All the staffs are friendly and very helpful, their quality of service is great and the prices are very reasonable compared to their competitors. They helped load up my bigger dirt bike since I was alone and always willing to fit you in their busy schedule. Most of the 1 star reviews I read of this shop seem fake and general.

My first time at their store and I felt welcomed. The bike I was interested in I was a little apprehensive about the color I saw online, but I was assured that it was a beautiful color in person and even more so outside. I saw it and it looked really good . Im not in town much so most of my purchase was done while traveling. They were very accommodating and my bike will be delivered next week. I cant wait to get back to see it and ride.Thanks guys.You guys ROCK!10/06/21 update. After my bike was delivered, I noticed that something wasnt repaired. Ive called several times to speak to the owner because he told me he would take care of it. If that was not going to happen then dont tell me that youll take care of it.Im easy to get along with. If you couldnt, just say so. I would have ordered the part and replaced it myself.I was also told that the TPMS was on back order and they would call me when it arrives and I could come by and they would install it. Now I cant get anyone to even answer the phone or return my messages., Ive even sent emails and nothing.I was even planning on buying another bike from them, but I guess Ill have to go somewhere else.

Steve Goldberg and the professional staff at PPB were great, they made it easy to decide on their location to purchase my next bike. Finance was easy and trade in of my bike was good to. I would drive down 812 miles from Tennessee again to do business with them.

I walked into power sports of palm beach for the first time, while looking through their inventory I met Dell, steve, and a few other professional and over the top gentlemen from the owner on down through sales, service, and marketing. All qualified knowledgeable presentable and helpful staff. Within the week I made my choices and purchase. Zero stress and an all around pleasurable experience. Steve even got me a better rate on my loan then my personal banker could. Even the two gentlemen that delivered the bike to me were top notch. Always a great experience coming here. They made room for my 3wheel project and got me back on the road with some bearings and installed a car tire I brought in for the busa rim I’m running. A tire they researched for me. Dave at the front counter took a personal interest in this project and it really saved me a lot of time and effort. His experience paid off for me. The tech in the back went above and beyond to take the extra steps needed to keep me safe while reassembling my Frankenstein project. Adding parts I didn’t even know were missing during my build. Making sure I ran it up and down the road a couple times and come back and check in before leaving. It was a can of worms and they really came through. After all of the hassle and the extra work they put in they still tried to just charge me the original low quote instead of nailing me with straight shop time like they should have. Found an amazing deal and a gorgeous yamaha r1 online through cycle trader. The bike was listed for $10,499 i then checked their website and the price was the same, no photos were posted on the dealer website which was fine. I proceeded to contact the dealer. The salesman was beyond disinterested in helping get the bike into my possession. Feeding me lines about service being three weeks out and the bike isnt completely ready. New fairings need to be put on and a rear tire essentially it isnt ready to hit the sales floor, I told him I dont want it to hit the floor! I want the bike. There was a little communication between Dell the salesman and myself (all contact initiated by me). Two days after initial contact Dell lets me know (after I call him) that the bike will no longer be sold. Not to mention that morning when I checked ked their website the price on the bike had gone up 3k!!! I have since purchased another bike from a different dealer.Today 7/7/2021 one week after reaching out to powersports of palm beach someone from the dealership texts me saying the r1 is no longer available. The lies and bs are never something a potential customer should have to deal with when making a purchase. Especially one costing thousands of dollars.They have lost a customer for life, racked up a bad review on Google and allowed another dealer to get their money. Poor salesmanship and customer service, and I never do this. Smh

As a customer for several years, I made a point ofGoing there to express my condolences for Dell Moores passing.

The owner went out his way to help me today. I hurt my knee and had a hard time getting my foot on my break peg. He went in the back and grabbed some parts and took the time to take my old one off and replace it. When I tried to pay him he smiled and said, Ah, dont worry about it. Needless to say, Ill be back.

My buying process started back in late March, when I ran across an employee on a fellow motorcycle group. I checked them out at his recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. The prices are great, the facility was very nice, easy to talk with the staff, very patient. Was able to do 95% of the deal over the phone and email, which made everything convenient for both sides. II would recommend ANYBODY that’s in the market for a bike to check them out. Whenever I’m looking to buy my second bike, they’ll be first first stop.

Talk about terrible customer service by the sales representative named Dell! First of all, one of a sales rep responsibilities is to persuade you to purchase the product theyre offering. Dell was unable to do that. I felt like I was literally forcing him to sell me a bike. Secondly, he gave inaccurate information and was not honest. Everyone else in the store seemed quite welcoming nd excited to give me the best service except for Dell.

I purchased a 2012 Yamaha Raider SCL from here. While Del was friendly and helpful, the bike itself needed a lot more work than expected. I do all of my own maintenance so my cost is lower than a dealership but so far this bike has cost me about .70 cents per mile!!! I’m not someone who abuses my bike, in fact it looks better now than when I bought it. So far I changed the spark plugs, 2 full synthetic oil changes (one was needed for clutch replacement), gear oil change, brand new battery (the dealership put in a 150 CCAs battery and for a 1900cc engine it requires at least 360 or more), rectifier, fork seal kit, levers, grips, mirrors, dyno tune, new front tire, front and rear brake pads. I did recondition my leather seats as the Florida sun had faded them severely but that’s merely cosmetic. There was no real incentive to purchase this bike from here even though I did ask a few times for a cargo net ($25) as part of the deal and they obliged, I just didn’t get the ‘over the top’ experience that I was hoping for.

I was nervous about purchasing a used bike online from another state, but tony and his team took great care of me. the bike was delivered quickly and with care. they answered all of my questions, almost instantly; i was surprised to see old school customer service in new-age business.i can’t comment on their shop, but if i was local i would def bring my bike into them for service, because they set my confidence high with everything else.a big thanks to everyone at powersports for getting me an awesome deal on an even better bike!

Great bunch of guys. Brought in Scooter for repairs. Said they had a lot of bikes to repair but would get it done no later then end of week. Had it completed in 2 days. The price was very fair, Lower than I initially expected. Which to me meant they were honest about what needed to be repaired. They even waited for me to come pick up after they were closed. The guy Dave that works the front is great, super helpful and nice guy. Highly Recommend using these guys!

I called powersports of Palm Beach and left a message asking if they worked on kymco scooters. Somebody returned my call and I said yes they would work on the scooter bring it in. I brought the scooter in ask them how long it would take they did not know they said maybe tomorrow I asked him how much it would cost they did not know I asked him to call me before they did the work and let me know how much. nobody ever called me and gave me a quote I get a call two days later on my voicemail my scooter is ready to be picked up I go in to pick it up and it cost me $260 had I would have known it was going to cost that much I would have took my scooter somewhere else they should have called me with a quote before they did any work on my scooter thats bad business.. so now I was forced to pay them $260 or they would have kept my scooter

I had a nail in my rear tire. Changed my tire very quickly and had me on my way. Educated me on different things to do to my bike to have years of good riding with no problems. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. Customer for life.

The owner Anthony is up to know good at this shop. He will give you a good price and it will all seem good but dont trust buying a bike from him. Just save yourself issues later on and buy from a trusted dealership. My bike had issues one month after purchasing and Anthony said it was my problem and not his. His true colors quickly show after money is exchanged. He also gives people discounts to write all the good reviews that are on here. THEY ARE FAKE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Id love to tell this story from beginning to end about the service and the knowledge Ive been provided by Tony and David even the mechanic that performed work on my little demon; however, I know words wont do it justice! Ive received A1 service and communication concerning issues of the bike and plans to what will be done to get her running in pristine condition in which theyve done just that. Not only have they done more than what most shops in the area would, theyve even corrected issues that the bike had even when it was purchased from another location recently, which shows a clear understanding of who is actually looking out for you and truly just wants you to be safe on the equipment made for fun and memories. Wouldnt have gone anywhere else with service such as this... thank you to all of those at 561Powersports!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! He will not allow test rides on bikes until after you sign papers for the deal. Thats because the bikes have issues that you wont find until you get home. Never trust a dealer that doesnt allow test drives. (to respond to your comments below Anthony) It is a complete lie that no other dealerships in south florida allow you to test drive motorcycles. Reputable dealerships definitely do allow this. Anybody who buys a motorcycle would know that. Also you literally told me to go F myself on the phone when asking you for a refund. That is a true professional and NO this is not a fake review. Just because you dont recognize my name doesnt mean I wasnt a customer. God bless you man!

I brought two bikes into this shop in the past. The first bike needed a set of tires and my first experience was excellent. The owner gave me an excellent deal on their top tier tire including a change and I was on my way. Then my second bike needed extensive work to be back on the road and I was met with good customer service and any issue or concern that arose was graciously handled. Communication and service was excellent and if you need a local shop that is accountable for what they do; this is it.

I bought a CBR500R from these guys a bought a month ago. Not only was it the best deal of the five dealerships I went to but the mechanic spent a couple hours showing me how to do everything (changing headlights, oil, adjusting chain, lube...) after I told him it was my first bike. Super nice people, definitely got a good vibe from Tony and the other guys. I live an hour away but still I wouldnt go to any other dealer after my experience at Powersports Palm Beach.

I had let my bike sit too long with gas and it clogged up the works. I just picked it up from their shop and it feels like a new bike! Stacy is awesome to deal with and has a really interesting story. By the way, her knowledge of bikes will blow you away. The owner (didnt get his name), is a really cool guy and unassuming. He asked me if I new where the choke was on the bike so thats gotta be comforting for those who dont make riding a big part of their life. Prices are fair. Last thing, this is the only bike shop Ive been to that wipes down the bike after repair. Thats a nice touch. This is now my go to repair shop.

I live in VA and purchase the bike over the phone, Tony brought the bike up to Atlanta so I didnt have to travel so far. Great guys and GREAT service. I called with an emergency rear tire issue for my road star. They got me in that day, caught my worn brake pads, did all the work and had me riding in just hours. Im recommending them to my club and other riders.

Since I dont live in Palm Beach County full time, I was looking for a service shop that was responsive and trust-worthy. From my first conversation on the phone with Glenn, to arriving at the shop and meeting the guys here, it was obvious that customer service is important here.They spent the time listening to what I needed and, in addition to a fairly simple tire swap, were able to do extra work that I had been putting off. Its nice to know that there is a reliable, customer friendly, and fair shop in the area. Highly recommend.

Powersports of Palm Beach is the best motorcycle repair shop I have found in Palm Beach County. They have the best prices around on repairs and services. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. I would not recommend going anywhere else for motorcycle repairs and service.

My MV Agusta needed service unfortunately. The first thing that I loved about this place, is that one of the service guys came out and immediately started diagnosing the problem. If it would have been an easy fix... it would have been done the same day! Anytime you have to wait for the manufacturer to send parts from Italy its never a good thing. Powersports took a difficult situation and made it better. They kept hounding the manufacturer for updates on their progress until the part finally showed up. They had the work done the following day! Thanks for all you did to get my bike back to me as quick as possible!
