Well stocked store

One of my favorite stores they have everything you can think of and its all 1$ per item!!!

Pulled up on the parking lot at 8:55PM and doors were already locked, there were a couple people inside still. I needed to grab one thing for my friends birthday and I couldn’t even though I would’ve been out before the actually closing time. Bad experience!

They are pretty organized. Long lines. But the people working there are really nice

Very nice and courteous cashiers.

I was pleased to see the same food, holiday decorations, basic items there as other states I have lived in. The cashiers where fast, friendly and helpful. Customers need to stop making a mess moving stuff. Some of us Customers are putting things back where they belong. Or need more staff.

One of my favorite Dollar Trees. They have a great selection. I get OTC medicine here. Even found a tempered glass screen for my phone... Wow!!

Very confined space. The wait in line to check out took longer than getting what I needed. Still a great place to get what you need while tight on money.

Easy to find what I needed. Senior citizens shop 8-9am everyday.

Lines were a little long but moves quickly.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree. The prices are incredible and the customer service is great as well as their products.

I needed birthday balloons for my daughter and they didnt have any balloons at all. I was devastated but I found a big nice balloon at Publix down the street.

I LOVE dollar tree. Everything for $1? You really can’t beat that. This store seemed to not have as many products as other dollar trees I’ve been to and it was disorganized. Beauty stuff mixed with the food aisles, it was kind of confusing. But the staff were all very friendly.

Very low on stock, dirty inside and especially outside in front of store and parking lot. Lots of garbage laying around.

Pretty much the worst dollar tree but only one in the area. Always a wreck/mess. Lines always super long. And employees are not only rude to customers but rude to each other...

Cashier wouldnt allow me or anyone else who had arrived to come in, saying Im too tired for this .....ten minutes before stated closing time!!

Walked in for batteries last min and was told that if I just waked in at 9:50 the store closes in 2 minutes... Store officially closes at 10. Was told that if I needed to get money from my vehicle I would be locked out and not let back in at 9:54. I told her I had plenty of other places to spend $2.00, and that her attitude should concern her. Seems pretty simple. I walked in with a simple request, this person had no customer service experience.

Ridiculous!! Customer service here is non existent, a joke! I called last evening to find out if they had the paisley dishes in stock. It is a 30 minute drive. The lady assured me they did and had plenty. When I was just at the store now, I found they had plenty of paisley dishes, however they were in boxes sitting next to the display. Before just opening the boxes, my husband thought we should ask a person who works there. He walked throughout the store and couldnt find anyone. He waited in checkout line to ask. The lady told him that they couldnt open the boxes, that only the manager could open them. And that the manager didnt get to that before he went home. I explained we had driven 30 minutes to there specifically to get these dishes and I called the night before. She said we would have to wait till tomorrow. She said the other girl there was a manager and to ask her. So I waited and asked. She also told me that only the guy manager could open the boxes. I asked if they were afraid of him and she said no, but he has a specific way of doing things and they didnt want to get in trouble. I asked if we could open the boxes and they said we are not allowed. So, let me get this straight, the dishes I drove 30 minutes to buy, that I was told the night before were in stock, I cant buy. What??? Really??? Its only tape and card board separating me from my dishes, but myself, the staff or manager there said myself or they could not open the boxes! Isnt the Dollar Tree in business to sell product? I will never shop the Lake Park location, as in never ever!! Im sure they couldnt care less!! Bye bye!!

Went here on Saturday night right after work, I arrived there at 7:45pm and the doors were locked. A young lady who’s name tag said “NYA” came and said “we’re closed” with an attitude. I told her, “I thought you close at 8pm, it’s only 7:48pm?” She said “yeah. WE CLOSED!” Very disrespectfully. I asked for her name and she just said, “DA’NYA!!!” And shut the door in my face. Very rude. Most of the time I go here the cashiers are very rude and the manager Gina I believe that’s her name is rude as well. The place is always a wreck.

This store looks like its closing its doors! Empty shelves and miscellaneous stuff just sitting everywhere including the floor. I asked if they were moving to a new location or closing and the cashier (who was very nice) replied No, it looks like this because of Christmas. Really?! Thats the excuse? I would be embarrassed to let people in my store if it looked like this.

I was trying to do an even exchange without my receipt because I had an issue when I purchase my items. The new system ask you if you want a receipt or no and when I was going to hit yes, something happens to the register and the cashier by pass it. I explained to the manager today and she says NO, uh uh... with attitudes... and she refuses. I said ok! I pay for my other items but I will never comeback to this store, I would drive more to go to the Military location, anyways is always a mess in here and the manager is not professional at all. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

No inventory on shelves and disorganized. Worst dollar store I have been too across the country . Long lines and cashier are not helpful . For Some reason we need to know their rules on taking out inventory out of basket to where to put basket ? Was over charged so watch your receipt. The cashier complained they do not have enough help . Another problem when you hear it from employees and one time an employee was on cell phone while stocking ? Reflected what your prices/logo are, not dollar tree but dollar cheap and get your own dam stuff . The word tree is to grow and not die ! Who is the owner or president of this store ???? Guess he does not care or know retail customer service ?

Not very busy first thing on a week day morning. Everything is $1.

Best place to buy greeting cards

I had an okay experience here. The cashiers were nice. Only bad thing is some items were out of place pretty much scattered around. It should be organized with having 3 cashiers around. Other than that its okay.

This location must be under new management, or ownership, because it looks like a totally different store! It was extremely clean, and all the shelves were fully stocked, it no longer looks like a hurricane went through and left nothing but empty shelves!

It was very crowded. But it was easy to get out of there rather quickly today as for service wise. The store needed cleaning, and the stock needed to be more organized but you could easily find what you wanted. I saw some stock peope on the floor from time to time working but they needed cashiers to help out up front. They only had two at the time and there was about fifteen people trying to check out of the store.

Cashier was very friendly. Greeted me with a smile. She even asked me if I found everything I wanted. I told her I was looking for bleach and she informed me that the store is getting a shipment later on.. I appreciated the info.

This place is both good and bad. I love the tings I can get there. The drawback is the employees. When I went in there today, two employees were carrying on like they were at a bar and had several drinks. So sad when a little old lady was in need of a ballon and these two employees were cursing like drunk saliors in front of her.

Got this nice mouse for a dollar

They have a large selection of products but their shelves sometimes are empty... The one on the corner of Lantana Rd. and Jog Rd. is huge and has everything you can imagine... I give that location 5 stars...😁

I arrived at 9pm yesterdayyes grab only a few items (literally 3). On my way in, the cashier wearing a dark teal long sleeved top made a loud and rude comment look at this sh!+ They just keep on coming in knowing were closing soon, I wanna get outta here. The store closes at 10 pm! More than enough time for customers to grab their few items and be on their way. She had a nasty attitude when she rung me up. Just to confirm I asked her, the store closes at 10pm, correct? and she replied yes. I will NEVER go to that Dollar tree again! She was rude as hell repeating her comments about customers walking in 1 he before the store closed. Unprofessional!

I was just there shopping and another customer must’ve used a shopping basket that this “manager” named Latoya or that’s what the name tag said was had parked by the office door. Anyway this manager Latoya came out of the office and stated loudly “who took my basket!?” And continued to state how she wished she would’ve caught whoever took it. So the timed customers was like “I apologize” “I didn’t know it was yours.” So then the Latoya manager chick stated rudely and very unprofessional “that is why she had it in front of the because it belonged to her!” That lady meaning the customer was so embarrassed and scared to say anything about that I personally felt bad for her. How I wished that Latoya chick would’ve came at me like that instead of that poor lady because I would’ve given her what she was looking for. You don’t talk to customers like that nor in that tone. She definitely needs a training session on customer service and how to speak to people. She walks around all the with the biggest attitude I’ve ever seen for a so called manager. I will be sending this review to your corporate office so they are aware of the Type of people they are employing at the dollar tree. If you ms Latoya are unhappy working for the dollar tree then you need to leave and fine a job that makes you happy.Discussed Customer,

They need to get rid of the corporate team and get a whole new team this store has been nasty for years Judy is very nice and helpful so was the other managers and my cashier Valery for goodness sake close the store for 2 days to clean it on the top of that this place close at 10pm on a Sunday I mean shame on you Dollar Tree

Unfortunately, their shelves are most often empty. The store itself is filthy, leaving an uncomfortable feeling when thinking of some purchases (food), etc.I believe a surprise visit from Corporate should be scheduled it would be in the best interest of Dollar Tree and it’s customers to obtain the needed changes.It’s sad when the Lake Park, Dollar Tree is so close I have to drive to Dollar Tree in Royal Palm Beach or Tequesta, FL To make my purchases. I love every dollar tree they are all different and you never know what your gonna find but always a good experience

Much improved since last time, two cashiers and stock person, shelves are getting full great improvement nice to shop.

There ate some good bsrgsins for a buck. But, the store is badly in need of more help. The store is always unkept and the lines are 10 to 15 people in line. Years ago it was better staffed and better kept up.

Very poorly managed. Inventory all over the place in boxes. Hardly anything on the shelves. Multiple employees in the cash office conversating while 1 cashier(Lila) ringing customers to get the line down. The line was very long down the center aisle and a customer had to ask could someone else open up a register, while other employees look on. 6 employees total walking around. Disaster. Really want to give a one star but Lila was nice despite her situation.

Living only on my Social Security, I am so thankful for the really great selection of food and seasonal product carried by the Dollar Tree. They do a wonderful job and the friendly gals at the cash register make you feel so welcome, its a wonderful store.

Store is always a mess the employees are rude, no greeting when entering and have a nice day when exiting. There was pasta on the floor I told the employee and she started saying that its the customers fault the store looks that way.

Used to be my go to store but this past year its become dirtier and has less supplies. Careful where you walk, plenty of merchandise on the floor.

Stopped there to get my deceased father some bday balloons and even tho the cashier Mariah was busy she asked me if there was something she could help me with. I really appreciate her customer service skills. Thank you.

Probably the worst Dollar Tree Ive ever been to... very decrepit and I just got here and theyre saying the system is down system stores closed theres no warning anywhere lights are still on they just dont want to serve anybody one of the worst Dollar Trees there is

Convenient location. Good variety. Never have enough cashiers.

It is always a pleasure going to this store. The staff is always willing to help and regardless of how stressful it can get there sometimes shopping, they always greet you with a smile.

The staff here is lazy at best. One employee went on break while another stated she would be right back after helping someone with carts, then she went on a 20 minute break with the first girl. Leaving one cashier with 20 customers. The place was trashed. It was a wednWedne night. It took 30 minutes to finally get checked out. I wish I could get paid to do nothing.

Kinda fun to browse. You find some neat things for a buck sometimes.

Use to work there they dont give raises and slave you for a nickel raise when they feel like giving you one.

Cashier made me, literally asked me to, take items out of the basket sitting on the counter for her because it was too much trouble I guess and a stocker pulling inventory was cussing and mad about another customer asking if they had more of an item in the back. Rude. Management witnessed it all and lacked control or respect because when she asked for stocker not to use foul language she sassed saying she wasnt on the clock.

Horrible Horrible Dollar Tree. Second time Ive gone and the shelves are still empty. Its ashamed because employees there are very helpful. Someone needs to either shut it down or restock. Really thinking about calling corporate.

It is always fun to shop at the Dollartree stores. This particular store was restocking when I visited so selection was not as good as usual.

Love it, very organized and very nice people working there. No reason for homegoods when you can learn and DIY!!!

The store is very dirty and a mess. Not stocked at all! A cashier by the name Jasmine was checking me out and told me very rudely; to put my basket back to where I got it! Really! I told her that I did not work there. She then threw my bag on the counter and her look was horrible. This person should not work with the public!!!!!?Terrible service, maybe it was because I am white and the area is promently black. I will share my story to everyone I know. If you want good service, clean and well stocked; go to the dollar tree on lantana and jog, they are great.

I have been there 3 times in the last two months. each time i have been there the employees have been complaining about their works hours. they were yelling at each other at the registers while each had a full line of customers. yesterday i walked in around 2 pm and the first time i heard was the cashier complaining that she had been their since 9 because someone did not show up. i walked out.

The place lacks organization, it looks like the shelf stockers are smoking meth cuz its a mess. But the staff is kind and willing to help which is half the battle.

I found everything I was looking for and the people were nice to me.

I have always liked the Dollar Tree but for the last several months the shelves are practically empty. They need to increase their stock
