So. This is a Walmart. It has the standard stuff. This Walmart to me is just frustrating. I feel like the organization of the store could use work. The flow of traffic and frustration on other customer faces tells me Im not along in this. I am really just not impressed with the staff here either. Friendliness is hit or miss. Today I was just really annoyed because two workers discussing the latest store drama were blocking the exit door and would not move when they saw me waiting to exit. I waited and then went to go around and discovered the other door will not open unless you are on the outside. Thats just rude and unprofessional on a few levels. I mean, you can find what you need but you can do better elsewhere. Id avoid it if you can. Go to Winn Dixie for groceries.

No problem there. In and out within a reasonable amount of time with several other trucks there waiting as well. The staff there were competent professional and courteous

Ordered a prel-lit Winston Christmas tree online at 12noon from Walmart. It was delivered to my front door by 6pm same day. Excellent constant communications by text/ email. Best online ordering process/ home delivery I have ever experienced. Love the tree! Go Walmart!

Im very upset with yall delivery i just received today October 25, 2021 I havent received a few things that I ordered online that I have paid for and they didnt show that theyre substitute or unavailable this is unacceptable. Walmart please get rip of your lazy inpatient employees theyre putting wrong items in my cart and also not giving me the right amount of things I ordered that I paid for.. Whoever packed my groceries today at Wal-Mart in Lake Park is very lazy and in patient he or she should be terminated. I was charged but havent received my good😡 theyre stealing from the store and putting wrong items in my cart that I didnt purchase stocking me up like its an hurricane this unacceptable.

By far the worst Walmart Ive ever visited. Ive visited more than once thinking it was just a bad day NOPE! Every visit is just as bad. I tried to return a pair of pants I had to come back 3 times because supposedly there return system is down. I asked for a manager & asked 5 different people nope.. I had to track the manager down myself. Every time I see only 2 registers open & the line is super long at the self checkout too. Rude employees who dont work just talk with each other & walk around. There meat selections are always sold out. Lost a valuable customer Ill take my business elsewhere.

Need tires or a battery; see Pierre (service manager). These people love their job! I personally drove 20 miles to this location for this great customer service!

Very easy to return items with and without receipts. The check out lines are very fast if you use the self checkout. People are generally friendly and fast to help. Bathrooms in the back of the store are much more cleaner than the front bathrooms, generally. There are a few cashiers for checkouts ( 2-5). Overall amazing service.

Good I got what I needed from the womens clothing dept.

I came in to have a tire repaired and the staff was amazing. They got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and courteous.

I cant seem to find everything I need at this place. Its pretty shafty for a Walmart. Employees are always in my way and carts are scattered all over the parking spaces.

Feel safer? I’m more worried it’s a high crime area!Not one of the worst Walmarts I’ve been to, but it certainly is in the running for the top 10. NO hand-baskets and a shortage of shopping carts. Employees ignore you as they talking on the phone while they’re stocking shelves instead of doing work, with most of them not wearing a mask properly.I doubt I’ll come here again

The one in Jupiter is the best one. Helpful staff and organized store.Lake Park not so much, entitlement issues galore at that location. Sad but true!

I picked up two ubereats order. The service was great. My only concern was the orders were out as associates distributing the orders. One of my customers had ice cream and cake. The Carvel ice cream cake had already started melting. Ice cream and cake should not be outside waiting.

This location is horrific. The Money Center is hardly ever staffed, their self-serve areas do not accept cash and the carts are never picked up, so finding carts is an issue. Oh and the little Latina/ Cuban manager at customer service desk is BEYOND rude and doesnt care. Avoid this Walmart location like the plague!

As far as Walmart goes this is a decent store most of the time. It is generally well stocked and staffed. Can be cluttered.

I gave this Walmart 3 stars because its NASTY! Its too bad because I have gone in Walmart in different areas and the stores are clean. This is a sign of poor management. However, they are fully stocked.

I replaced my battery last week and was returning the old one for my deposit. I was speaking with Ms. Nisha who was so friendly and helpful. She even helped me to find out whether or not my old battery was still under warranty (which it was). I got a full refund for my old battery. Ms. Nisha really made my morning! She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. 🙂

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced, frustrated me to tears. An item was in stock and I was able to order it for pickup, but figured Id pick it up myself so I could pick the one I wanted. Item wasnt on the shelf and absolutely no one wanted to get off their phone or stop chatting with their coworkers to help. Was told it was out of stock even though it was available for pickup when the pickup service was available that day (it had since closed). Im not about to drive all the way back and do store pickup for an item that could have been resolved on the spot had even one worker been competent.

First trip there waited 1 HR for elec cart no one would help me told to walk around lot to find one cant walk?left storenext trip to return defective printer waited at long. Line at service counter 1 HR girl shouted behind counter they. Were closed shut off lights and left?I left store once again ?

Poorly served, stocked and organized. Most staff don’t care to help or say they don’t know. One of the worst Walmart l have seen, been at.

Literally waited 2 days for an online order and I still haven’t received it. This is my kids school lunch and dinner. I call to confirm my delivery is going to be on time and they say the driver is at the store picking it up, let 30 minutes go by and still no groceries. Call back, they don’t answer or can’t find the order number all of a sudden. Go through Walmart online customer service and the only thing they do is offer to call the store. Once that happened they say the store can’t find any drivers. What’s the purpose of offering delivery if it isn’t being honored? Very disgusting to make people wait on their food especially during these times of COVID and kids going back to school.

This was the Worst Walmart I have been to. Me and other people parked on one side of Walmart as we saw people coming out of the door. When we went up to go in, the doors were locked. I know during the pandemic last year there was only one door open at all stores, but it was just 6pm. So it was about 10 of us and a few had children we had to go to the other entrance and then security was there and we had to go in one by one. Inside they only had two cashiers open with lines down the isles as the scan and go was even closed. There were plenty of employees just standing around talking not helping, even to open up another register or even the scan and go for the lines to be shorter. I looked for what I wanted hoping by the time I got to the front it would be different but it was not so several people, just left there items as I did and did not make a purchase. Will not be going back to this one anytime soon.

North Lake walmart is not to bad, but theres definitely lack of communication with staff... nobody ever knows an answer, or they are afraid to answer.which shows lack of unity from superiors and management.

I have been ordering grocery pick up since before COVID. I will no longer be shopping here! You cant call to tell them you are there. You cant call the store or mgmt and THREE times in a row they charged me for items I did not get. OVER IT

This place is filled with employees and customers who either refuse to wear masks or dont understand how to wear masks. When I spoke with security, they said I had to talk to management. When I spoke with a manager she was very kind and then allowed an employee to refuse to put her mask over her nose, said nothing when the employee looked at me and said I dont have Covid maam and then told me she could do something about the employees but nothing about the customers because customers get angry and start cussing. If you want to put your and your familys health at risk, shop at the store that clearly couldnt care less about local and county ordinances. I walked out after taking pics as there are other less convenient places to shop.

I prefer online shopping with Walmart but hey at least in person you are sure to get a laugh or two. Great for people watching or for those trying to start up a YouTube channel

I guess because Im from the US I expected the store to be similar but I was way off. There wasnt much for clothing which is why I went there. Theres plenty of food and appliances and the prices were good.

Another great Walmart. Always super friendly and helpful. Definitely get a sense that the employees truly care about the customer. Was super impressed a few weeks ago when a wonderful lady running the self-checkout, whose name was Karen, came running out with a bag I had left behind. Made my day.

I have ordered some vitamins on Internet I would like to help them to compete with Amazon so all of us have more choices. Parking lot was full. Nobody answer posted phone number for online orders pick up, all the calls went strait to answering machine. Walmart employee said: We are very busy. After one hour of waiting, I left. Now I have to come back again to get my thing. Honestly, it is always some problems in this particular Walmart- stuff is missing on the shelves, price tag is absent and etc. It looks like there are management problems.

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 situation we have bought virtually ALL our groceries from this Walmart. Sure there are some problems... (items ordered but not correctly delivered and sometimes they were out of stock on needed items,) BUT we always got a refund on any inaccurate or non-delivered items and full satisfaction. Also the folks who put the items in our trunk were always pleasant and friendly.It has been a boon for us and we will probably continue after Covid. I will miss Aldis shopping, however.

I had an awful experience in the garden section with an unprofessional supposedly store manager. The online website for the Lake Park store stated one price with one item left in stock. However when I get there the item cant be found but one like it (same color & brand) for $72 more. The problem was with how the garden section manager handled the situation. She/he (they because it was two claiming the position) was disrespectful and basically not helpful. So, its not the store but some of the employees that make the shopping experience horrible. I reported the employees as well because when customers spend their money, they should be treated nicely.

The place is a mess!Dirty, many things are misplaced, associates don’t know were is what! The impression is that the manager went on vacation and the place went kaboom!!!

Great location and lots of clearance in the clothing department.The only issue I had was that several of the clearance items didnt have the barcodes or tags on them, so when I got to check-out it was an issue. But the cashier in the self-check out area was super nice and helpful. Thanks for your patience!

Check out is very slow. I was in line 20 minutes before I was able to check out.

The fruit was old. The auto service center guy were nice and very helpful. Pierre is awesome.

Gret prices on tires and service. At closing time. While garage doors closing. Employees went above and beyond to open doors and patch tire on truck. Thats top notch service for any business to learn from. Will definitely recommend and return. Might have been lucky on the timing. Id get here early under normal circumstance.

Great deals, and prices, just dont expect great customer service or employees to actually have the correct answer to your question, or great customer service, but sides that never had any other problems since they opened self-pay check out stations.

Ive been calling for 1 whole week and nobody answered the phone calls and they dont have the tire department on the directory. Basically, they dont give me any kind of services. They have poor phone service to be in 2021.

Their shelves were not stocked well had to visit another Walmart that had the items I was looking for.

The most terrible WalMart in the neighborhood! They never answer the phone besides pharmacy! Whats the point of having phones if they never answer! Hire new employees with sense that actually do their job

They NEVER have enough regular cash registers open. They are trying to make everyone use the self check out which is not conducive to someone who is handicapped and unable to do this process. So if I only buy a few items, I have to wait in the line with people who have their cars loaded and or filled up. It takes me forever to get out of the store.

Convenient returns. They give you cash back if you return with a receipt with debit. Very convenient, no waiting for days for money to go back on your debit card. A lot easier than other Walmarts.

This Walmart is very unprofessional. They were letting 10 people in at one time in the hot sun because they only had 4 registers open which has nothing to do with the customers. Very disappointing

I have only been here once to buy groceries. They were stocked with all the items that I needed. I travelled from Jupiter to this location and it is much better than the Walmart at Jupiter for groceries. I intend to visit again and hopefully they will get a 5-star rating then

I want to commend whoever decided to enforce the mask mandate by having a police officer at the door. I understand this is an extra cost for the store but I feel it is needed and I wish that more stores even other Walmarts would follow suit. Thank you!

I usually never give more than 1 star to ant Wal-Mart but this store had a few nice staff members. They did have some good black Friday items. However, they were open on thanksgiving until midnight and their black Friday started at 6pm on thanksgiving day. They didnt want people to grab items before 6pm and that was messy with people trying to grab things before 6pm and staff members trying to stop people from picking up items from the shelves. Store and bathroom is overall cleaner than other Wal-Marts. Huge parking lot and they are located off of North Congress near Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens.

I like it I can find stuff without a problem. Staff are always around and working. So if you need help you can ask.

Shopping is fine. Getting checked out, beyond horrible! 2 registers opened with lines of 12 or more and they wont let you self check if you have more than 20 items. If you have no cahiers let people self-check out no matter how much they have.

I had an amazing experience with the Pharmacy Staff. I was price checking a prescription and the pharmacist ( I would I could remember her name) was so patient in helping me. I had to return the following day after speaking with my insurance company to confirm the drug prices and I was assisted by Destinee who called my insurance company making sure I was paying the lowest price. I rarely write a review but the exceptional service I received needs to be acknowledged.

This is the one Walmart store that always has lines open never waiting in an overcrowded store always have the products I need in and out customer service is friendly

Lots of great items at discount prices.

2 total cashiers, plan on waiting minimum 10 minutes to check out. Went to self check out and waited 10 minutes. They had the item I needed or would have given 1 star for the waiting.

I was excited when I got in this store. The store is BIG and actually had alot to choose from.Self check out is spacious, Good Stuff.

It was a pleasurable experience. They had the Flamin Hot BBQ Ruffle chips I was looking for lol.

For this Walmart, I gave 5 stars because it nice and associate very helpful and dont ignore you when you are asking question. I usually go to the one on 9990 Belvedere BUT there is too brutal for our family especially me now. The people who shop there wasnt a kind of people or shopper that I would spend my time argue with. So, we take longer ride to go to this one.
