My husband and I have a small landscaping business. Mari Kaeding helped design our logo and was knowledgeable about the products they carried. She was able to help with sizing due to that some products ran differently. Also, she was able to tweak the colors of our logo to go with the colors we picked out for the shirts and sweatshirts. She was very helpful and was able to give us great advice. We would recommend SWAG NW to any business needing branding help.

I’ve been working with Mari, who has been difficult. Communication from other members of the company has been pleasant, but Mari has been abrupt, generally rude, and less than clear on things.After a long winded phone call about how wrong I was that my logo was a vector (the truck decal company had no problems with the file) she insisted she needed to redraw it but wouldn’t show it to me unless I agreed to buy shirts. I mean, I guess I understand that, it was just the delivery. She was very rude about it. So, I commit to spend almost $300, only to find a haphazardly thrown together mock up, complete with misspellings. We had to make three changes, (including the misspelling) and they were all met with what can only be perceived as slight disdain. Very abrupt. She didn’t care really to get things right or for it to look good, she just wanted to be done.Following me paying for my order, the only response I received was “Thanks.”And, when I asked if there was an estimated date the shirts will be ready, she replied “ it’s on the invoice you approved.“ Apparently it is, but it’s up by the total price, and labeled “Due Date” which I think is pretty easy to assume that is referring to when payment is due.Probably go with somebody else next time around.

I work for a local tech company that services 3 million people and we needed a rush order on apparel embroidery for a national convention. Lynn was of incredible help to see the fulfillment of the order through to the end, so much so, that she even traveled to us to deliver our order the morning of our flight.The quality of the product was of very high standards and she personally made sure to get our logos just right.This company far exceeded the quality and level of service I had hoped to receive, and we absolutely look forward to continue to make future orders with Swag Northwest.A big thank you goes out to Lynn and the rest of the Swag Northwest team... we could not be happier!

The customer service I received was amazing. They were patient and had lots of great suggestions. I was able to find the perfect polo and their artist even touched up my logo!

My experience with Swag NW was excellent. My project consisted of a 3-color design printed on multiple materials. First and foremost, the price was very reasonable, timely, and the final product turned out *fantastic*! The staff (Brooke especially) were very accommodating to my many requests and did everything they could to help me finalize and amplify the design I started with. They were always quick to respond to e-mails and were happy to confirm any requests/changes I made throughout the process.I would absolutely recommend them and use their services again.

Terrific service from experienced folks who know their business. The shop has lots of samples that you can touch and feel - critical because I want to know very specifically what will represent my company. The embroidered gear that our company ordered was processed quickly, and the results are high quality. Very nice shirts, friendly service. Would order again.

I worked with Haiden Kohl to get bistro aprons and canvas totes printed with my desired logo. It was an excellent experience. I always received timely responses to my emails and all of my questions were answered. Also, it was great that they were able to work with my budget and timeframe and I will definitely be returning for any further printing needs.

They have great customer service and did good work for my project. Will definitely use them again and recommended them in the future.

Ive spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on t-shirts over the last five years at many shops on both coasts, and never did I imagine Id come across a shop as easy to work with as Swag NW. They came to our rescue and delivered super quality prints in what must have been a record for turn around time. They are officially our go-to NW vendor!

I would NOT recommend this company. They were very difficult to work with. I ordered 5 things from here and spent $166, i didnt recieve my sweatshirt that i ordered, instead i recieved a shirt with my name on it that was clearly out of my size. After i called the lady that runs the company she advised me that i should only email her and not call her, even though she had her phone number on the website. She was very rude. I drove to the store to fix my order (ps they close at 5:30pm) which is difficult because normal people have jobs that get off at 5pm. Anyways after getting the order figured out she then weeks later sent me a invoice of how i would like my sweatshirt which i already confirmed with her. In the end i ordered my shirts and sweatshirts for school (which i ordered a week before school) and i didnt recieve till 5 weeks later. Apparently multiple people in my class also had alot of trouble working with her. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company. I would NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY...(unless its to the better business bureau)
