Paper products not so much.

The good is the place has a great selection of food and meats, everything looks well stocked. The bad is that when you go to check out on memorial day weekend there is only 1 register open. Had to go to self check out, it took double the time because the machine kept throwing error messages. The feeling I had was that they are trying to push self checkout to save money on employee cost.

I needed a new supermarket regarding quality, variety, cleanliness and convenience. The price points here are competitive with all area supermarkets except no-frills Aldi with limited selections.I have not yet investigated the Meat Department, but that will occur within two weeks. Further, ShopRite needs to be evaluated on ease of shopping/locating products.So far, I like what they offer. Giuntas practices price-gouging and selling substandard meat, hence the change to a better venue and eliminating the aggravation of shopping there. I hope for the best at ShopRite.

I usually go to the nearby Stop and Shop, but Im looking some of the deli and salad options here better. However one big negative at this site: poorly organized parking. Somewhat dangerous Id say. Check out street view to see what Im talking about.

Very well stocked supermarket with moderately priced goods and ample parking.

Twice now in as many weeks the store had the wrong price on items, and would not honor the price. First time I simply got overcharged. Second time I brought it up to the self-serve checkout assistant, showed her the the wrongly priced item and walked back to show her where it was on the shelf (to show I wasnt just making it up), and they still wouldnt honor the price (not only that, but the assistant got indignant and then rude, saying it wasnt Her mistake and that she was coming off her shift anyway - way to represent the store!).So the next time, Im avoiding ShopRite and heading to Stop-n-Shop or Giuntas just one more stop light down the road.Not just a bad experience, but a repeated one (not to mention Ive had better customer support and store representation at the local fast-food places).

I love ShopRite. They have everything I always need. And if they dont they order it for me. A little upset they got rid of the California pizza. (MARGARITA STYLE) Which they originally got in for me. Always friendly and helpful. Much better then stop-n-shop. Better prices ✔

Deli department is garbage. Use to manage a Deli and I would fire the whole department. 4 people behind the counter only 1 helping customers.

Ive been coming here for the last year and have had a great experience every time. I leave getting exactly what I went in for and the cashiers are always nice and fun to talk to. I prefer coming here over anywhere else.

Shop Rite In Lake Ronkonkoma NY is Okay. Sometimes they have good sales & fresh food not all shop Rites have the same foods for example bagels chicken seasonings ect. Customer Service is Helpful at times and will make their way to assist customers. Its a comfortable environment. Most times its crowded but its definitely worth shopping at. Its. Way better than Stop & Shop, Wild By Nature. Theyre new and off to a great start.

Fwiw this review has nothing to do with any products. All I know is I stop here every night after working on the road all day. Almost every night I take a quick pee break after walking in before shopping. Just once, it would be nice to use the bathrooms without having to step in a huge puddle of pee, or spend 5 min wiping down the seat after someone else peed all over it. Ive prob cleaned this bathroom more than the people that work here... When it 1st opened it was beautiful, now its worse than stores that have been opened for years. And with Covid, youd think theyve be cleaning it even more. But nope, bathroom is disgusting, filled with piss, and 100% not sanitized frequently.

Thank you for remaining consistent in your quality and product availability. Youve become my first choice for 1 stop shopping.

This Shop Rite is large, clean and fully stocked with a good variety of items. I especially liked that they stock a good variety of gluten free items

Great store... I live around the corner from the ShopRite in Patchogue but choose to drive here. Shelves always full and staff is very friendly!

Very clean shells well stocked the cashier was very polite just the opposite of Jansson shoprite of patchogue the staff is generally rude store is dirty and someone opened the bathroom while I was in there with a key a didnt apologize

The store is organized, has great prices, and a friendly staff. Thank you to the young man who was my cashier this evening. Peter was helpful, kind, and had good customer service skills. In a world where people are so into their phones and not real life, it is a pleasure to work with someone like Peter. The store is fabulous but the parking lot is not designed very well. There are too many areas where cars fly through without paying attention. Enjoy your time walking around the store, just be careful when you get outside.1/16/2021-I felt the need to update my review after working with Adam on January the 15th. I told him that I was going to say how wonderful he was so here I am. Adam had an amazing personality, a positive outlook, and he certainly knows about putting the needs of the customer first. This young man will be successful in all areas of life. As we live during some of the craziest times we have ever faced it is nice to spend time with a smiling young man with a great attitude. More young people should possess the qualities that Adam has.

Great products. Helpful service. Worst paper bags in the county.. they have no handles and ripped before making it in my car. Not worth 1¢ much less 10¢! Mine were half full and still ripped. Sad.

Overall staff is very very nice, even the young kids that work there are always helpful. Groceries well stocked, place is clean. MY GO TO SUPERMARKET regardless of 2 very nearby. Cant deal with THE LACK OF courtesy and outrageous prices in one supermarket and the foul stenchly odor and lack of courtesy from the other supermarket. Mmm yeah SHOPRITE, PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Best Shoprite around!! Patchogue Shoprite filthy ND horrible..

As as as shopping, good, well kept store. Only complaint, (small) recycling machines are very glitchy, dont accept commercial bottles frequently in perfect condition w/ barcode clean and unwrinkled, as they will take filthy crushed bottles with the opposite. Bad response time on machine maintenance, customer service line blocks an isle and crossways for both directions and occasionally ya get the ride teenage girl that obviously doesnt want to even work there, showing no respect. But at LEAST one of them work in every grocery market, no matter what company. Descent store.👍

A giant thank you to Ricky for helping myElderly mom unload her cart into her trunk this Wednesday. She had stocked up at can-can, all heavy stuff, and was really grateful for the help! And he had a cheery disposition throughout! Great customer service!

This is my go to ShopRite it’s a smaller store but customer service is excellent !!! They have always been very accommodating . (Only downside is they always run out of wipes for shopping 🛒 carts)

I like shopping here for my weekly grocery list. They have great sales so its easy to stock up on what I need without doing multiple trips

Nice store Hate the parking lot

You can always count on ShopRite for a good sale, with no strings attached to it. What I mean is, you dont need to spend an additional amount in order to get the sale price. And they almost always have a good stock of the sale items, as a matter of fact they always have a good stock of everything.

Its a good store. Some employees and customers dont wear their marks properly but thats my only complaint.

For some reason there always out of Mug Cream soda,which is a big reason i choose to go there instead of a different place.For that I give them 4/5 stars.

ShopRite is a great place to shop, they are very well stocked, with meat and produce, the store is very clean and maintained.

Not a bad store, clean, decent prices and selection but to get me to shop there on a more frequent basis they need increase the amount and type of organic products they sell throughout the store.

Busy, but convenient store near my workplace that has a great selection of items. My only gripe is their limited selection of coffee bean blends.

Ok, so shout out to Andrew!!! I was at this Shop Rite tonight ordering a fresh cold cut... it’s somewhat after hours and I must say, everyone was so nice and SO HELPFUL! The girl at the deli made sure she had someone meet me over at the cold cuts area, and the guys there were so amazingly nice and accommodating... if I had a business I would hire people like those 3 and do whatever it takes to keep them... the guy making my sandwich went from place to place to make sure my sandwich was perfect, and I had freshly cut he had the deli cut up fresh meat for me and searched for me to let me know what other options I had, he helped me be a smart shopper by letting me know which combo would make a more cost effective purchase.... he was so accommodating adding oil and red wine wine vinegar on the side for me and taking the time to write down my complicated order to make sure he got everything right! What great service!!! He was so awesome that I had to go back and get his name, his name is Andrew, thanks Andrew!
