Amazing customer service!! Im from Las Vegas where customer service is regarded as mandatory for businesss to stay in business & these people get it! John & Tracy go above & beyond making sure I was comfortable in their waiting room that I felt like a VIP even with a small job. Highly recommend!

John and his team were phenomenal. We brought our van in with rust problems and had a tight schedule to get it fixed. He went above and beyond our expectations, making sure everything was done the right way, and even did some extras like cleaning our headlights at no charge, just to surprise us. He genuinely cared about fixing our van and helping us out. If anything, he undercharged us for all the work they did. I can’t recommend this shop enough!

I pray I never have another accident but if I do the only place I will take my car is Kleppe’s Auto Body. John and Tracy treat you like family and they get the job done to perfection. They go out of their way to work with your insurance company and the rental car establishment you choose. My insurance company tried to talk me into going with one of their body shops by telling me they couldn’t guarantee their work. First of all, they are not allowed to tell you that and second of all, Kleppe’s guarantees their work. I have a Volvo XC60 and it looks brand new. Thank you guys for a stress free experience.

John, took care of my tesla model S after my basketball hoop fell on top of it. It was 2 weeks before I was due to turn my lease in. John did a wonderful job. When he was finished I couldnt even tell anything had happened to it and at a very reasonable cost. When I returned the car, the dealership took it without any questions. Thank you John.....I would use your services again in a second....but hopefully I wont need to.

I brought my truck in with water leaking through the roof somewhere. It ended up being a much bigger problem than i thought, but john constantly kept me updated and took step by step pictures showing exactly what the problem was and the steps he took to fix it. This was really reassuring to know that the work was legit and done the right way!
