I ordered a whole home generator in March 2021. Was told 3 month lead time. Paid $5k deposit up front. When I called in July was told my generator was in stock and ready for install once the permit cleared. As of the time of this writing (Oct 2021) I have no idea what is going on. The permit office states the company has been non-responsive since August 2021 (so 2 months). I dont often write reviews, but this company should not be used. It was my understanding they had a good reputation, but this experience cannot be ignored. A simple call or text could have cleared this up. At this point, it has been 7 months, I have paid over $5000, and have no idea when my generator will be installed. This is not an experience any consumer should have. Find another company.
This was one of the best, if not the best services engagement Ive had in a long time. I booked the appointment a week in advance so I could have my Tesla 220 amp charger installed. Steve, the electrician showed up exactly when they said he would. He was gracious, patient and understanding right from the start. I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. Well Ive never experienced this before. The technician actually talked me out of using Kasper. I asked them to come out because of a voltage problem on my thermostat. The technician called me to discuss the issue and told me they werent the right people to help. He could verify the voltage problem but he said he wouldnt be able to help with the thermostat, I needed an A/C company. He offered to come out but he said the A/C company could diagnose and repair. in one trip. So the technician saved me his cost and directed me to the right people for the problem. This is an amazing display of professionalism and customer service. I know if I need any electrical in the future Ill be using Kasper. Ill also be telling this story to all my friends.
I was pleasantly surprised that not only were they able to see me the same day but within 1 hour of my call, Jimmy was at my front door! I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors.When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up.Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

He came upon a complex situation when installing my outdoor carriage lights but he came up with several options, explaining the benefits of each and the complexities of each. Our ceiling fan stopped working, Dan came out and took a look, did some troubleshooting and fixed it!! Works great! Had a few other questions and concerns about some lighting fixtures and Dan gave great advice!! Kasper comes through once again.

Awesome family owned company. Used them to re wire my new kitchen lighting. They came out a day after I called and were on time and very respectful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs electrical work.
We called Kasper because of a circuit breaker that kept popping when we used a light and some outlets in our kitchen. Steve the electrcian who visited us was able to track the root cause to some old wiring. He then gave us a cost to rewire the circuit and took the extra steps to disconnect the circuit that was causing the issue until he could return with a helper and do the re-wiring.Steve and Mike his helper returned to rewire and took the time to be sure this had permanently fixed the issue before leaving. The circuit popped again and they found another run to an outlet had been compromised. The wire actually displaying some burn marks. I truely believe the time they took to investigate the issue thoroughly prevented what could have been a serious fire issue. Through the whole process I was impressed with their knowledge and determination to be sure all was working properly. The technicians and Michele at the office made this on of the best experiences I have had with a repair company. I will reccomend and use Kasper exclusively for any electrical work. I am glad we found this company 😊

Joe Redinger was our electrician, hired to replace our chandelier with a new one. Joe did excellent work, assembling the chandelier, hanging it at the correct height, and testing to be sure all 6 bulbs worked properly. We would be happy to have Joe do our next project when we have it, and would recommend him.

I am a first time home buyer. I was fortunate and blessed to own new construction, unfortunately I purchased it at a point where everything was done so I wasnt able to be apart of the customization process. I wanted to make some changes minor at first and then later some major installs. I was very nervous looking at contracting a company to do it for natural reasons.Kasper electrical at first was kind of shaky with the communications at the beginning just to be able to get a quote. Once I was able to get that squared away with them everything from that point on made up for that issue.Jim and Joey was great, they made sure they understood my vision on what I wanted accomplished and stayed in constant communications to ensure I was happy. End result the job was done great and the added bonus they set me up so that future jobs will be done a lot easier saving me time and money (because contractors are paid by the hour) in the future.

On Monday (12/10/18) morning I asked Siri to search for an electrician near me. He/she/it reccomended a couple near by, so by chance, I selected Kasper Electric in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. So happy that I did. Michelle took my call, she was very delightful and helpful in every way. By 1pm the next day Steve P., their electrician was at my door. His truck had great looking graphics and he was dressed very professionally. So I already had a very good feeling about their company.I had an antique chandelier that I wanted hung in the kitchen over the dinning room table. He assessed the situation in minutes and was ready to go, thats when I told him I had to leave by 4:30. He said no problem and got right to work. Throughout the process he was very informative about everything. Once he had the location measured out, he asked for my approval which was very much appreciated. By 4pm he was done with everything including a really great clean up job. The installation was absolutely perfect and the light looks amazing. Especially since it was a surprise Christmas present for my wife, I could not have been happier, nor could she when she got home from work to see it. My husband is not good with a hammer or a nail..so we had to call in the expert to put in a light in our kitchen, change a receptacle and to change the tube light in the garage to an LED.
